As
It is for the school to promote educational responses that successfully educate all students, including those with Hyperactivity Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder. This paper focuses on this theme and the contribution of physical and sporting activity in people with this syndrome. So knowing that in an educational context, teachers are the key players in the process of teaching and student learning, we consider pertinent to develop a study of teachers to teach Physical Education in Curriculum Enrichment Activities and teachers of the first. Cylce with variant in Physical Education. This research has as main purpose to check if the physical and sporting activity benefits the development of children with ADHD and seek to understand the perception of teachers, for the most appropriate strategies to take action on these students. Thus, the following problem has been made of investigation: What is the perception of teachers (Physical Education Activities Enrichment Curriculum and Teachers of the stream with a variant in Physical Education) for the most appropriate strategies for intervention with students from a stream with Hyperactivity Disorder and Attention Deficit? We also defined two research hypotheses: 1º - Teachers in the sample have common preference for some strategies in students with Hyperactivity Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder. 2º - Students with Hyperactivity Disorder and Attention Deficit benefit most from participation in physical and sporting activities when developed using specific strategies. The results of a study carried out analysis of data collected through a questionnaire consisting of open and closed questions. In this study, we used the quantitative method in the treatment of the resulting data from closed questions. The open questions were subjected to content analysis. As a conclusive analysis of this study, we found that the teachers in this study consider that the contribution of physical activity and sport among children with ADHD is very important and that the application of specific strategies that meet the student's areas of disturbance, allows the attenuation / overcome difficulties. We also found that these professionals have common preference for a set of strategies and that in such cases, there are several areas that benefit from physical activity and sport

Nervous form of caprine arthritis-encephalitis
Two cases are described of female goats, Saanen crossbreds, two months old, with clinical signs of hind limb paresis, incoordination, difficulty breathing and cachexia, which were subjected to euthanasia due to unfavorable prognosis. At necropsy it was possible to observe that there was congestion of the central nervous system (CNS) and pulmonary consolidation in both goats. Microscopic changes were characterized by multifocal lymphoplasmacytic leucoencephalomielitis, with vacuolization of neuropile and axonal spheroids, leptomeningitis, interstitial nonsupurative pneumonia in goat A and bacterial bronchopneumonia in goat B. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was positive for the caprine arthritis - encephalitis virus in thalamus fragments. The agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test was performed in sera sample of twenty animals and sixteen resulted positive. Diagnosis of the nervous form of caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus (CAEV) infection was based on clinical and pathological status, IHC and AGID. This clinical presentation of CAE could be uncommon in Brazil, but must be considered in case of neurologic diseases in small ruminants
Brazilian Research Consortium on Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorders guidelines for the treatment of adult obsessive-compulsive disorder. Part II: cognitive-behavioral therapy
Objectives: To summarize evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) treatment and propose clinical interventions for adult patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods: The literature on CBT interventions for adult OCD, including BT and exposure and response prevention, was systematically reviewed to develop updated clinical guidelines for clinicians, providing comprehensive details about the necessary procedures for the CBT protocol. We searched the literature from 2013-2020 in five databases (PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, PsycINFO, and Lilacs) regarding study design, primary outcome measures, publication type, and language. Selected articles were assessed for quality with validated tools. Treatment recommendations were classified according to levels of evidence developed by the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. Results: We examined 44 new studies used to update the 2013 American Psychiatric Association guidelines. High-quality evidence supports CBT with exposure and response prevention techniques as a first-line treatment for OCD. Protocols for Internet-delivered CBT have also proven efficacious for adults with OCD. Conclusion: High-quality scientific evidence supports the use of CBT with exposure and response prevention to treat adults with OCD

The study of the sources referring to the donors of the Misericórdia of the city of Porto
during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries has revealed the presence of numerous exotic objects in their last wills and inventories. A survey has traced 257 donors until 1699, some of them
having died in an area that extends from Macao to Brazil. Only a small number of cases shall be
presented here, pertaining to benefactors who, in spite of owning objects of transoceanic origin,
seem to have remained in mainland Portugal. It shall be argued that the circulation of objects has
not been exclusive either to the elites of the nobility or to the large urban centres, their diffusion having been on a larger scale than what has been admitted until now. The city under scrutiny in
this study – Porto during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries – was not one of the bigger cities
in this period, either in what respects to size or population, although it was located in an area of
flourishing demography, that channelled its surplus population early on to internal and external
emigration. Fidalgos and noblemen owned exotic goods, but these were to be found among
merchants and even well-to-do artisans. On the other hand, not all objects originating from the
areas of transoceanic expansion should be considered as luxury goods.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
SARS-CoV-2 introductions and early dynamics of the epidemic in Portugal
Genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Portugal was rapidly implemented by
the National Institute of Health in the early stages of the COVID-19 epidemic, in collaboration
with more than 50 laboratories distributed nationwide.
Methods By applying recent phylodynamic models that allow integration of individual-based
travel history, we reconstructed and characterized the spatio-temporal dynamics of SARSCoV-2 introductions and early dissemination in Portugal.
Results We detected at least 277 independent SARS-CoV-2 introductions, mostly from
European countries (namely the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, and Switzerland),
which were consistent with the countries with the highest connectivity with Portugal.
Although most introductions were estimated to have occurred during early March 2020, it is
likely that SARS-CoV-2 was silently circulating in Portugal throughout February, before the
first cases were confirmed.
Conclusions Here we conclude that the earlier implementation of measures could have
minimized the number of introductions and subsequent virus expansion in Portugal. This
study lays the foundation for genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in Portugal, and highlights the need for systematic and geographically-representative genomic surveillance. We gratefully acknowledge to Sara Hill and Nuno Faria (University of Oxford) and

Pervasive gaps in Amazonian ecological research
Biodiversity loss is one of the main challenges of our time,1,2 and attempts to address it require a clear un derstanding of how ecological communities respond to environmental change across time and space.3,4
While the increasing availability of global databases on ecological communities has advanced our knowledge
of biodiversity sensitivity to environmental changes,5–7 vast areas of the tropics remain understudied.8–11 In
the American tropics, Amazonia stands out as the world’s most diverse rainforest and the primary source of
Neotropical biodiversity,12 but it remains among the least known forests in America and is often underrepre sented in biodiversity databases.13–15 To worsen this situation, human-induced modifications16,17 may elim inate pieces of the Amazon’s biodiversity puzzle before we can use them to understand how ecological com munities are responding. To increase generalization and applicability of biodiversity knowledge,18,19 it is thus
crucial to reduce biases in ecological research, particularly in regions projected to face the most pronounced
environmental changes. We integrate ecological community metadata of 7,694 sampling sites for multiple or ganism groups in a machine learning model framework to map the research probability across the Brazilian
Amazonia, while identifying the region’s vulnerability to environmental change. 15%–18% of the most ne glected areas in ecological research are expected to experience severe climate or land use changes by
2050. This means that unless we take immediate action, we will not be able to establish their current status,
much less monitor how it is changing and what is being lostinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
