Tejiendo vida y memoria

El presente trabajo es resultado de la sistematización del proceso de acompañamiento psicosocial en el marco del proyecto Costurero de la Memoria: Kilómetros de Vida y de Memoria , y se orientó a indagar cómo este proceso contribuyó a que las participantes del espacio pudieran resignificar su experiencia de ser víctimas de la violencia sociopolítica y/o del conflicto armado, en nuestro país. Es una investigación cualitativa, de carácter inductivo, dado que a partir del proceso de sistematización de la experiencia, de lo socializado en talleres y actividades realizadas, se fue identificando una serie de indicadores, que permitieron formular de forma progresiva las categorías de análisis, a saber: potencial terapéutico, redes de apoyo y afrontamiento. A partir de esta identificación preliminar se indagó por referentes teóricos que fortalecieran las mencionadas categorías de análisis. Seguido a esto, con el fin de profundizar en la experiencia, se realizó una entrevista semiestructurada a tres mujeres participantes con edades entre los 45 y los 65 años. Por otro lado, se utilizaron medios visuales y audiovisuales para enriquecer el proceso de sistematización de la experiencia."The work shown here is the result of the systemized process of social and psychological support in the frame of the project entitled ""Sewing box of memories: kilometers of life and memory"". Desarrollo de un modelo de recomendación de prendas de vestir basado en información local

Para el cliente es una experiencia abrumadora encontrar contenido de su interés dentro de una gran cantidad de opciones existentes, por lo tanto, las empresas se han visto en la necesidad de implementar nuevas metodologías que les permitan sugerir productos que se ajusten a las preferencias de sus clientes. En la industria de la moda, es un desafío sugerir productos de interés, considerando la gran cantidad de atributos involucrados en las prendas y el factor de subjetividad presente al momento de realizar una compra. El problema se abordará desde el desarrollo de un sistema de recomendación de prendas para una marca de ropa local. El objetivo de esta investigación es facilitar la toma de decisiones, mejorar la percepción del cliente sobre la experiencia de la tienda y permitir que la empresa satisfaga las necesidades del mercado. En consecuencia, el sistema de recomendación considera tres pasos diferentes durante la experiencia de compra en la marca de ropa local, el vendedor sugerirá prendas dependiendo del punto de la ruta donde se encuentre el cliente: Bienvenida, fila de pago y caja. Se utilizaron varias técnicas como el análisis de datos, el análisis de Pareto, el análisis RFM, la segmentación del mercado y las reglas de asociación, para dar una idea de los datos y transformarlos en acciones utilizables para el diseño del sistema. Para que el vendedor pueda visualizar claramente las recomendaciones fue creada una aplicación.It is an overwhelming experience for the client to find content of his interest within a wide range of existing options, therefore, companies have seen the need to implement new methodologies that allow them to suggest products that fit their customers’ preferences. In the fashion industry it is a challenge to suggest products of interest, considering the large number of attributes involved in the garments and the subjectivity factor present at the time of making a purchase. The problem will be addressed by developing a garment recommendation system for a local clothing brand. The objective of this research is to ease decision making, improve the customer perception of the store's experience and allow the company to meet the needs of the market. Consequently , the recommendation system considers three different steps during the shopping experience in the local clothing brand, the vendor will suggest garments depending on the point of the route where the client is: Welcome, checkout line, register. Several techniques like data analysis, Pareto analysis, RFM analysis, market segmentation and association rules, were used to give an idea of the data and transform it into usable actions for system design. Case report: differential genomics and evolution of a meningeal melanoma treated with ipilimumab and nivolumab

Primary melanocytic tumors of the CNS are extremely rare conditions, encompassing different disease processes including meningeal melanoma and meningeal melanocytosis. Its incidence range between 3-5%, with approximately 0.005 cases per 100,000 people. Tumor biological behavior is commonly aggressive, with poor prognosis and very low survivability, and a high recurrence rate, even after disease remission with multimodal treatments. Specific genetic alterations involving gene transcription, alternative splicing, RNA translation, and cell proliferation are usually seen, affecting genes like BRAF, TERT, GNAQ, SF3B1, and EIF1AX. Here we present an interesting case of a 59-year-old male presenting with neurologic symptoms and a further confirmed diagnosis of primary meningeal melanoma. Multiple therapy lines were used, including radiosurgery, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy. The patient developed two relapses and an evolving genetic makeup that confirmed the disease’s clonal origin. La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Departamentos del Valle del Cauca

