    Pesantren educational institutions often experience a decline in their role in society when the founding figure dies. Apart from that, the successor of the founding figure also has the same authority and competence as that of his predecessor. If not, it is predictable that the educational institution will gradually be abandoned by the community. This happened at the Al-Barakah Pesantren Mojokerto, which was the subject of community service activities. The decline of the Al-Barakah Pesantren was caused by an internal conflict that could not be resolved. The conflict was triggered by the absence of an organizational system, including the absence of AD-ART, election regulations, employment regulations, financial regulations, regulations on wealth/assets/waqf and so on. If the Kyai is still alive, the organizational system that is not yet ideal can be covered by the Kyai's charisma, so that all components can still carry out their duties properly because they adhere to the principle of sam'an wa tha'atan. Organizational conflict is triggered by the absence of an organizational system that provides opportunities for each party to make their own interpretations, causing misunderstandings and conflicts. This destructive conflict can be minimized by providing adequate institutional systems and organizational regulations to serve as guidelines for relevant parties in carrying out their duties and authorities. Patterns of institutional management that are in line with the demands of the times are a must for an educational institution if it wants to exist and is desired by the community. Educational institutions need to develop modern, effective and efficient and participatory management. In this way, pesantren can create harmonious and communicative conditions among organizational components, so as to improve their performance and gain public trust

    Sistem Informasi Pondok Pesantren Islamic Center eLKISI (SIP-e) adalah platform yang dirancang untuk mengelola aspek administratif dan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan efisiensi, SIP-e mengadopsi teknologi informasi. Namun, dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan yang kompleks, evaluasi ekonomi dari pengembangan dan pemeliharaan perangkat lunak diperlukan. Analisis ekonomi ini penting agar SIP-e dapat memahami dan mengelola biaya terkait, membuat keputusan alokasi sumber daya yang lebih cerdas, memperkirakan biaya, dan mengevaluasi nilai investasi dalam teknologi informasi. Metode Constructive Cost Model II (COCOMO II) digunakan dalam analisis ini karena terbukti fleksibel dan akurat dalam estimasi biaya pembangunan perangkat lunak. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan estimasi usaha sebesar 60,91 person-months, dengan durasi pengerjaan 11 bulan dan kebutuhan SDM 6 orang. Berdasarkan Upah Minimum Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar Rp 2.165.244, biaya proyek per bulan diperkirakan Rp 12.991.464, dengan total biaya selama 11 bulan sebesar Rp 142.906.10

