     The objective of this article is to reconstruct the political policies of the New Order government regarding inter-religious relations in Indonesia, particularly in chiming with the relationship between religious communities and the government during 1966-1998. The method applied in this research is the historical method with research steps, namely, source collection (heuristic), source analysis (criticism), interpretation and historiography). The results of the study reveal that in general the New Order government in the period 1966-1998 took a two-way policy towards the religious community, namely on the one hand developing religious life in rituals and avoiding the religious community from political discourse. From this policy, the term “Tri Kerukunan” (Tri Harmony) emerges. which indicates a tripartite relationship between religious adherents, internal religious communities, people, and the government which is more dominated by a discourse on the relationship between Muslims and the government or the state. At the level of ideological-political policies related to inter-religious relations, the government develops exclusive and centralistic policies. Meanwhile, at the socio-religious level, since the beginning, the government has developed quite pluralist policies. This pluralist tendency can be seen from the participation of extra-state elements in policy formulation. Thus the format of government policies regarding inter-religious relations is not merely religious but is framed with macro policies, especially in the fields of politics and ideology

    Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has become a worldwide problem. Dengue Haemoraggic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. DHF has a high mortality rate, so there is a need for appropriate therapy to reduce morbidity. This study aims to determine how the rationality of treatment in patients with Dangue Haemorraggic Fever (DHF) at the University Hospital of Mataram for the Period January - June 2020. This study is a non-experimental descriptive study, where data was taken retrospectively obtained from records. Medical records of Dengue Haemoraggic Fever (DHF) patients at the Inpatient Installation of Mataram University Hospital Period January - June 2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and 40 medical records were obtained. This research was conducted by looking at the rationality of treatment based on the right indication, the right patient, the right drug, and the right dose. The data obtained were compared with the basic guidelines for the management of DHF treatment therapy from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2004. The results showed the rationality of DHF treatment seen from several aspects, namely in the use of analgesic-antipyretic drugs and maintenance fluids, appropriate indications in the use of analgesic-antipyretic drugs and maintenance fluid obtained a percentage of 100%.     Manajemen Lalu Lintas Satu Arah Kawasan Timur Semarang

    Kawasan timur kota Semarang merupakan kawasan daerah perkantoran dan pertokoan, sehingga pada jam – jam puncak pagi, siang, dan sore hari memperlihatkan volume lalu lintas yang besar. Terkait dengan ruas jalan yang saat ini tidak bertambah maka digunakan gagasan manajemen lalu lintas satu arah dengan sistem rotasi. Perkembangan arus lalu lintas di masa mendatang diperkirakan akan lebih besar, dengan manajemen lalu lintas satu arah diharapkan arus lalu lintas akan tersebar pada ruas-ruas jalan yang ada. Survey lalu lintas dilakukan pada ruas jalan dan simpang bersinyal di kawasan Timur Semarang. Analisis kinerja menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Analisis lalu lintas dilakukan pada kondisi eksisting dan kemudian dibuat beberapa alternatif rancangan manajemen lalu lintas satu arah pada kawasan Timur Semarang berdasarkan kondisi arus lalu lintas. Manajemen lalu lintas yang diterapkan berupa perubahan rute jalan, pembebanan arus lalu lintas, waktu hijau pada kondisi simpang bersinyal, perubahan geometrik jalan dan penambahan fasilitas lalu lintas. Dari hasil perbandingan yang telah dilakukan, dipilih skenario terbaik pada kawasan Timur Semarang dengan perubahan sistem satu arah yang dilakukan pada jalan Ahmad Yani kearah timur, jalan Sriwijaya kearah barat, jalan MT. Haryono 2 (dekat simpang Bangkong) ke arah utara, jalan Ki Mangunsarkoro ke arah utara, dan jalan Ahmad Dahlan ke arah selatan. Untuk mensukseskan manajemen lalu lintas satu arah kawasan timur Semarang, maka perencanaan manajemen lalu lintas satu arah dilakukan secara bertahap. Pada langkah awal dilakukan perubahan pada Jalan MT. Haryono 2 (dekat simpang Bangkong) ke arah utara dan Jalan Katamso ke arah timur. Tahapan awal kedua dilakukan perubahan pada Jalan Ki Mangunsarkoro ke arah utara, Jalan Ahmad Dahlan ke arah selatan, dan Jalan Ahmad Yani 1 (dekat Simpang Lima) ke arah timur. Setelah dilaksanakan tahap awal manajemen lalu lintas satu arah, selanjutnya dapat dilakukan perubahan terakhir pada Jalan Ahmad Yani 2 (dekat Simpang Bangkong) ke arah timur dan Jalan Sriwijaya ke arah barat, sehingga manajemen lalu lintas satu arah pada kawasan timur Semarang dapat terlaksana dengan baik.     Perception Fishermen Community about the Importance of 12 Years of Formal Education

