The article presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of the study of self-sufficiency as a factor in the development of psychological self-regulation of the personality. It is proposed to define self-sufficiency as a complex personal formation, personality-regulatory property that has an effective system of influence on the activation of psychological self-regulation of the personality in ensuring subjective function in activities. The self-sufficiency of the personality as a psychological condition for the development of their psychological self-regulation in the context of practical psychology is considered. Self-sufficiency can be considered as a factor in the development of the system of psychological self-regulation of the personality and as a regulatory-personal property in the manifestations of self-sufficient character traits and conscious human activity. Neurobiological mechanisms of self-sufficiency and self-regulation have been considered. Under psychological self-regulation we can understand the process of development of self-sufficiency of the personality as the regulation of their activity in personal growth from “real self” to “ideal self”. Self-sufficiency as a personal potential of psychological self-regulation can have a developmental effect in the following coping strategies: self-help; cooperation; personal and professional growth; autonomy; self-acceptance. In case of deformation and imbalance of the self-regulation system, neuro-psychocorrection is offered. Socio-psychological trainings have been proposed for the development of personal growth and development of self-sufficiency as a personal potential of effective psychological self-regulation.</p

The management conditions of enterprises during the years of independence are marked by a high level of turbulence, which requires leadership to form and implement in the management system of modern methods and approaches that will ensure flexibility, innovation and efficiency of all business processes of any enterprise. Modern market relations require, first of all, to pay attention to such issues as the competitiveness of the enterprise, its goods or services, which gives the ability to gain and maintain market share.. Under such conditions, one of the key areas of survival and further success of the enterprise is its positioning for the consumer, creating its own customer base, which will provide the necessary sales volumes. Thus, the role of effective marketing is gaining importance every day, although what shapes the effectiveness of marketing is constantly changing under the influence of the external environment. That is why, the article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the organization and implementation of marketing management in enterprises. The specifics of the concepts of "marketing governance" and "marketing management" are studied. The components of marketing management systems of modern enterprises with their functional content are revealed. Based on previous research, the principles of forming a marketing management system of modern enterprises, found on a systematic approach using adaptive levels of implementation of "marketing management in enterprises". Also, a number of key concepts concerning the researched process were defined: the basic directions of realization of modern marketing management at the enterprises are revealed. The general set of basic principles of organization and implementation of "marketing management" at modern enterprises is given and the basic approaches concerning the organization of marketing management at the enterprises are defined. To sum up, the application of the marketing approach in the management of enterprises allows to determine the needs of consumers and ways to meet them, and to coordinate the work on enterprises in such way as to meet the identified needs as well as possible, forming a positive dynamics of modern enterprises. Today, in the conditions of increased competition, sustainable development can be ensured only by those enterprises that activate the marketing component of management, implement effective marketing tools and determine a clear sequence of personnel actions in the marketing subsystem of management. The goal of marketing in general is to ensure the income of the enterprise in the volumes necessary to obtain the planned profit. Efficiency, profitability, reduction of business risks are achieved thanks to knowledge of market trends, the detection of which is based on the application of marketing technologies. That is why the main component is the formation of an effective system for managing the marketing activities of the enterprise. The result of such processes is the integration of marketing and management, to denote which the term "marketing management" was introduced. This contributed to the formation of a qualitatively new approach to the management of production, communications and sales on the basis of marketing management

Pathological biomineralization can be found in some gallbladder (GB) diseases such as chronic calculous cholecystitis (CCCh), gallbladder cancer (GBC) and porcelain gallbladder (PGB). The aim of the work was to analyze the morphology of pathological biomineralization in GB tissue in CCCh, GBC and PGB. Five cases of PGB, 10 samples of CCCh and 5 cases of GBC with biomineralization were selected for this study. All samples were examined by histology, histochemistry and scanning electron microscopy with X-ray diffraction. The X-ray diffraction of mineral deposits of PGB wall and GB concretions revealed their different mineral composition. All PGB and GBC samples had the presence of hydroxyapatite. Calcium-containing GB concretions were composed of calcium carbonate with the presence of trace amounts of other calcium phosphate phases (vaterite, dolomite). We did not find cancer in all PGB cases. The different crystal phases of biominerals were found in the wall (PGB and GBC) and in the GB cavity (CCCh) during pathology development. The difference between mineral content of biominerals can be caused by various conditions and mechanisms of their formation. This research has been performed with the financial support of grants of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 0117U003937 “The development of tumor diagnosis method of reproductive system organs using cellular adhesion molecules of cancer-embryonic antigen” and No. 0118U003570 “The efficiency of “liquid biopsy” and tissue biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors”, Erasmus+ Project 2017-1-SE01-KA107- 034386 between Sumy State University (Sumy, Ukraine) and Umeå University (Umea, Sweden)