El presente trabajo muestra la capacidad de evaluar eventos de violencia que dejan marca en una persona o población, el desarrollo de este trabajo fue basado en el enfoque narrativo y análisis de relato, como profundización al reconocer aquellos recursos que beneficien el afrontamiento de todo padecimiento por el que pasan muchas personas en Colombia víctimas de la violencia, generando estabilidad en el restablecimiento de sus vidas. El proceso realizado como trabajo en equipo incluye herramientas de desarrollo como la observación y el análisis de campo mediante la misma, comprensión y reflexión del caso ante las necesidades detectadas, la narrativa en el caso de Camilo y Peñas Coloradas permiten analizar y reflexionar sobre la realidad de la población frente el escenario político y social, comprendiendo además aquellas necesidades y anhelos plasmados por los relatores desde un análisis profesional, mostrando la importancia de la intervención psicológica para la comprensión del diagnóstico social permitiendo así una aproximación a la realidad de las víctimas en un proceso de superación tanto personal como social. La salud mental permite abordar las problemáticas sociales generadas por aquellos impactos psicosociales marcados en las víctimas, estas problemáticas no solo reflejan la vulneración de los derechos humanos de Camilo y los habitantes de Peñas Coloradas sino también el contratiempo que esta violencia trae en el desarrollo de su propio ser y el social, las acciones y estrategias planteadas por el grupo permiten tener un mayor conocimiento y acercamiento a los detalles que se involucran en el impacto psicosocial, con el fin de minimizar el daño psicológico y social que ha sido causado por la violencia, teniendo en cuenta los emergentes psicosociales y los impactos causados por el conflicto armado mostramos la importancia de la reconstrucción social y el evitar la repetición de aquellos actos de violencia generando nuevas motivaciones mediante la potenciación de los recursos de afrontamiento e iniciativa a la restauración de proyecto de vida, la reparación de derechos humanos también hacen parte del afrontamiento de la violencia ya que se desarrollan nuevas historias en donde se ilustra no solo la esperanza sino la motivación al cambio y a la memoria, una memoria como la de Camilo que muestra la importancia del proyecto de vida, del iniciar nuevas esperanzas como persona sobre aquellos recuerdos de pérdidas y frustraciones y una memoria como la de la comunidad de Peñas Coloradas que sufrió el desalojo de sus tierras condenados a años de sufrimiento por el desentendimiento del gobierno que silencio sus voces y negó el derecho a luchar por sus tierras. El presente trabajo también presenta la experiencia desarrollada por cada integrante del grupo mediante el foto voz, todos los casos presentados en la página WIX son impactos psicosociales detectados en el valle del Cauca, permitiendo la comprensión y análisis de los casos mediante la imagen y la narrativa sin necesidad de describir de manera implícita la situación desarrollada, permitiendo así la visualización y comprensión de las experiencias vivenciadas por una población víctima de violencia, ampliando la participación psicosocial en el afrontamiento de aquellas experiencias traumáticas vivenciadas y que estas mismas han permitido que el recuerdo genere un impacto que conlleve al cambio restaurando el bienestar social.This work shows the ability to evaluate events of violence that leave a mark on a person or population, the development of this work was based on the narrative approach and analysis of the story, as a deepening by recognizing those resources that benefit the coping of all suffering due to what many people in Colombia go through, victims of violence, generating stability in the reestablishment of their lives. The process carried out as teamwork includes development tools such as observation and field analysis through the same, understanding and reflection of the case in the face of the detected needs, the narrative in the case of Camilo and Peñas Coloradas allow to analyze and reflect on reality of the population in front of the political and social scene, also understanding those needs and desires expressed by the rapporteurs from a professional analysis, showing the importance of psychological intervention for the understanding of the social diagnosis, thus allowing an approach to the reality of the victims in a process of personal and social improvement. Mental health allows addressing the social problems generated by those psychosocial impacts marked on the victims, these problems not only reflect the violation of the human rights of Camilo and the inhabitants of Peñas Coloradas but also the setback that this violence brings in the development of their own being and the social one, the actions and strategies proposed by the group allow to have a greater knowledge and approach to the details that are involved in the psychosocial impact, in order to minimize the psychological and social damage that has been caused by the Violence, taking into account the psychosocial emergencies and the impacts caused by the armed conflict, we show the importance of social reconstruction and avoiding the repetition of those acts of violence, generating new motivations by strengthening the resources of coping and initiative to restore life project, the reparation of human rights also make part of coping with violence since new stories are developed where not only hope but also the motivation for change and memory are illustrated, a memory like Camilo's that shows the importance of the life project, of starting new hopes as a person about those memories of losses and frustrations and a memory like that of the community of Peñas Coloradas that suffered eviction from their lands, condemned to years of suffering due to the lack of understanding of the government that silenced their voices and denied the right to fight for their lands. El Proyecto Integrador de Semestre (PISE) como estrategia pedagógica institucional, ha permitido fomentar en el programa de Diseño de Modas la investigación formativa a partir de diferentes temáticas universales, para hacer un descubrimiento y reconocimiento a aquellos saberes que puedan aportarle al proceso creativo de sus estudiantes, propiciando la innovación. La guía de trabajo 2020-3 presenta los resultados de este semestre como experiencias significativas obtenidas a partir de la investigación-creación, el ABP (aprendizaje basado en proyectos) y el Modelo de Aprendizaje Aumentado Areandina, para compartirlos con la comunidad académica. El tema general de investigación se orientó hacia “Reconquistar nuestro proceso creativo”; a través de un ejercicio de observación y análisis sobre los siguientes hechos: los enigmas de la naturaleza y la regeneración de ciertos animales que han sido tema de estudio para la ciencia y el diseño; el legado y técnica de los tejidos ancestrales que forman parte de una cultura especifica; el simbolismo de la literatura en el mundo y que se ha revitalizado en el tiempo; el desafío que realiza la arquitectura al renovarse manteniendo la esencia de sus edificaciones; la reinvención y sensualidad de las artes en el Renacimiento y finalmente el estudio de aquellas marcas y diseñadores que han evolucionado y mantienen su impronta; temas fundamentales y un reto para los jóvenes creadores de Areandina. The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. El lado humano de la sostenibilidad : reflexiones desde lo privado y lo público