    This study aims to determine how people's perceptions fishermen about the importance of 12 years formal education and how the implications of the fishing community's perception of the importance of 12 years formal education. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling and the data collection techniques used are documentation, semi-structured interviews and observation. Field data findings show that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village is a heterogeneous, consumptive community and based on interviews found that community perceptions about the importance of 12 years of formal education are as a provision for diplomas to look for work as land laborers. The meaning of 12 years of formal education in the form of maturity has not yet been felt by the community from the number due to environmental and social factors which are seen from the number of 2292 elementary school students who continue to the first level only 30% ie 308 who reached the top education level. so the 12-year formal education function that has a role to develop the community's potential is indisputable because of the social stratum between the skipper fisherman and the fisherman laborers. It is here that the important function of 12 years formal education is completely collided with the perception of the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District

    ABSTRACTIdentification of the emergence of a nationality village in Patoman village needs tobe done, this is done because Patoman village has the potential of various types ofheterogeneous communities in terms of religion, culture or ethnicity. So it needs tobe traced and further studies need to be done on the identification of villages that areincluded in the elements of nationalism village. This becomes important and servesas a basis for reference to the grouping of villages that have an element of pluralismand will later be designated as a nationality village. On the other hand can be usedas a reference and input by local governments in providing policies regarding theexistence of a nationality village. Besides that, support from the local governmentrelated to the promotion of the potential / superiority of culture, ethnicity, villagesand regions in Banyuwangi is very intensively carried out, as evidenced by the manyfestivals that are held and scheduled every one year. This research is to identifyvillages that have the potential to become nationality villages in which there arevarious criteria or elements that have been fulfilled, one of which is the compositionof religion, culture, ethnicity and the form of tolerance that is maintained andsustainability, from the results of its study can be used as foothold for policy makers,especially the Banyuwangi local government and related ministries. This researchuses a qualitative approach with a case study design and uses a phenomenologicalperspective. The selection of respondents using snowball sampling, namely thevillage and district government in Blimbingsari, community leaders, religiousleaders, Banyuwangi National Mixing Forum and cultural figures. From the resultsof the research it can be seen that the tolerance value of patoman society and itsdiversity is very close and very good in community relations can be seen from theimplementation of mutual values and religious tolerance.Keywords: Identification, village, patoman nationalit

    Brain-Based Learning: The Impact on Student’s Higher Order Thinking Skills and Motivation

    The research objectives are to determine the effects of the Brain-based Learning (BBL) approach on students' higher-order thinking skills and student motivation to learn physics. This research used the quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research consisted of two tenth-grade science classes chosen by simple random sampling technique. This research population was all tenth-grade students of a senior high school in Yogyakarta. The data were obtained by test and non-test techniques. The result shows that BBL approach affects on the students' higher-order thinking skills (sig. 2-tailed = 0,003 α = 0.05). Further, it also improves students' higher-order thinking skills represented by the N-Gain value (experimental class N-Gain = 0.40 control class N-Gain = 0.21). On the other hand, not only on student's higher-order thinking skills, BBL approach bring the significant effect on students’ motivation in learning physics (sig. 2-tailed = 0,000 α = 0.05) as well as could improve it (experimental class N-Gain = 0.55 control class N-Gain = 0.04). It means that the BBL approach could improve higher-order thinking skills and students' motivation more effectively than the traditional approac

Penelitian dilakukan di Hotel The Papandayan kota Bandung, dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei explanatory dengan pendekatan deduktif-induktif dan dihitung secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode statistika Analisa jalur dengan bantuan SPSS 26 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode sampling jenuh pada seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 138 orang karyawan di hotel The papandayan kota Bandung. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel kompetensi karyawan dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen afektif, ditemukannya pengaruh yang signifikan dari komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitu juga pengaruh semua variabel independent dan intervening terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.     Pengaruh Kinerja Manajemen Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Smp Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah

    Kinerja guru merupakan sebuah prestasi atau hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh seorang guru ketika melaksanakan tugasnya serta hasil kinerjanya dievaluasi oleh pimpinan lembaga pendidikan yaitu kepala sekolah, komponen yang mempengaruhi diantaranya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah, Mengetahui Budaya Organisasi SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah, dan Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah?. Populasi penelitian adalah 15 guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 guru dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner (angket), observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, teknik inferensial, analisis korelasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi 0,66 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,44 atau 44%. terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,71 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,51 atau 51%. terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,84 dan berpengaruh 0,71 atau 71% terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru..   Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Kinerja Gur
