Waste cooking oil is oil derived from plants such as corn oil, vegetable oil, and ghee which has been used as cooking oil and is usually reused for economic reasons. However, when viewed from its chemical composition, used cooking oil contains carcinogenic compounds which occurs during the frying process. The use of used cooking oil can disrupt the body's hemostasis, it can cause many disorders, can increase cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid, and can even damage organs. Knowledge about the effects of used cooking oil is expected to be able to change people's lifestyles so that they no longer use used cooking oil. Training on blood chemistry examinations related to cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar levels by Cadres in Keutapang Village can help the community and health workers in Keutapang Village as an initial screening to prevent systemic diseases. This activity aims to increase public knowledge regarding the influence of used cooking oil and cadres in Keutapang Village to be able to independently carry out blood chemistry checks for cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar levels

PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KONSUMEN DALAM PEREDARAN MAKANAN BUATAN RUMAH YANG TIDAK TERDAFTAR DI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE

Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen atas peredaran makanan Home Made yang tidak terdaftar di Dinas kesehatan serta peranan Dinas Kesehatan dalam menyikapi adanya makanan Home Made yang beredar dan tidak memiliki izin Dinas Kesehatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris atau penelitian hukum secara langsung di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen atas peredaran makanan buatan rumah yang tidak memiliki izin yaitu dengan cara menindak lanjuti pelaku usaha yang bertindak merugikan konsumen seperti yang diatur di Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Adapun peranan dinas kesehatan dalam menyikapi adanya makanan buatan rumah yang beredar dan tidak memiliki izin dinas kesehatan yakni dengan cara terjun langsung kelapangan untuk memberi himbauan secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya sertifikat PIRT sebagai bentuk kepercayaan konsumen untuk membeli atau mengonsumsi produk yang di produksi oleh si pelaku usaha. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum Konsumen, Pelaku Usaha, Dinas Kesehatan, UU Nomor 8 tahun 1999

PENANGGUHAN PENAHANAN DALAM PERKARA TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI (Studi Penelitian di Polres Mandailing Natal)

Korupsi merupakan suatu kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang memiliki kewenangan dan otoritas yang dampak dari tindak pidana korupsi adalah kerugian negara.. Penangguhan penahanan merupakan suatu upaya untuk mengeluarkan tersangka atau terdakwa dari masa tahanannya atas permintaan yang bersangkutan sebelum penahanannya selesai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses penangguhan penahanan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi di Polres Mandailing Natal dan alasan polisi memberikan penangguhan penahanan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi di Polres Mandailing Natal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis empiris melalui pendekatan kasus dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan serta wawancara. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data primer maupun data sekunder sehingga memudahkan peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa proses penangguhan penahanan dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Proses penangguhan penahanan dilakukan dengan prosedur dimulai dari tersangka atau terdakwa mengajukan surat permohonan untuk ditangguhkan penahanannya. Alasan diberikan penangguhan penahanan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi karena adanya keadaan yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran bahwa tersangka akan melarikan diri, keadaan yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran bahwa tersangka akan mengulangi tindak pidana, dan keadaan yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran bahwa tersangka akan merusak atau menghilangkan barang bukti Disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk lebih bijak dalam menangani kasus korupsi yang terjadi serta memberikan hukuman yang setimpal atas apa yang dilakukan oleh pelaku tersebut hal itu bisa merugikan negara bahkan banyak orang dan bukan malah memberikan keringanan berupa menangguhkan penahanannya sehingga para pelaku tindak pidana korupsi merasa bahwa mereka tetap dilindungi walupun sudah melakukan kejahatan. Kata Kunci: Penangguhan Penahanan, Perkara Korupsi, Mandailing Nata

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURAL EXTENDERS IN NORTH ACEH DISTRICT

The performance of agricultural extension workers is the result of work achieved by agricultural extension officers in North Aceh Regency in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given to him for the achievement of agricultural extension goals that have been set. This study aims to analyze the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh district and to determine the relationship of extension characteristics with the performance of agricultural extension in North Aceh Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the performance of agricultural extension is in North Aceh District was very good with an average index value of 81.32%. There are two significant relationships between the characteristics of extension, namely the age and working period of the extension with the performance of extension workers at the stage of agricultural extension preparation with a significant value below 0.05 which is 0.039. The correlation coefficient is negative (-) which means that there is an indirect relationship between the age and working life of the extension and the performance of the extension.Keywords: Performance, Agricultural Extension, farmer

