Peningkatan jiwa entrepreneurship bagi pengelola media komunitas

Entrepreneurial spirit in Indonesia is still very low, the ratio of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still at the level of 3.74%, still lagging behind neighboring countries. The government targets that by 2024, Indonesia is expected to have an entrepreneurship ratio above 3.9%, to make this happen, the younger generation, especially students, will be the determining actors, considering that creativity is needed in entrepreneurship, such as students working in community media. This service is based on the idea that community media are indispensable for public knowledge, especially the academic community at the University level in Bandar Lampung city. Community media has a weakness, namely the difficulty of community media in covering news because they are still underestimated compared to mainstream media. But thanks to this, community media can live together with mainstream media and even fill each other's roles. In order to live sustainably, community media need to develop the business sector so that it can be independent and more developed. This is necessary to realize the sustainability and sustainability of community media. The service team deems it necessary to develop an entrepreneurial spirit in community media managers at the University in Bandar Lampung. This service activity lasted for 2 days. Consists of training, mentoring, to evaluation of activities. The target of the activity is 5 community media in Bandar Lampung.

PENGGUNAAN PERSPEKTIF POSITIVE ACCOUNTING THEORYTERHADAP KONSERVATISMA AKUNTANSIDI INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the effect of using Positive Accounting Theory Perspective of AccountingConservatism in Indonesia in manufacturing company from 2008 to 2012. Independent variables of this study are Manajerial Ownership, Public Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, and Firm Size. While the dependent variable of this study is Accounting Conservatism. The data which used in this study were obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) for 2008 - 2012 period and historical data published by Indonesia Stock Exchange.There is a population of 139 manufacturing companies. The sampling  technique  used  is  purposive  sampling  with  having  sample  criteria  is  manufacturing companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange)   in the period 2008 to 2012, so will be obtained 35 as a sample of research with 175 observation data. The method of analyzing data used is multiple linear regression analysis with using of SPPS software version 19. The results of this study to indicate that manajerial ownership, leverage and profitabiltas have a significant effect of accounting conservatisma. Public ownership, firm size have no effect of accounting conservatism

PERANCANGAN ANTENNA YAGI FREKUENSI 400-405 MHZDIGUNAKAN PADA TRACKING OBSERVASI METEO VERTIKAL DARI PAYLOAD RADIOSONDE RS II-80 VAISALA

Pembahasan dalam makalah ini adalah mendesain antenna jenis Yagi (pengarah) yang dimanfaatkan untuk tracking dalam observasi meteo vertikal, selama observasi berjalan komunikasi payload dengan stasiun penerima harus berjalan lancar, untuk itu perlu menjaga kualitas komunikasi antar trasnceiver – receiver, antara lain memilih antenna yang tepat. Antenna yagi ini menggunakan driven 7 element dengan 2 gamma match, yang bermanfaat mengatur matching dengan cara menggeser klem antara 2 gamma, sehingga jangkauan frekuensi kerja dapat tercapai untuk menghasilkan nilai SWR yang baik,. selain untuk mendapatkan kualitas penerimaan sinyal dengan baik, antenna Yagi ini dilengkapi dengan penguat sinyal berupa Pre Amplifier (Pre-Amp) yang bekerja pada frekuensi : 400 MHz.~ 405 MHz, Dengan jumlah element antenna Yagi tersebut memilikin sudut penerimaan sinyal lebih terarah, karena hanya dari arah element terdepan sinyal dapat diterima secara optimal. HUBUNGAN ANTARA FASILITAS BELAJAR DI RUMAH DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PEKERJAAN DASAR TEKNIK OTOMOTIF SISWA TKR SMK MUHAMMADIYAH BAMBANGLIPURO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan antara fasilitas belajar di rumah dengan prestasi belajar siswa TKR SMK Muhammadiyah Bambanglipuro , (2) Hubungan antara fasilitas belajar dirumah dan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik Otomotif siswa TKR di SMK Muhammadiyah Bambanglipuro Jenis Penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) SMK Muhammadiyah Bambanglipuro sebanyak 138 siswa. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan jumlah 102 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas belajar di rumah dan prestasi belajar pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif teknik dengan R Square sebesar 0,268. (2) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar (variabel intervening) dengan prestasi belajar pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Bambanglipuro, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien hubungan tidak langsung melalui motivasi 0,156134 dan t hitung 2,6587 > t tabel 1,9999045 dengan taraf kesalahan 5 %

Task and Kinematic Parameters for Upper Limb Stroke Patient: A Review

The development of robotics technology has now been used to assist the rehabilitation therapy process of stroke patients.  This far, the progress of therapy patients has been observed qualitatively and quantitatively with several clinical assessments such as Fuegl Meyer, Barthel Index, Motor Function Index, etc. This paper aims to provide a review of stroke patient progress evaluation measurements using kinematic parameters using elbow and shoulder robotic therapy devices and provide an overview of the types of exercises performed on the robotic therapy interface on the motor and cognitive development of stroke patients. Thirty publications that used kinematic parameters as the basis for assessing the development of stroke patients were included, there were 81 kinematic parameters from all the studies reviewed, based on ICF 53 of which were included in the Body Functions and Structures (BFS) classification, and 28 others were included in the Activities and Participation (AP) classification. Several studies showed a good correlation between the measurement of kinematic parameters and clinical assessment (P0.7; P<0.05)

Pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai dan standard operating procedure terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel intervening

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai dan Standard Operating Procedure terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variable intervening. Populasi penelitian yaitu semua masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Profesionalisme pegawai dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan perizinan UMK di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Profesionalisme pegawai, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)  dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat terkait perizinan UMK di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Persepsi Guru RA Tentang Kebijakan Sertifikasi Guru Dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan

The certification policy is a “fresh air” for the welfare of teachers in Indonesia. Likewise, the establishment of this policy does not necessarily guarantee and significantly change the quality of education in Indonesia. This paper analyzes teacher perceptions of teacher certification policies in improving the quality of education. The focus of the discussion of this study is how the teacher's perception of RA Ali Mahfudz about teacher certification policies in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used are structured interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that (1) the teacher certification policy has an important role in improving the quality of education, it is based on the main objective of this policy as an effort to prosper teachers, train teacher skills, improve teacher competence and professionalism. Likewise, (2) there are several problems in the field, namely the orientation of teachers to the welfare of life and teaching is limited to obligations