    Layanan kesejahteraan Bagian Kemahasiswaan (BK) IT Telkom, merupakan bagian yang menangani kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai kesejahteraan mahasiswa di IT Telkom. Salah satu bagian kesejahteraan mahasiswa yaitu menangani beasiswa mulai dari mengurusi penerimaan dan seleksi beasiswa dari internal atau eksternal. BK IT Telkom juga mempunyai sasaran mutu yang harus dicapai untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari BK, seperti peningkatan pengelolaan kesejahteraan mahasiswa. Saat ini informasi tentang beasiswa di IT Telkom belum tersebar merata ke mahasiswa, knowledge dari penerima beasiswa belum tersampaikan dengan baik ke pendaftar beasiswa, dan belum adanya proses evaluasi dari Tim BK untuk proses penerimaan beasiswa dari tahun ke tahun. Kekurangan tersebut bisa berkurang dengan pembuatan fitur beasiswa pada Knowledge Management System.Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode iterative dan incremental, yang merupakan suatu langkah dalam siklus pengembangan sistem yang secara keseluruhan hasilnya dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembangunan sistem. Dan menerapkan konsep Knowledge Management Cycle, yaitu siklus knowledge yang berkelanjutan dan ada improvement pada setiap siklus. Aplikasi ini menggunakan teknologi Java Enterprise Edition yang merupakan teknologi yang kuat, bersifat tangguh dan stabil serta dapat mendukung arsitektur multitier.Aplikasi KMS ini dibangun menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang mampu mengelolah hasil penerimaan beasiswa atau melakukan profiling pendaftar dan penerima beasiswa, sehingga knowledge worker bisa mengetahui profil pendaftar dan penerima. Mengetahui terjadi peningkatan atau penurunan pada penerimaan beasiswa dari tahun ke tahun, dan mengetahui profil pada masing-masing penerima beasiswa untuk di lakukan evaluasi, sesuai dengan indikator kinerja yang harus dicapai. Hasil eveluasi dari knowledge worker (Tim BK) di simpan dan dievalusi lagi oleh knowledge worker (Tim BK) yang lain.Aplikasi KMS ini mampu melakukan creation yaitu menyampaikan knowledge baru dari knowledge worker dari hasil analisis beberapa informasi yang disediakan. Storage, melakukan penyimpanan knowledge pada database. Transfer, melakukan proses konversi data, dari database menjadi knowledge baru dari knowledge worker yang lain. Application proses learning oleh knowledge worker. Penelitian ini diharapkan sudah menerapkan expert system yang mampu mengambil knowledge dari data-data dan informasi yang tersedia.     In the global era, the banks created a system of e-banking that is a form of service providedby them for providing customers ease in conducting transactions anytime and anywhere viaonline. However, with e-banking, it is still perceived by customer complaints, such as securityproblems. In addition, the use of e-banking cannot be used by all customers because ofcertain constraints. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a positive significantrelationship between service qualities on customer loyalty Bank user satisfaction of ebankingin Surabaya. This research method uses questionnaire for collecting the data. Theresearch was conducted in Surabaya, while the analysis was done by using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) with the number of respondents of 115. The results show that the effectof service quality on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on customerloyalty have no significant and positive effect.     AN ANALYSIS OF SENTENCE FRAGMENTS IN THE STUDENTS’ WRITING AT THE THIRD SEMESTER OF ENGLISH DEPARTMENT OF UMMAT IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

    A sentence fragments is a structurally incomplete sentence or part of a sentence. Therefore, this research aims at analyzing the types and investigate the most dominant type of sentence fragments made by the third semester students of English Department of UMMAT. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative because the researcher collected the data used an analysis and draw the conclusion from the analysis. The result of this research are there were 84 (eighty four) errors appeared in the students’writing. The highest frequency of error appeared in the students’ writing was the absence of verb around 37 times or 44.04% It means that the absence of verb was the most dominant error done by students. The second frequency of error that appeared in students’ writing was the absence of subject with 25 times or 29.76%. The absence of verb indicates the students still confuse to determine the subject in writing descriptive text. The third frequency of error that appeared in students’ writing was the absence of subject and a verb with 20 times or 23.80%. The absence of subject and a verb in the students’ writing showed that students were notable to make sentences with the clear meaning or do not with no ambiguity. The fourth of error that appeared in the students’ writing was the absence of subject in dependent clause with 2 times or 2.40%. The absence of subject in dependent clause in students’ writing shows that the students still confuse to make complete sentences which contain subject, verb and complete though.     IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN INTEGRASI SAINS-QURAN PADA HUKUM NEWTON I,II,III DI MADRASAH ALIYAH MUHAMMADIYAH 9 PONDOK PESANTREN AL-MIZAN LAMONGAN

