The overall purpose of this study was to develop an understanding of the Triple Helix model on tourism services. There are three institutions on Triple Helix: university-industry-government, which each others relate and work together to contribute for tourism development. The study was conducted on the rules of tourism in Indonesia. It was found that the Triple Helix III model is the synergic model for Indonesia tourism development. Each party: Academia-Industry-Government could be contribute to develop tourism assets according to the each capacities and capabilities. The universities, industry and together with government  could be elaborate the synergic discussions, solve the problems, formulate and implement of tourism policies

ABSTRACTTransportation infrastructure is an important predictor of tourism. Tourism village as a form of tourism whose development is supported by surrounding transportation services. It is important to identify the service factors needed by tourists to tourist villages. This study aims to determine public perceptions of road infrastructure development from and to tourist villages and the criteria that need to be met by a tourist village. The research method used is applied research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used to obtain primary data through questionnaires. The results of the study in the form of public perceptions of road infrastructure development from and to tourist villages have a negative impact on the environment, greatly impacting the benefits and living standards of local residents significantly. Meanwhile, the public perception of a tourist village needs to meet the criteria for the physical environment, amenities and accessibility. Keywords: transportation infrastructure to and from tourist villages, criteria for tourist villages, accessibility of tourist villagesABSTRAKPrasarana transportasi merupakan prediktor penting pada pariwisata. The purpose of this paper is to present the expect of public to characteristics of open green space public asset service design, and the effort of providers appropriate public expectations. The study was applied quantitative approach and descriptive method. The case was taken Green Open Space in Bandung City. The model applied is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The characteristics of public expectation traced through Focus Group Discussion and questionnaires. The findings show that the public expect City-open green space becomes the identity of the city, the natural environment is maintained, freshen the air, reducing the pool of water, limited plant production, supporting the improvement of the climate, contribute to waste management, water conservation, enhance the environment, support birds habitat, reduce public stress, and increase tourism industry. While the providers effort have to design the minimum standard of City-open green space, preserve green space, the trees that limited produce, reduce heat, beautiful trees, the trees that can be birds inhabited, green space comfortable and safe for public

    Molecular Photovoltaics in Nanoscale Dimension

This review focuses on the intrinsic charge transport in organic photovoltaic (PVC) devices and field-effect transistors (SAM-OFETs) fabricated by vapor phase molecular self-assembly (VP-SAM) method. The dynamics of charge transport are determined and used to clarify a transport mechanism. The 1,4,5,8-naphthalene-tetracarboxylic diphenylimide (NTCDI) SAM devices provide a useful tool to study the fundamentals of polaronic transport at organic surfaces and to discuss the performance of organic photovoltaic devices in nanoscale. Time-resolved photovoltaic studies allow us to separate the charge annihilation kinetics in the conductive NTCDI channel from the overall charge kinetic in a SAM-OFET device. It has been demonstrated that tuning of the type of conductivity in NTCDI SAM-OFET devices is possible by changing Si substrate doping. Our study of the polaron charge transfer in organic materials proposes that a cation-radical exchange (redox) mechanism is the major transport mechanism in the studied SAM-PVC devices. The role and contribution of the transport through delocalized states of redox active surface molecular aggregates of NTCDI are exposed and investigated. This example of technological development is used to highlight the significance of future technological development of nanotechnologies and to appreciate a structure-property paradigm in organic nanostructures
