Practical work is one of the compulsory courses for all architecture students at Musi Charitas Catholic University with the aim of knowing and studying building construction directly in the field. Practical work aims to compare the theory that has been obtained through lectures given during lectures with the reality that exists in the field. In this practical work report, the author supervises construction at one of the residential houses in the Sako Kenten area. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author chose to supervise brick wall construction work where the installation method in the field uses sticks or iron that is removed from the column which will be stuck into the bricks so that the strength of the wall becomes strong, and work on gypsum ceilings which use a hollow steel frame designed in such a way that the shape up ceiling in ceiling planning

Palembang is a city with vast areas that can still be developed into various structures, one of which is residential buildings. Therefore, there is a real need for the active involvement of the architectural profession to assist in developing ideas and designs for building projects. In this regard, as architecture students, there is also an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in project work, allowing students to acquire real-world experience in the planning and supervision processes before entering the workforce. In the preparation of this report, students had the opportunity to undergo an internship at the Hierarki Architect Bureau, specializing in planning and architectural design. Regarding the tasks involving planning and design acquired during the internship, a theoretical and practical comparison will be made. During the internship, the focus was not only on the planning and design processes but also on studying each task based on established regulations and guidelines, such as those outlined by the IAI (Indonesian Institute of Architects). This approach ensures that the knowledge gained is comprehensive

Practical Work is one of the off-campus lecture activities in the Architecture Study Program held by Musi Charitas Catholic University in the seventh semester. Musi Charitas Catholic University has provided practical work courses allowing students of the Architecture Study Program to gain knowledge that is not available in lectures. Practical work aims to enable students to know and understand how the project implementation process takes place. This practical work activity is also a means to be able to interact with various professions related to project implementation. There are many things that become obstacles for people who have no experience in entering the world of work, because the knowledge gained in lectures is not necessarily the same as practical work, and the knowledge gained available is still limited due to space and time constraints. Architecture is the science of designing and building, where an architect must be able to know construction directly in the field. Practical work is one of the mandatory courses that architecture students must undertake so that students can compare and apply the knowledge they have learned in theory with that in the field. In completing this course, observations, monitoring, and interviews are carried out directly in the field to understand the implementation of building construction in the form of brick walls, floor, and stair structures. The construction of the stairs went well and smoothly, during the field process of wall and floor construction there were a few problems but they were resolved which will be discussed in this report. Construction was carried out on a 2.5-story residential house in Palembang City with direct observation by the author from March 1, 2023 to August 21, 2023. Pengaruh Kontrol Diri dan Perilaku Cyberloafing Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Barista Generasi Milenial

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of self control and cyberloafing behavior on the performance of millennial generation barista employees. The population in this study were barista employees. The sample of this study was 105 respondents who had fulfiled the predetermined criteria using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that self control affect the performance of millennial generation barista employees, but cyberloafing behavior has no affect on the performance of millennial generation barista employees

Pengaruh Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Minat Beli Pada Produk Scarlett Whitening Di Media Sosial Melalui Peran Variabel Mediasi Sikap

This study aims to determine the role of attitude in mediating the influence of celebrity endorsers on. The population studied in this study is consumers who know Scarlett Whitening products with a total sample of 80 respondents. This study uses Theory of Buyer Behavior. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is 3 simple linear regression analysis and 1 multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done using the t test and Path Analysis. The results obtained from this study are that there is an influence between Celebrity Endorsers on buying interest, there is an influence between Celebrity Endorsers on Attitudes, there is an influence between Attitude on Purchase Intention and Attitude mediate the influence between Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention.