    This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning the integration of science-quran in Newton's law at MA Muhammadiyah 9 Pondok Pesantren Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan. This type of research is a case study research that collects primary data through interviews from waka madrasah, physics teacher integration science-quran and class X IPA 2 MA Muhammadiyah 9 Pondok Pesantren Al-Mizan Lamongan, while secondary data can be obtained from literature and documents. MA Muhammadiyah 9 Pondok Pesantren Al-Mizan Lamongan, after all the data has been collected, it is further analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of this study conclude that first, learning planning is carried out by the waka of the curriculum, namely determining the revised 2013 curriculum as the madrasa curriculum. The integration physics teacher is also involved in lesson planning, such as: preparing the Details of the Effective Week (RPE), Syllabus, Semester Program (Promes), Annual Program (Prota), and Lesson Plans (RPP). Second, the implementation of learning is divided into three activities, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. Third, the evaluation of learning the integration of science-quran on Newton's law material based on time is divided into two, namely material exams and daily exams. Based on the form, it is divided into three, namely: knowledge evaluation in the form of written and non-written, attitude evaluation in the form of an attitude evaluation sheet and skill evaluation in the form of a skill evaluation sheet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran integrasi  sains-quran pada hukum Newton di MA Muhammadiyah 9 Pondok Pesantren Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus yang menghimpun data primer melaului wawancara dari waka madrasah, Guru mata pelajaran Fisika integrasi sains-quran dan Siswa kelas X IPA 2 MA Muhammadiyah 9 Pondok Pesantren Al-Mizan Lamongan, adapun data Skunder di dapat dari lieteratur dan dokumen MA Muhammadiyah 9 Pondok Pesantren Al-Mizan Lamongan, setelah semua data terkumpul di  lanjut analisis secara kulitatif dan diuraikan dalam bentuk diskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pertama, Perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan oleh waka kurikulum yaitu menentukan kurikulum 2013 revisi sebagai kurikulum madrasah. Guru mata pelajaran fisika integrasi  juga terlibat dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, seperti: menyusun Rincian Pekan Efektif (RPE), Silabus, Program Semester (Promes), Program Tahunan (Prota), dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Kedua, Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Ketiga, Evaluasi pembelajaran integrasi  sains-quran pada materi hukum Newton berdasarkan waktunya dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu ujian materi dan ujian harian. Adapun berdasarkan bentuknya dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu: evaluasi pengetahuan berbentuk tulisan dan non tulisan, evaluasi sikap berbentuk lembar evaluasi sikap dan evaluasi keterampilan berbentuk lembar evaluasi keterampilan

    Pengukuran kemiripan makna kalimat bertujuan untuk didapatkan nilai kemiripan antar satu kalimat dengan kalimat yang lain. Nilai kemiripan yang didapatkan tersebut kemudian dapat diimplementasikan untuk pengembangan sistem yang berbasis matching sentence, misalnya search engine. Pada beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya, membahas mengenai efektivitas algoritma semantik dalam mengukur kemiripan makna kalimat dalam bahasa Inggris. Sedangkan, penelitian ini mencari kemiripan makna antar kalimat dalam bahasa Indonesia. Dataset dalam pencarian dan pengukuran makna kalimat pada penelitian ini menggunakan sinonimkata.com yang berupa node atau percabangan. Pada perhitungan kemiripan makna kalimat menggunakan WordNet, pendekatan yang digunakan ialah Wu Palmer, Lin, Path, Resnik, dan Hirst-St (HSO). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan path karena paling sesuai untuk menghitung jumlah node atau relasi yang terhubung antar node lain dalam sinonimkata.com. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan 5 eksperimen yakni, berdasarkan susunan kalimat kata kerja – kata benda, kalimat aktif – kalimat pasif (makna sama), 2 kalimat aktif, 2 kalimat pasif, dan kalimat aktif – kalimat pasif (makna berbeda). Menghitung nilai kemiripan kata diurai dengan kriteria kelas kata kerja, dan kata benda kemudian dihitung berdasarkan contextual menggunakan pendekatan path yang kemiripan katanya dicari menggunakan sinonimkata.com. Dari proses perhitungan kelima eksperimen tersebut, dapat dihasilkan kemiripan kalimat dalam bahasa Indonesia yang memiliki tingkat kemiripan yang tinggi bernilai 0,875 pada eksperimen kriteria kalimat dengan susunan kata kerja – kata benda