Classification of Receiving Electricity Subsidy Assistance in Blang Panyang Village Using the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) Method

The electricity subsidy program is one of the poverty reduction programs by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to poor and disadvantaged households paid by the Government of Indonesia to PT PLN (Persero). The government implements a targeted electricity subsidy policy, the subsidy must be truly enjoyed by the poor. The purpose of this research is to test the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm in predicting the receipt of electricity subsidy assistance. In the dataset of beneficiaries used in this study, there are 45 records or tuples with four attributes (house condition, income, occupation and number of amperes). The prediction of new data categories is done by using the manual calculation stage of Euclidean Distance from three different K values. The results show that with K=15, K=30 and K=45 the new data (46) has an "Ineligible" category with an accuracy rate of 100%. Then with K=45, K=30 and K=45 the new data (D46) has a "Viable" category with an accuracy rate of 66.6%

ELEMEN- ELEMEN REALISME MAGIS PADA NOVEL FUNICULI FUNICULA KARYA TOSHIKAZU KAWAGUCHI

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan elemen-elemen realisme magis dalam novel Funiculi Funicula karya Toshikazu Kawaguchi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deksriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, dan paragraf yang mengandung realisme magis dalam novel Funiculi Funicula karya Toshikazu Kawaguchi. Sedangkan, sumber data dari penelitian ini diambil dari novel Funiculi Funicula karya Toshikazu Kawaguchi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik baca dan catat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 23 data elemen-elemen realisme magis yaitu: 1) unsur yang tidak dapat direduksi ditemukan 5 data; 2) dunia yang fenomenal ditemukan 3 data; 3) keraguan yang meresahkan ditemukan 5 data; 4) penyatuan dua alam ditemukan 5 data; 5) kekacuan pada waktu, ruang, dan identitas ditemukan 5 data.Kata kunci: realisme magis, novel, funiculi funicula, Toshikazu Kawaguchi. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the elements of magical realism in the novel Funiculi Funicula by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data used in this research are words, sentences and paragraphs that contain magical realism in the novel Funiculi Funicula by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. Meanwhile, the data source for this research was taken from the novel Funiculi Funicula by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. The data collection technique in this research is the reading and note taking technique. Analisis Dampak Rehabilitasi Jaringan Irigasi Tersier Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Di Kabupaten Aceh Besar

The function of the irrigation is very important in agriculture system. Irrigation is utilized by farmers particularly rice farmers to irrigate and maintain the adequacy of water in their rice fields. Since the first of the irrigation system has developed, the different in quality and system managements still, Aceh Besar regency has an area of 31,998.0 Ha of rice fields and the land that have irrigation scope are 20,275 Ha. With the irrigation rehabilitation programs becoming more eficient in rice production and farmer’s income are increasing therefore the researce on the analysis of impact the rehabilitation of tertier irrigation on farmer’s income and an analysis of the breakeven point (BEP) in Aceh Besar regency conducted. PEMBERANTASAN SARANG NYAMUK (PSN) - DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI DESA BANING KOTA DAN JERORA, SINTANG (Implementation of Mosquito Nest Eradication - Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever)

The Dengue Fever Eradication Movement (PSN-DBD) is a crucial activity aimed at combating the transmission of Dengue Fever (DBD). This action aims to break the chain of mosquito breeding and its transmission. A mosquito-free, clean, and healthy environment will decrease the incidence and mortality rates due to DBD. The objective of this community engagement initiative is to reduce DBD cases in Sintang Regency through collaboration and cross-sectoral efforts. The activity spans two periods and involves monitoring larval sites, providing abate, and conducting fogging under the supervision of the Tanjung Puri Sintang Community Health Center. The results of this initiative include fogging and abate application in all households in RT 14 Rw 03 Baning Kota Sintang, along with abate application at Rainwater Collection Points (PAH). In Jerora Village, fogging was conducted at SMPN 7 Sintang, TK Santa Yohana, the Jerora Village Office, SDN 12 Sintang, and the Panca Setya Sintang School Complex (Elementary, Junior High, Vocational High School, and High School). Sustainable activities and monitoring evaluations are necessary to support this initiative by increasing community awareness and concern for PSN-DBD. Recommendations include continuous surveillance, community education campaigns, and intersectoral collaboration to sustain efforts in combating DBD transmission
