Biopolítica, discurso e controle da população pobre

Diante da proliferação de discursos de intolerância e ódio dirigidos contra a população pobre nos últimos anos, responsabilizando-a pela crise econômica e desordem do país, este texto se propõe a problematizar os enunciados e as condutas que envolvem o corpo pobre, atendendo ao objetivo mais amplo que é o de conhecer alguns traços do que somos hoje, do que é nossa sociedade. Essa problematização busca apoio teórico e analítico em Michel Foucault para percorrer os acontecimentos que ligaram a pobreza a uma moral do trabalho, como a conhecemos hoje, sob o escopo do neoliberalismo. As práticas estudadas por Foucault, em História da loucura, sobre o internamento dos pobres em hospitais gerais e sua liberação já numa sociedade disciplinar, e em seus cursos sobre a governamentalidade biopolítica, apoiada em dispositivos de segurança, constituem as condições para o aparecimento dos discursos que vão revestir a pobreza hoje de um certo valor moral

A FÁBRICA DO SUJEITO NEOPENTENCOSTAL

O presente artigo visa, com base em problematizações de Michel Foucault sobre dispositivos de saber-poder, analisar o fenômeno neopentecostal, considerando as análises e avaliações de Dardot e Laval (2016) no texto intitulado “A fábrica do sujeito neoliberal”, por se constatar semelhanças entre a teologia da prosperidade, presentes no movimento neopentecostal, especialmente no sistema de células, com as relações apontadas pelos autores nas táticas e estratégias do neoliberalismo no campo empresarial (controle de produção, incentivo de funcionários, gerenciamento de metas). O corpus é constituído de quatro livros que apresentam um caráter prescritivo para a condução das condutas (FOUCAULT, 2008b) dos membros da igreja, que se organiza em sistema de células, com o objetivo de ampliar o número de seus membros

“COMO ELEGER UM PRESIDENTE MUÇULMANO?” A DISTOPIA E OS PROCESSOS DE SUBJETIVAÇÃO E DE RESISTÊNCIA DO ISLÃ

Este artigo tem como objetivo verificar os processos de objetivação e subjetivação do sujeito muçulmano passando pela atualidade a partir de um exercício de possibilidade por meio da obra distópica intitulada Submissão (Michel Houellebecq), utilizada como corpus de análise do presente trabalho. E é a partir dos elementos que constituem o sujeito e que exercem o poder sobre estes que pretendemos chegar nas resistências. Para a realização de todo esse processo, faremos uso das contribuições de Michel Foucault em suas fases arqueológica e genealógica, para que se entenda as relações de saber-poder, as tecnologias do poder e seu uso na fabricação de sujeitos disciplinados, dóceis, produtivos. O percurso desenvolvido aqui pretende não necessariamente responder à questão título deste artigo (Como eleger um presidente muçulmano no Ocidente?), mas explicitar todo um mecanismo de controle por meio de dispositivos políticos, midiáticos e de segurança

As Metamorfoses no discurso e o surgimento do novo homo politicus na corrida eleitoral em 2018

This work has as objective to analyze the constructions made of the political subject in the present time or, as we chose to use in the course of the text, the new homo politicus. The concept was used by Jean-Jacques Courtine in his article ‘The metamorphoses of homo politicus’, published in Brazil in Legados de Pêcheux: inéditos em análise do discurso (PIOVEZANI; SARGENTINI, 2011). In order to carry out the studies, we use the notions of enunciation, discourse, knowledge and power consolidated by the French philosopher M. Foucault. Thus, this research is inserted in the studies of the Foucaultian discourse and is used of archeology and genealogy for the construction of the method of analysis. As a theoretical contribution, the works used were: Archeology of knowledge (2012), Discipline & Punish (2011), History of sexuality I (1988) and The birth of biopolitics (2008).Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as formas de construção do sujeito político na atualidade ou, como optamos por utilizar no decorrer do texto, o novo homo politicus. O conceito foi utilizado por Jean-Jacques Courtine em seu artigo ‘As metamorfoses do homo politicus’, publicado no Brasil em Legados de Pêcheux: inéditos em análise do discurso (PIOVEZANI; SARGENTINI, 2011). Belo, magro e jovem são algumas das qualidades exigidas do corpo na atualidade. O presente artigo tem, como principal objetivo, a análise da relação entre corpo/beleza instituída pelas práticas de embelezamento contemporâneas para a compreensão das transformações por que passou a imagem de corpo belo e saudável. O estudo se fundamentou na perspectiva metodológica da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, tendo em vista os trabalhos de Michel Foucault quanto aos mecanismos de saber e poder em sua relação com as subjetividades

