PELAKSANAA DIVERSI SEBAGAI BENTUK PENYELESAIAN PERKARA TERHADAP ANAK PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA

Abstrak Diversi ini sendiri sangat erat kaitannya dengan tujuan konsep restoratife justice, konsep restorative justice ini sendiri menekankan kepada pemulihan kembali seperti pada keadaan yang semula dan bukanlah sebuah pembalasan. Hal ini sangat berkaitan sekali dengan konsep diversi yang dimana konsep diversi ini yang berusaha mengalihkan segala proses penyelesaian perkara pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak ke luar pengadilan formal, sebagai upaya pengalihan kembali bagi seorang anak pelaku tindak pidana terhadap korban dan masyarakat dan bukan dengan sebuah pembalasan.Kata kunci: anak, penyelesaian perkara, diversi, tindak pidana Abstract Diversion itself is very closely related to the goal of the concept of restorative justice, the concept of restorative justice itself emphasizes the recovery as in the original state and is not a retaliation. PERANAN GURU PENJAS SMP NEGERI SE KABUPATEN BANTUL DALAM MEMBANGUN KARAKTER SISWA

Munculnya masalah perilaku siswa tidak berkarakter di Kabupaten Bantul diantaranya: sering membolos, mengakses video porno, meminum-minuman keras dll, terkait dengan peranan guru dalam pendidikan karakter yaitu sebagai inspirator, dinamisator, keteladanan, motivator, pendorong kreativitas, evaluator, maka perlu diadakan penelitian mengenai “peranan guru Penjas SMP Negeri Se Kabupaten Bantul dalam membangun karakter siswa”. Penelitian ini penting dan layak dilakukan karena merupakan penelitian awal untuk memperoleh informasi yang komprehensip terhadap guru penjas dalam membangun karakter. Populasi penelitian seluruh guru penjas SMP N di Kabupaten Bantul sebanyak 79 orang, dengan sampel 30 orang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel wilayah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner/angket dengan nilai reliabilitas 0.954 dan batas validitas 0,239. Jumlah kuesioner 36 pernyataan terdiri dari 5 jawaban, yaitu selalu (SL), sering (SR), kadang-kadang (KD), hampir tidak pernah (HTP) dan tidak pernah (TP). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian peranan guru penjas SMP Negeri dalam membangun karakter siswa memiliki kategori yang berbeda-beda namun frekuensi yang cenderung paling banyak adalah rendah dengan frekuensi 11 guru penjas (36.67%) sedangkan 2 guru penjas (6.67%) berkategori sangat tinggi, 10 guru penjas (33.33%) berkategori tinggi, 6 guru penjas (20%) berkategori sedang, dan 1 guru penjas (3.33%) berkategori sangat rendah

HUBUNGAN ANTARA LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DI SEKOLAH DAN BIMBINGAN ORANGTUA DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMP

This research is meant to know the relationship between the guidance service at school and parent guidance with the learning achievement of Junior High School Student. The used technique of sample is cluster sampling technique. The samples in this research are two classes with number of used samples as many as 69 students. The technique to collect the data used guidance service scale at school, parent guidance and learning achievement. While the technique to analyze the data used multiplied regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis is obtained F coefficient correlation value as follow (F = 6,514; p>0,05). This show that the relationship between guidance learning at school and parent guidance whit the achievement of Junior High School Student is significantly approved. Then from the determination coefficient (adjuster R square) is known 0,165. This show that the influence of the guidance service student as much as 16,5% while the rest is as much as 83,5%. It derived from the influence of factors and other variables outside of guidance service at school and parents guidance. Next, from examined variables that guidance service at school have correlation to the learning achievement showed with the r value = 0,324; p value = 0,007<0,05. it means that there is significant correlation between parent service and the learning achievement. So it shows that getting better of the guidance service at school and parent guidance, the higher the achievement of the learning student

V'S STRUGGLE AGAINST THE FASCIST GOVERNMENT SYSTEM IN JAMES MCTEIGUE’S V FOR VENDETTA MOVIE (2005): AN INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE

This research investigates how the struggle against the fascist regime reflected in James Mcteigue’s V for Vendetta, especially viewed from an Individual Psychological Approach. Therefore, the study analyzes the movie in terms of its structural elements and based on the individual psychological perspective. This study belongs to qualitative study. In this method, the writer uses two data sources; they are primary and secondary data source. The primary data source and the object of the study is the movie V for Vendetta itself, meanwhile the secondary data source are any books of literature and psychology related to this study. The writer collects the data from both primary and secondary data sources in a sort of document evidence. The study comes to the following conclusions. First, based on the structural analysis of each elements consists of character and characterization, casting, setting, plot, point of view, theme, mise an scene, cinematography, sound and editing that are related to each other and become a unity that builds the story impressively. Second, James Mcteigue wants to utter his idea that man has to struggle for his life to reach his goal of life. Through struggle, V as the major character learns to be more superior then before. In his struggle to reach the goal, he psychologically develops his personality to improve his creative power to solve the problems in the V for Vendetta

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP TRUST DAN PURCHASING INTENTION PADA WWW.KASKUS.CO.ID

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lima variabel (recommendations & referrals, ratings & reviews, forums & communities, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness) terhadap niat beli dari konsumen (purchasing intention). Selain itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel trust sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh orang yang telah melakukan pembelian produk lewat media online Kaskus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang dalam tiga bulan terakhir telah melakukan pembelian produk lewat media online Kaskus. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode penentuan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software statistik AMOS versi 20.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa empat variabel, yaitu: recommendations & referrals, ratings & reviews, forums & communities dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchasing intention. Implementasi Algoritma Cosine Similarity dan Vision Based Page Segmentation dalam Web Scraping E-Commerce Afiliasi Marketplace

