    Sistem inventory merupakan suatu sistem yang bertujuan untuk memantau persediaan stok barang yang ada di gudang. Permasalahan yang ada di PT. TETAP PANAH MAS adalah belum tersedianya sistem inventory barang dan masih menggunakan buku untuk melakukan pencatatan stok barang sehingga dapat menyebabkan dokumen tidak tertata rapi, hilang, dan membutuhkan waktu untuk mencari dokumen. Maka dari itu, skripsi ini akan melakukan perancangan suatu sistem inventory berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem dalam website ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu requirements, design, development, testing, dan deployment. Akan tetapi pada penelitian ini tidak sampai pada tahapan deployment. Website ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MYSQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory berbasis web yang akan digunakan pada PT. TETAP PANAH MAS. Dalam website ini, staff gudang dapat mengetahui data stok barang, barang masuk, dan barang keluar. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis proses bisnis yang ada di perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa sistem inventory berbasis web dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pemantauan dan pencatatan stok barang, barang masuk, dan barang keluar sehingga kinerja karyawan dapat lebih maksimal

    INDICATOR DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DISCLOSURE FOR THE MINING INDUSTRY IN INDONESIA (Qualitative Study During Observation Period 2017-2019)

    Disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is increasing in urgency because demands for legitimacy are increasing. Companies can disclose their CSR through annual reports or sustainability reports. This study aims to provide information on how many companies have disclosed CSR in their sustainability reports, the average extent of disclosure in annual reports and sustainability reports, which indicators are predominantly disclosed and which disclosures are limited. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using secondary data taken from the website company's official in the form of an annual report and a sustainability report and then analyzed by reference to the GRI-G4 and/ or GRI-standards using quantitative and qualitative content analysis techniques. The result of the research is that the company disclosure of CSR using sustainability reports is only 20%; and the rest is still in the annual report. General indicators disclosed based on GRI-G4 and GRI-standard are positive and non-monetary disclosures, especially on sensitive indicators because they are private to the company.     Rekonfigurasi Jaringan Distribusi 20 KV Gardu Induk Kalibakal Menggunakan Metode Binary Particle Swarm Optimization

    Ketersediaan listrik yang cukup dan berkualitas merupakan kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi. Oleh sebab itu, berbagai macam masalah muncul mengenai optimasi terhadap kualitas tenaga listrik. Optimasi yang dimaksud adalah untuk mengurangi rugi-rugi yang timbul saat penyaluran tenaga listrik. Penyaluran tenaga listrik mempunyai tiga tingkatan, pembangkitan, transmisi dan distribusi. Tingkat distribusi merupakan tingkatan yang paling dekat dengan pelanggan, dimana pelanggan akan langsung merasakan kualitas listrik tersebut. Kualitas sistem distribusi dapat dinilai dari besarnya rugi-rugi daya listrik dan tegangan jatuhnya. Semakin besar rugi-ruginya, maka semakin buruk sistem distribusinya. Untuk itu perlu diperbaiki sistem distribusinya. Berbagai macam cara dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi rugi-rugi yang ada, salah satunya yaitu rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi. Berbagai metode dan teknik rekonfigurasi telah dikembangkan untuk tujuan meminimalkan rugi-rugi daya. Salah satu metodenya adalah Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BPSO). Metode lain seperti single-period dan multi-period merupakan metode yang hanya digunakan untuk sistem linear, sedangkan untuk rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi merupakan masalah dengan sistem non-linear. Sedangkan BPSO ini dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah sistem non-linear, sehingga metode ini cocok digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi. Dengan dilakukannya rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi menggunakan metode BPSO pada jaringan distribusi 20 kV gardu induk Kalibakal penyulang 2, 5, 6 dan 10, maka dapat mengurangi rugi daya. Terdapat 3 jenis simulasi, dimana simulasi pertama menggunakan iterasi maksimum 10, simulasi kedua menggunakan iterasi maksimum 20 dan simulasi ketiga menggunakan iterasi maksimum 30. Ketiga simulasi tersebut masing-masing dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali simulasi dan diambil hasil terbaiknya. Dari seluruh simulasi, penurunan rugi daya terbesar yang didapat adalah 4,4075% dari 71,785 kW menjadi 68,621 kW dan kenaikan tegangan minimum dari 0,98456 pu menjadi 0,98485 pu

    Creating job satisfaction in a strict organization

    One solution that can increase employee satisfaction is perceived organizational support, which will create work engagement and reduce work holism. This research uses quantitative research methods, with a sample of 165 respondents taken by random sampling techniques at chemical companies in Indonesia. The results showed that perceived organizational support did not affect job satisfaction and perceived organizational support had no effect on work engagement. Besides, perceived organizational support had no effect on work holism and work engagement had an effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, perceived organizational support does not affect job satisfaction through work holism as a mediating variable

    PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH SUSUN SEDERHANA SEWA DI YOGYAKARTA

    Rumah susun sederhana sewa adalah bangunan gedung bertingkat yang ditujuan sebagai alternatif pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah yang layak huni untuk masyarakat golongan kelas menengah ke bawah. Ada tiga aspek yang akan dibahas dalam perencanaan proyek pembangunan rumah susun sederhana sewa DI Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 5 lantai ini yaitu, perencanaa drainase dan pemipaan air bersih analisis dampak lalu lintas, serta perkiraan biaya dan waktu konstruksi. Perencanaan drainase dan pemipaan mencakup perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih, dimensi pipa, dimensi tangki, kebutuhan pompa, pembuatan jalur isometri dan perencanaan drainase serta pengaliran air hujan dalam kawasan gedung. Untuk analisis dampak lalu lintas mencakup kondisi lalu lintas sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan serta perencanaan ruang parkir dan area pejalan kaki. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan manajemen biaya dan waktu, yaitu mulai dari menghitung volume setiap pekerjaan, menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan, rencana anggaran biaya, menentukan durasi pekerjaan, menentukan jumlah pekerja, jumlah material, ketergantungan proyek, kurva s dan menganalisa Critical Path Method. Data yang digunakan dalam perencanaan ini diperoleh dari dosen pengajar berupa data sekunder yang meliputi denah eksisting, denah perencanaan (site plan), data curah hujan dan beberapa data lainnya. Dalam perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih diperoleh Qd = 142560 lt/hari, Qh = 17820 lt/jam, Qh-maks = 35640 lt/jam dan Qm-max = 1188 lt/menit. Diameter pipa yang digunakan yaitu 0,75 inch, 1 inch, 1,25 inch, 1,5 inc dan 2 inch. Kapasitas total ground water tank dengan rata-rata jangka waktu pemakaian 8 jam didapatkan 77 m3 dan untuk rooftank 12 m3. Besarnya daya pompa untuk bangunan rumah susun yang didapatkan ialah 792,996 watt dan untuk daya pompa pada bangunan food court sebesar 731,44 watt. Bak penampungan air hujan yang digunakan berjumlah 17 buah dengan bentuk tabung dengan diameter 1 meter serta tinggi 4 meter. Jam puncak lalu lintas pada ruas jalan yang ditinjau adalah 16.00-17.00. Rencana parkir dan yang telah direncanakan memiliki selisih sebesar 94 unit sepeda motor dan 37 unit mobil. Maka perlu penambahan Kawasan untuk area parkir. Dari hasil analisis, tingkat pelayanan pada ruas Jalan Ki Ageng Pemanahan masih berada pada kinerja jalan yang baik (ITP B). Rencana anggaran biaya (RAB ), untuk menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa hingga tahap akhir membutuhkan biaya Rp 44.002.186.000 ( Empat Puluh Empat Miliar Dua Juta Seratus Delapan Puluh Enam Ribu Rupiah).     Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has experienced a very rapid development, where AI has become a part of daily life. One of the applications of AI that has been widely implemented is the Voice Gender Recognition service. With the help of AI, it can be used to find out the gender of the voice sample uploaded to the application. Speech recognition is not something easy to do. Not a few did not manage to get the desired result.  This study is the first step that sound becomes a way of authenticating a person. Applications are built using the R language. CART models are used to make decision-making easier. A sample of 20 respondents was taken with various conditions when recorded.     Expression of Osterix and SOX9 after Administration of Gourami Fish Scale Collagen in Wistar Rats

    The current goal of periodontal treatments is to regenerate periodontal tissue by adding bone grafts. Various materials are being explored as bone substitutes, including type 1 collagen. Gourami fish scales are known to be an alternative source of type 1 collagen and have potential as a substitute material for bone grafts. The objective of this study was to determine whether there is an increase in the expression of Osterix (OSX) and SOX9 after the administration of gourami (Osphronemus goramy) fish scale collagen in extracted socket Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research was conducted on 32 male Wistar rats that were classified into four groups: control groups on day 7 (K7) and day 14 (K14); and treatment groups on day 7 (P7) and day 14 (P14). The expression of OSX and SOX9 was visualized by immunohistochemical staining of bone tissue preparations by anti-OSX and SOX9 monoclonal antibodies. The ANOVA results for OSX expression had a significant difference in OSX expression between that in the control and treatment groups on day 7 and day 14. The ANOVA results for SOX9 expression on day 7 had a significant difference in SOX9 expression between that in the control and treatment groups. ANOVA results for SOX9 expression on day 14 had no significant difference in the expression of SOX9 between the treatment and control groups. The conclusion of this study was administration of Gourami scale collagen can increase the expression of OSX and SOX9 in socket’s Wistar rats