DISCURSO, SUJEITO E HISTÓRIA: UM ESTUDO DE ENUNCIADOS SOBRE PROFESSOR

This article aims at promoting a reflection on the sayings about teachers and about how they are objectified in the framework proposed herewith. Thus, the nuances that comprise the construction of discourse practices will be highlighted, in recognition of the different conceptions to which the profession has been submitted, in keeping with social, historical and ideological changes of society. It is reckoned that there being changes in social practices, there will be likewise transformations in the sayings about teachers, making it possible to propose that language acts, which express the values of a society, are historicized and move on according to sociocultural devices.Este artigo busca promover uma reflexão acerca dos ditos sobre o professor e sobre a forma como ele foi objetivado no recorte aqui proposto. Nesse caso, colocaremos em evidência as diversas nuances que envolvem a construção das práticas discursivas, procurando reconhecer que essa profissão foi submetida a diferentes concepções, conforme as mudanças que ocorrem nas esferas social, histórica e ideológica de nossa sociedade. Consideramos que, se há mudanças nas práticas sociais, há transformações nos dizeres acerca do professor, o que permite pensar que os atos de linguagem, que manifestam os valores de uma sociedade, são historicizados e movem-se conforme dispositivos socioculturais

A cidade em nós: discursos, objetivações e subjetivações

Movidos por relações entre os dispositivos de segurança, que configuram as sociedades de biopoder, e os corpos dos indivíduos organizados conforme as funções que devem ser asseguradas pelo espaço, é que propomos pensar a população na materialidade discursiva da cidade que, tanto surge como resultado dos saberes que objetivam a multiplicidade de indivíduos, quanto funciona como técnica de subjetivação na construção do sujeito população na atualidade. As análises flagram textos e imagens dispersos nas cidades, focalizando as funções de higiene corporal, circulação de mercadorias e segurança do corpo. Os resultados indicam a presença de processos de objetivação que convivem com formas de resistências, que afetam tanto a sensibilidade corporal dos cidadãos quanto o corpo da população

The Team Of The Family Health Strategy And The Doctrinal Principles Of The Unified Health System: Perceptions And Applicability

Introduction: The SUS, which was guaranteed by the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 and regulated by organic laws of health, offers a system governed of doctrinal principles (universality, fairness and completeness) concerning the philosophy of the system and extend the concept of health and the right to it. On the promotion of these principles, the municipalization of health is referred to as a policy of decentralization which incorporates basic health attention, permeated by the principles of the SUS, where inserts in this context the basic health units (UBS) that are entrance doors of the population to the system. When considering that the proposals brought by the family health strategy (FHS) are great potential to restructure the welfare model and the Organization of health services, and these proposals based on the principles governing the SUS, becomes essential, inter alia, that the worker member of this team have involvement and knowledge of the project, as well as on its goals and principles governing it. Objective: Check the knowledge and promotion of doctrinal principles of the SUS by active team of FHS in the town of Juazeiro do Norte in the State of Ceará (CE), Brazil.  Method: This work deals with a transversal nature study exploratory, qualitative approach. The survey was conducted in the family health strategy of the city of Juazeiro do Norte-CE, with top level professionals (physician, nurses and dentists) who work on units during the collection period. The collection was performed through a semi structured interview and the data analyzed by means of the collective subject discourse. This study was submitted to the Ethics Committee of the College Lion Sa, having the opinion of approved (nº: 1.067.638).  Results: the results showed that the professionals have demonstrated no knowledge of, nor promote some doctrinal principles of the SUS coherently. The knowledge that they have are fragmented and incipient, and Praxis (theory combined with practice) is still far from being achieved.  Conclusion: The findings of this research show gaps as the promotion of the principles of the SUS by professionals who act. The ineffective knowledge on how SUS is organized and on what basis rests, leads to improper practices, making deployment and consolidation process.   Keywords: Doctrinal Principles of the SUS. Unified health system. The family health strategy

From incremental dentistry to the health at school program – the participation of the dental surgeon in the health promotion of schools in the municipality of Fortaleza – Ceará: Da odontologia incremental ao programa saúde na escola – a participação do cirurgião-dentista na promoção à saúde dos escolares no município de Fortaleza – Ceará

The School Health Program (PSE) appears as a way of working on the importance of self-care, disseminating information related to health, through a strategy of integration and permanent articulation between education and health policies and actions, with the participation of the community intersectionally involving the family health and basic education teams. The objective of this research was to analyze and verify the participation of dentists in the PSE in Fortaleza-CE. This is a quantitative, descriptive, observational, and cross-sectional study. The target population was dentists from the Family Health Strategy of the Primary Health Care Units in Fortaleza. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2021 through a structured questionnaire sent via the internet to research participants. Data were tabulated in Microsoft Excel and exported to the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, version 20.0 for Windows, in which the analyzes were performed adopting a 95% confidence level. As a result, it was found that of the professionals who were interviewed 80.4% (n=45) were female, 98.2% (n=55) knew about the health program at school, and 57.1% (n=32) carry out the activity of surveying the number of students identified with oral health needs. The planning was carried out by 87.1% (n=49) of the participants. It is concluded that professionals have adequate knowledge about the PSE and that the vast majority carry out activities in the program, especially dentists, nurses, oral health assistants, and community health agents. Thus, strengthening the PSE becomes an excellent strategy for working with children and adolescents, seeking to implement healthy habits