Early Intervention for Children Aged 0 to 2 Years With or at High Risk of Cerebral Palsy International Clinical Practice Guideline Based on Systematic Reviews:International Clinical Practice Guideline Based on Systematic Reviews

IMPORTANCE: Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common childhood physical disability. Early intervention for children younger than 2 years with or at risk of CP is critical. Now that an evidence-based guideline for early accurate diagnosis of CP exists, there is a need to summarize effective, CP-specific early intervention and conduct new trials that harness plasticity to improve function and increase participation. Our recommendations apply primarily to children at high risk of CP or with a diagnosis of CP, aged 0 to 2 years. OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the best available evidence about CP-specific early interventions across 9 domains promoting motor function, cognitive skills, communication, eating and drinking, vision, sleep, managing muscle tone, musculoskeletal health, and parental support. EVIDENCE REVIEW: The literature was systematically searched for the best available evidence for intervention for children aged 0 to 2 years at high risk of or with CP. Databases included CINAHL, Cochrane, Embase, MEDLINE, PsycInfo, and Scopus. Systematic reviews and randomized clinical trials (RCTs) were appraised by A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR) or Cochrane Risk of Bias tools. Recommendations were formed using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) framework and reported according to the Appraisal of Guidelines, Research, and Evaluation (AGREE) II instrument. FINDINGS: Sixteen systematic reviews and 27 RCTs met inclusion criteria. Quality varied. Three best-practice principles were supported for the 9 domains: (1) immediate referral for intervention after a diagnosis of high risk of CP, (2) building parental capacity for attachment, and (3) parental goal-setting at the commencement of intervention. Twenty-eight recommendations (24 for and 4 against) specific to the 9 domains are supported with key evidence: motor function (4 recommendations), cognitive skills (2), communication (7), eating and drinking (2), vision (4), sleep (7), tone (1), musculoskeletal health (2), and parent support (5). CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: When a child meets the criteria of high risk of CP, intervention should start as soon as possible. Parents want an early diagnosis and treatment and support implementation as soon as possible. Early intervention builds on a critical developmental time for plasticity of developing systems. Referrals for intervention across the 9 domains should be specific as per recommendations in this guideline

The Prechtl General Movement Assessment (GMA) has become a cornerstone assessment in early identification of cerebral palsy (CP), particularly during the fidgety movement period at 3-5 months of age. Additionally, assessment of motor repertoire, such as antigravity movements and postural patterns, which form the Motor Optimality Score (MOS), may provide insight into an infant's later motor function. This study aimed to identify early specific markers for ambulation, gross motor function (using the Gross Motor Function Classification System, GMFCS), topography (unilateral, bilateral), and type (spastic, dyskinetic, ataxic, and hypotonic) of CP in a large worldwide cohort of 468 infants. We found that 95% of children with CP did not have fidgety movements, with 100% having non-optimal MOS. GMFCS level was strongly correlated to MOS. An MOS > 14 was most likely associated with GMFCS outcomes I or II, whereas GMFCS outcomes IV or V were hardly ever associated with an MOS > 8. A number of different movement patterns were associated with more severe functional impairment (GMFCS III-V), including atypical arching and persistent cramped-synchronized movements. Asymmetrical segmental movements were strongly associated with unilateral CP. Circular arm movements were associated with dyskinetic CP. This study demonstrated that use of the MOS contributes to understanding later CP prognosis, including early markers for type and severity

At present, resonator sensors with an auto-oscillating system have a number of advantages in comparison with the known sensors with frequency output. In this case, developed auto-oscillating systems of resonator sensors are very specific; their elements are oriented toward a particular type of resonator and possess a certain degree of nonlinearity, which makes studying and modeling such systems impossible. In the present work, analytical expressions were obtained for the reduction of parameters of mechanical systems of resonators to the lumped ones. This allowed us to apply the methods of research into nonlinear systems of control to the analysis of AOS and to receive the expression of transfer function of nonlinear resonator with consideration to the nonisochronicity. A structure of auto-oscillating system with a nonlinear resonator is devised, which was not explored earlier. With the purpose of selecting the character of nonlinearity in the elements of feedback and mechanical resonator of the assigned type in AOS to warrant the assigned stability of frequency and amplitude of auto-oscillations, we performed imitation simulation in the Matlab Simulink programming environment. The simulation demonstrated that a nonlinear amplifier at work with a nonlinear mechanical resonator provide for the auto-oscillating system that is stable by frequency and amplitude. Thus, auto-oscillating system of the devised structure can be used in the design of vibration frequency sensors.Получены аналитические выражения для приведения параметров механических систем резонаторов (трубчатых, пластинных, цилиндрических) к сосредоточенным.
