The study aimed at revealing the relation between Corona virus pandemic psychological effect and future anxiety among teachers considering some variables (i.e., gender, social status, and school type). To achieve the aims of the study, the Impact of Event Scale-Revised IES-R scale and the future anxiety scale were utilized, after examining their validity and reliability. The sample consisted of 254 teachers from public and private schools in Irbid. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in the means of corona virus pandemic psychological effect scale due to the type of school; private school teachers were more affected by the pandemic than public school teachers. Whereas the results indicate that there are no statistically significant differences due to gender and social status. On the other hand, the results reveal that there are statistically significant differences in the means of future anxiety scale due to gender, school type, and social status. The results also show that there is a statistical positive relationship between corona virus pandemic psychological effect and future anxiety

Modeling and Investigation of the Influential Reinforcement Parameters on the Strength of Polypropylene Lignocellulosic Fiber Composites Using Analysis of Variances and Box-Cox Transformation Technique

Green materials have received great interest in wide industrial applications due to their desired properties. However, the reinforcing conditions have a significant impact on how they perform in their final use. The current study intends to statistically examine the effects of three key parameters on the average tensile strength of polypropylene composites. These factors included the type of fiber, the chemical treatment, and the fiber's weight percentage. The fibers were hemp and sisal, and the weight percentages were 10, 20, and 30. While some of them received sodium hydroxide (NaOH) treatment, the rest were left untreated. The main effect and the interaction effect were both examined using the analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings demonstrated that, on average, the weight percentage had no tangible effect on the tensile strength of polypropylene (PP) composites. Additionally, the performance of sisal and hemp composites was unaffected by treatment. The strength, however, is significantly influenced by the type of fiber. The investigation also showed that there was little difference between untreated hemp and untreated sisal in terms of tensile strength

Chicken eggshell (Es) waste is an industrial byproduct, and its disposal constitutes a severe environmental risk. Eggshell is a new engineering reinforcement retaining excellent properties such as low density, renewable, eco-friendly, and high thermal stability. The current research aims to study the effects of eggshell particles addition on microstructures, mechanical and tribological properties of aluminium/eggshell green metal matrix composites (MMCs). In the present work Al–Es metal matrix composite is produced by powder metallurgy processes. SEM with EDX and XRD were used to examine the microstructures and the compounds that arise during the sintering process of the produced composites. Six tests were conducted on the produced samples including; dry wear test, micro Vickers hardness, and ultimate compressive strength. The results showed that the addition of 3 wt. % of eggshell improved wear resistance (65%), compressive strength (40%) and hardness (15%). At 6 and 9 wt. % of eggshell, negative results appeared

The purpose of study was to reveal the degree of using psychological tests and measures in the counseling process by school counselors and the obstacles that these counselors encountered. To this end, the authors of this study prepared all questionnaire items the descriptive analytical method was used conducted this study by recruiting a sample of (71) school counselors in Ajlun Governarate. The counselors filled out a questionnaire consisting of (14) items to reveal the degree of using psychological tests and measures in the counseling process. The counselors also filled out another (12) questionnaire items to pinpoint the degree of obstacles that they faced. Results showed that the degree of using psychological tests and measures in the counseling process by the school counselors was low, and there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of using psychological tests and measures based on gender and years of experience. Results also showed that the degree of obstacles that hindered the use of psychological tests and measures in the counseling process was high. However, there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of obstacles based on gender and years of experience

Human dispersals out of Africa via the Levant

across northeastern Africa into the Levant, is a viable terrestrial corridor, as the present harsh southern Levant would probably have been savannahs and grasslands during the last interglaciation. Here, we document wetland sediments with luminescence ages falling in the last interglaciation in the southern Levant, showingprotracted phases of moisture availability. Wetland sediments in Wadi Gharandal containing Levallois artifacts yielded an age of 84 ka. Our findings support the growing consensus for a well-watered Jordan Rift Valley that funneled migrants into western Asia and northern Arabia
