Features Implementation of Environmental Innovation in Ukraine
Given the pace of global economic growth, industrial development, mining and
processing industries, whose products are targeted including in meeting their social
needs, objectively there is a risk reduction of available natural resources to a
critical point, and the deterioration of the environment and endangering the people
because of technological issues and environmental issues. Based on these risks at
present and in the future effectiveness of social production will fully depend on the
efficiency of environmental protection, which should pay attention not only state
and public nature protection organizations, and especially enterprise industries,
which rely implementation and responsibilities adherence to environmental
regulations and technological standards of production and economic activity

Economic motivation mechanism of consumer’s energy saving behaviour
The question of raising tariffs for housing and communal services was studied in the article. It was
also studied the income levels in Ukraine in the context of raising tariffs to the European level.
Analyzed present gas prices are compared with the calculated rate that takes into account the use of
Ukrainian gas production for the needs of the population. The rating of creating joint owners of
apartment houses (JOAH) in 2014 in Ukraine regions was determined. The mechanism of economic
motivation of energy efficient consumer behavior was investigated. Motives of improving energy
efficiency from the perspective of the consumer were generalized
National arts and crafts in the content of art education of Russia
© 2015, Canadian Center of Science and Education. All rights reserved. Main objective of this work is orientation of pedagogical thought to system use of an art material of the Russian national arts and crafts and, as a result, construction on the basis of it flexible educational technologies in the field of visual art at school. In particular, in article is opened value of studying of national arts and crafts in a context of formation of art culture of youth, conditions of integration of an art material of folk art in process of learning of fine art. Also in article are designated approaches in respect of definition of conditions of integration of a plastic and figurative material of folk art in the content of art education at school (national and regional, historical and art criticism and design). There is proved relevance of idea of synthesis of the national and applied and realistic fine arts in educational process. And, at last, is opened educational potential and prospects of folk art in creation of the content of learning in the sphere of art education
The peculiarities of qualitative information, analytical maintenance innovative and educational activity technological projection in higher educational institution
The quantity of educational innovations grows incessantly, however there is no reliable information about their influence on the quality of higher education and if it is essential. Therefore within this article we revealed the peculiarities and the algorithm of qualitative information and analytical maintenance of innovative and educational activity technology in higher educational institution. While developing technology of qualitative information and analytical maintenance of innovative and educational activity in higher educational institution, we relied on system, synergetic cybernetic and an approach of quality and surroundings estimation. The presented technology includes the following stages: analytical, projection, approbating, estimated and implementation stages. Its realization promotes improvement of quality of innovative and educational activity, development of innovative processes in higher educational institution, and is applicable in various not only higher educational institutions, but also in secondary professional ones

Realization of the competence approach in the process of professional development organized for computer science teachers in the conditions of information- educational environment of a school
In the article under consideration the structural and logical scheme of teaching school teams, which represents step-by-step professional development, is described. It considers the category of the pedagogues, their sphere of action and models of informative educational school environment. A programme called Complex of programmes for administration of the academic activity, training of the employees, that provide their implementation into the school activity, which is based on the idea of the competency building approach has been made
A comparative study of the inhibitory effects of purine nucleotides and carboxyatractylate on the uncoupling protein-3 and adenine nucleotide translocase
Uncoupling proteins (UCPs) mediate fatty acid-induced proton cycling in mitochondria, which is stimulated by superoxide and inhibited by GDP. Fatty acid anions can also be transported by adenine nucleotide translocase (ANT), thus resulting in the uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation. In the present work, an attempt was made to distinguish between the protonophoric activity of UCP3 and that of ANT using inhibition analysis. This study was carried out using mitochondria from skeletal muscles of hibernating Yakut ground squirrel, which have a significant level of UCP3 mRNA. We found that millimolar concentrations of GDP, which is considered to be a specific inhibitor of UCPs, slightly recoupled the mitochondrial respiration and restored the membrane potential. Addition of the specific ANT inhibitor CAT (carboxyatractylate), in micromolar concentration, prior to GDP prevented its recoupling effect. Moreover, GDP and ADP exhibited a competitive kinetic behavior with respect to ANT. In brown adipose tissue, CAT did not prevent the UCP1-iduced increase in chloride permeability and the inhibitory effect of GDP, thus confirming the inability of CAT to affect UCP1. These results allow us to conclude that the recoupling effect of purine nucleotides on skeletal muscle mitochondria of hibernating ground squirrels can be explained by interaction of the nucleotides with ANT, whereas UCP3 is not involved in the process