Salah satu faktor keberhasilan suatu afiliasi online ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber konten. Oleh karena itu afiliasi marketplace perlu melakukan penilaian secara baik dan objektif untuk mengambil data kontent yang akan digunakan untuk memilih produk yang tepat dalam filterisasi produk yang sesuai. Pemilihan yang dilakukan biasanya tidak menggunakan sistem sehingga pemilihan konten produk hanya didasari dari bagian yang tidaak sesuai dengan yang dilihat (subjektif). Tetapi dengan pengolahan data menggunakan sistem akan menghasilkan suatu konten produk yang objektif dan dapat memberikan dampak terhadap para pengguna karena pemilihan didasarkan oleh data faktual. Penggabungan antara metode Cosine Similaarity dengan Vision Based Page Segmentation (VIPS) merupakan penemuan baru yang dilakukan untuk optimasi metode VIPS untuk mendapatkan konten yang terbaik sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Dengan menggunakan metode ini akan didapatkan hasil akhir yaitu beberapa rekomendasi produk yang layak untuk di publikasikan untuk kemudian di jadikan acuaan untuk perbandingan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Hasil kinerja dari sistem ini mencapai seratus persen, data dari sistem sudah sesuai dengan perhitungan yang diharapkan. One of the success factors of an online affiliate is determined by the quality of the content source. Therefore the affiliate marketplace needs to make a good and objective assessment to retrieve the content data that will be used to select the right product in the appropriate product filtering. The selection is usually not using the system so that the selection of product content is only based on the part that is not in accordance with what is seen (subjective). But by processing data using the system will produce an objective product content and can have an impact on users because the selection is based on factual data. The incorporation of the Cosine Similaarity method with Vision Based Page Segmentation (VIPS) is a new discovery made for the optimization of the VIPS method to get the best content in accordance with the required criteria. By using this method, the final results will be obtained, which are some product recommendations that are feasible to be published to be used as a comparison for the appropriate criteria. The performance results of this system reach one hundred percent, the data from the system is in accordance with the expected calculations

BUNGA PINJAMAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF KEADILAN (Studi Kasus Bunga Pinjaman di KPRI Nusantara IAIN Walisongo)

The subject matter of this study motivated several considerations. The first is that justice is the main  major Islamic mission, including social and economic justice. The opponent of justice, namely zhulm (injustice), according to the modernist is  raison d'etre of  usury prohibition, and be decisive for usury  legal issues. Second, that since 1990 up to the present system of Shari'ah financial institutions more firmly and growing rapidly with the issuance of Law number  21, 2008 On Islamic Banking and the issuance  Minister of Cooperative Regulation 91, 2004 On Guidelines for the Implementation of Activities Cooperative Business Financial Services Shariah. While the savings and loan business unit in KPRI ‘Nusantara’ since its establishment, in 1973, untill now still running a conventional loan system. In this study, primary data, the loan system and the pattern of calculating interest on savings and loans unit KPRI Nusantara, collected using three methods: participant observation, and interviews with the management and documentat.By using the concept of social justice of John Rawls, the concept maqashid al-Sharia, and the concept of Islamic financial cooperative systems, researchers discuss the issue through three aspects of justice, namely the aspect of contract, the consistency aspect of interest, and justice aspects of cooperatives. Two discussion of this study conclude the absence of justice, namely the aspects of the contract and consistency aspects of interest. Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa Theluc Hairstudio Barbershop Sidoarjo

Penampilan model gaya rambut Salah satu faktor yang sangat diperhatikan bagi kebanyakan orang terlebih di zaman modern ini. Tidak heran banyak kedai pangkas rambut modern barbershop semakin tumbuh pesat sebagai peluang bisnis terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa theluc hairstudio barbershop Sidoarjo. Sampel didapatkan dari perhitungan rumus Slovin sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan teknik non probability sampling. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa, harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa. Sedangkan secara simultan kualitas layanan dan harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on the decision to use the services of theluc hairstudio barbershop sidoarjo. Samples obtained from the calculation of Slovin formula as many as 90 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and sampling techniques used non-probability sampling techniques. The analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that, partially the quality of service has a positive effect on the decision to use services, the price has a positive effect on the decision to use services. PEMBELAJARAN ASPEK KEBAHASAAN: PROBLEM DAN SOLUSINYA

Dalam Kurikulum 2006 (KTSP), materi aspek kebahasaan tidak terlihat secara eksplisit baik pada kompetensi dasar (KD), standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL), maupun pada standar kompetensi (SK). Hanya saja pada KD terdapat kata-kata yang mengarah pada materi kebahasaan itu. Kata-kata yang dimaksud terbatas sebagai penjelas/keterangan yang memberikan penjelasan secara lengkap terhadap aspek keterampilan bahasa yang terdapat pada KD. Problem utama yang muncul dalam pembelajaran aspek kebahasaan di sekolah bersumber buku pelajaran yang tidak relevan dengan kurikulum dan juga tidak sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan kejiwaan siswa. Untuk mengatasi problem tersebut, solusi yang dapat diambil di antaranya: (1) meningkatkan kompetensi guru bahasa Indonesia, (2) menyusun buku ajar kebahasaan berdasarkan kesalahan bahasa siswa, dan (3) mengadakan penelitian tentang perkembangan gramatika bahasa Indonesia anak usia sekolah
