Artificial neural networks for vibration based inverse parametric identifications: A review

Vibration behavior of any solid structure reveals certain dynamic characteristics and property parameters of that structure. Inverse problems dealing with vibration response utilize the response signals to find out input factors and/or certain structural properties. Due to certain drawbacks of traditional solutions to inverse problems, ANNs have gained a major popularity in this field. This paper reviews some earlier researches where ANNs were applied to solve different vibration-based inverse parametric identification problems. The adoption of different ANN algorithms, input-output schemes and required signal processing were denoted in considerable detail. In addition, a number of issues have been reported, including the factors that affect ANNs’ prediction, as well as the advantage and disadvantage of ANN approaches with respect to general inverse methods Based on the critical analysis, suggestions to potential researchers have also been provided for future scopes

Nowotwór jelita grubego jest jednym z najczęściej występujących współcześnie nowotworów. Chociaż medycyna zrobiła wielkie postępy w leczeniu tego schorzenia, nadal zabieg stomii pozostaje jedyną i skuteczną metodą, walki z rakiem jelita grubego. Proces leczenia nowotworów jelita grubego jest długotrwały i bardzo obciążający dla pacjenta. Niesie on ze sobą trwałe zmiany, nie tylko emocjonalne, ale także zmiany w wyglądzie chorego, pozbawia go naturalnej fizjologii. W niektórych przypadkach np. po resekcji odbytu chory już nigdy nie może mieć odtworzonego, prawidłowo działającego przewodu pokarmowego. Niestety choroba ta rozwija się często bardzo podstępnie i trudno ją zdiagnozować. Zanim choroba zostaje rozpoznana, proces nowotworowy jest na tyle rozwinięty, że radykalny zabieg chirurgiczny jest jedynym rozsądnym postępowaniem. Oprócz złożonego leczenia onkologiczno-chirurgicznego bardzo ważną rolę w opiece nad pacjentem ma właściwa pielęgnacja chorego, szczególnie po zabiegu operacyjnym kiedy to pacjent po raz pierwszy styka się z problemami wynikającymi z pielęgnacji stomii.Celem pracy było opracowanie modelu profesjonalnej opieki pielęgniarskiej nad pacjentem z kolostomią, przedstawienie najczęściej pojawiających się problemów zdrowotnych chorego oraz opracowanie planu interwencji pielęgniarskich, zmierzających do rozwiązania tych problemów, a tym samym do poprawy jakości życia chorego. Pierwsza część pracy zawiera zagadnienia dotyczące nowotworu jelita grubego, etiologii, epidemiologii, diagnostyki, objawów, leczenia i jakości życia. Część druga zawiera model opieki nad pacjentem z kolostomią wzorowany na teorii Dorothy Orem.A colorectal cancer is now one of the most common types of cancer. Although there has been a marked improvement in medicine, colostomy is still the best and the only treatment method for colorectal cancer. A long-lasting treatment is very difficult for patients. It leads to the permanent emotional changes in patients as a result of changes in body image and biological function. In some cases (i.e. a rectal resection) the entire alimentary tract unfortunately cannot be reconstructed.The colorectal cancer can sometimes be a silent cancer indicating no symptoms. Consequently the illness is often discovered months later than it should be and the radical treatment is the only reasonable solution. Not only oncological and surgical therapy is important but also the nursing care – especially after treatment when patient for the first time meets with the problems of stoma (changes of a collection bag, irrigation, colostomy care).The aim of my study was showing the professional nursing care of the patient with a colostomy: describing common health problems and developing nursing interventions to solve these problems which results in a higher level of patient’s quality of life. The first part of the following work includes the clinical problems, the second contains a model of nursing of patient with colostomy on the basis of nursing theory of Dorothy Orem

Celem pracy jest jak najpełniejsze przestawienie instytucji służebności przesyłu z uwzględnieniem problematyki prawa własności, która jest podstawą i prawnym tłem dla działań w ramach tego ograniczonego prawa rzeczowego. Ograniczenia jakie spotykamy przy korzystaniu z gruntów w ramach działalności przesyłowej dotykają obydwu stron wspomnianego stosunku prawnego, lecz najbardziej odbijają się negatywnie na właścicielu nieruchomości obciążonej. W pracy chce przedstawić ów stosunek nie tylko jako rozwiązanie dla zajmowania cudzych nieruchomości, ale po pierwsze jako olbrzymie obciążenie dla właścicieli nieruchomości. Nie oznacza to, że poglądy przedstawione w tej pracy są z góry nastawione na krytykę owej instytucji. Ma ona zostać zaprezentowana kompleksowo z uwzględnieniem dwóch równorzędnych stron, których prawa i obowiązki powinny być określone jednoznacznie. Przy omawianiu tematu często będę jednoznacznie bronił praw właściciela nieruchomości obciążonej, ze względu na to, że najczęściej będzie to strona słabsza, czyli konsument. Takie ujęcie ma na celu nie atakowanie przedsiębiorców przesyłowych czy ustawodawcy, ale próbę przedstawienia służebności przesyłu, która powinna być jak najbardziej dopasowana do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych konkretnych stron oraz do realizacji celów publicznych państwa.The aim of the work is the most complete shift transmission easement institutions with regard to the issue of property rights, which is the basis and legal background to the work under this limited property rights. Niniejsza praca magisterska poświęcona jest dyskursowi internetowemu, a w szczególności postom zamieszczonym na rosyjskojęzycznym forum Woman.ru w latach 2021-2022. Posty były analizowane pod kątem obecności i sposobu realizacji czasowników mentalnych (verba cogitandi) oraz czasowników emotywnych (verba sentiendi). Podstawą do analizy był słownik „Zintegrowany opis semantyczno-syntaktyczny czasowników bułgarskich, polskich i rosyjskich (verba cogitandi i verba sentiendi)”. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy udało się przedstawić repertuar wariantów realizacyjnych powyższych czasowników w dyskursie internetowym. W części teoretycznej pracy scharakteryzowano pojęcie dyskurs, z uwzględnieniem różnych definicji, a także skupiono się na konkretnym typie dyskursu, jakim jest dyskurs internetowy. Zostało również scharakteryzowane zjawisko komunikacji internetowej oraz forum internetowe. W kolejnym rozdziale opisano specyfikę forum Woman.ru. W części empirycznej przedstawiono rezultaty analizy pod kątem sposobu użycia wariantów realizacyjnych czasowników mentalnych (verba cogitandi) oraz czasowników emotywnych (verba sentiendi) w wyekscerpowanych postach na forum Woman.ru w zestawieniu z wariantami słownikowymi.This master's work is dedicated to Internet discourse, and in particular to posts shared on a Russian--language forum Woman.ru in 2021-2022. The posts were analyzed for the presence and implementation of verbs of thinking (verba cogitandi) and verbs of feeling (verba sentiendi). The basis for the analysis was the dictionary “Zintegrowany opis semantyczno-syntaktyczny czasowników bułgarskich, polskich i rosyjskich (verba cogitandi i verba sentiendi)”. Based on the analysis, it was possible to present the repertoire of implementation variants of the above verbs in Internet discourse. In the theoretical part, the concept of discourse was characterized, taking into account various definitions, and also focused on a specific type of discourse, which is internet discourse. The phenomenon of internet communication and the Internet forum has also been presented. The next chapter describes the specifics of the forum Woman.ru. The empirical part presents the results of the analysis in terms of the use of the implementation variants of verbs of thinking (verba cogitandi) and verbs of feeling (verba sentiendi) in the collected posts on the forum Woman.ru combined with dictionary variants