Los autores de este libro, por ejemplo, investigan y analizan el concepto de cuidado y sus dinámicas al interior de la familia, la percepción masculina del cuidado doméstico; cómo se perciben e interiorizan los términos educación y ciudadanía en la vida cotidiana; qué significa la discapacidad y cómo funcionan las familias con integrantes discapacitados. Recommendations for treatment with recombinant human growth hormone in pediatric patients in Colombia

En Colombia, actualmente no existen parámetros claros para el diagnóstico de pacientes con talla baja, ni sobre el tratamiento de esta población con hormona de crecimiento recombinante humana (somatropina), lo cual se ve favorecido por la diversidad de programas de formación de profesionales en endocrinología pediátrica. En respuesta a esta problemática se realizó el primer acuerdo colombiano de expertos en talla baja liderado por la Asociación Colegio Colombiana de Endocrinología Pediátrica (ACCEP); este trabajo contó con la participación y el aval de expertos clínicos de importantes instituciones de salud públicas y privadas del país, además de expertos metodológicos del instituto Keralty, quienes garantizaron la estandarización del uso de la somatropina. Después de realizar una minuciosa revisión de la literatura, se propone la unificación de definiciones, un algoritmo diagnóstico, los parámetros de referencia de las pruebas bioquímicas y dinámicas, una descripción de las consideraciones de uso de la somatropina para el tratamiento de las patologías con aprobación por la entidad regulatoria de medicamentos y alimentos en Colombia y, por último, un formato de consentimiento informado y de ficha técnica del medicamento.In Colombia there are no guidelines for diagnosis and management of patients with short stature and for the use of recombinanthuman growth hormone, mainly caused by the diversity of training centers in pediatric endocrinology. In response to this situation,the Asociación Colegio Colombiana de Endocrinología Pediátrica leds the first colombian short stature expert committee in order tostandardize the use of human recombinant growth hormone. This work had the participation and endorsement of a consortium ofclinical experts representing the Sociedad Colombiana de Pediatría, Secretaría Distrital de Salud de Bogotá- Subred Integrada deServicios de Salud Suroccidente, Fundación Universitaria Sanitas, Universidad de los Andes and some public and private healthinstitutions in the country, in addition to the participation of methodological experts from the Instituto Global de Excelencia ClínicaKeralty. Identificación de las actitudes y comportamiento de viaje de propietarios de vehículos particulares en Bogotá

Esta investigación, en un primer momento, tiene como objetivo identificar las actitudes y el comportamiento de los usuarios de automóviles privados en la ciudad de Bogotá.
