Inkulkasi Nilai Karakter dalam Teks Cerita Fantasi pada Peserta Didik

This study aims to describe the character values expressed by students in fantasy stories, describe how students express character values in fantasy stories, and describe what character values are dominant in fantasy stories. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Sources of data in this research are 30 fantasy stories of students taken according to the criteria of fantasy stories. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Keruak. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The result of this research is that fantasy story media is one way for teachers to implement character values and identify those character values. After being identified, there are various character values found in students' fantasy stories, namely religious character values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independent, creative, democratic, curiosity, love for the homeland, friendly/communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading. , social care, and responsibility. The most dominant or most dominant character value of all students' fantasy stories is the curiosity character value as many as 18 findings. The conclusion of this research is that in the fantasy story text of students there is a content of character values

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar PAI pada Siswa Kelas II SDN 1 Setanggor

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar pendidikan agama islam pada siswa kelas II SDN 1 Setanggor kecamatan Sukamulia tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II SDN 1 Setanggor kecamatan Sukamulia tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 25 siswa dan terdiri atas 15 siswa laki-laki dan 10 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas II SDN 1 Setanggor kecamatan Sukamulia tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang merupakan tempat tugas peneliti.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan dua siklus, dengan setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih tiga bulan, yaitu mulai Bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2018. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada tiap siklus, terlihat bahwa hasil dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan hasil analisis data siklus I, untuk aktivitas siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,9 dan aktivitas siswa pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 3,9,  Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan hasil analisis data siklus I, untuk aktivitas guru diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,7 dan aktivitas guru pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,5.&nbsp

Pendidikan Akhlak; Studi Atas Hadis-Hadis tentang Tamu

Al Qur’an merupakan kitab suci umat Islam yang sangat mementingkan dimensi kemanusiaan khususnya akhlak dikarenakan ada sekitar 1500 ayat membahas tentang itu. Risalah kenabian pada diri Nabi Muhammad saw sebagaian besar berisi tentang kemanusian yang berkaitan dengan akhlak. Hal ini, senada dengan  hadis bahwa Nabi diutus untuk penyempurna akhlak.  Oleh karena itu, kajian tentang akhlak menjadi penting dalam rangka menjalankan kehidupan di dunia. Mengingat pentingnya akhlak ini, maka bisa melihat korelasi akhlak dengan hadis-hadis menghormati tamu.  Pada hadis itu,  adanya relasi kemuasiaan yang erat dikarenakan hubungan antar sesama manusia. Kajian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan kajian literatur tentang akhlak dan hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan tamu kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan akhlak. Hasil kajian hadis tentang tamu, adanya pendididikan akhlak yang dapat diambil dalam kasus tamu dan bertamu dalam Islam seperti melatih kesabaran, berbuat jujur dan bersikap baik. Perbuatan tersebut sebagai pelaksanaan ajaran Islam dalam menghormati sesama muslim yang bertamu sebagai manifestasi pelaksanaan ajaran agama. The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which attached great importance to the human dimension, especially morality, because there are about 1500 verses discussed it. Prophetic treatises on the Muhammad mostly contain humanity related to morals. This is in line with the hadith that the Prophet was sent to perfect morals. Therefore, the study of morality is important in order to carry out life in the world. Given the importance of this morality, one can see a correlation between morality and the traditions of respecting guests. In that hadith, there is a close relationship of satisfaction due to the relationship between human beings. This study used qualitative research by using a descriptive approach. The researcher conducted a literature study on morals and hadiths related to guests and then analyzed them using a moral approach. The results of the study of hadith about guests, there is moral education that can be taken in the case of guests and visitors in Islam such as practicing patience, being honest and being kind. This act is an implementation of Islamic teachings in respecting followed by Muslims who visit as a manifestation of the implementation of religious teachings

KOMUNIKASI HUMAS DI POLDA SUMBAR (Analisis Kinerja Humas Sesuai Motto “Objektif, Dipercaya dan Partisipasi”)

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pentingnya fungsi humas Polda Sumbar dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat melalui informasi-informasi objektif yang diberikan, sehingga kedepannya diharapkan masyarakat bersedia untuk berpartisipasi dan bekerjasama dengan Polri dalam menjaga KAMTIBMAS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Humas Polda Sumbar untuk mewujudkan kinerja yang objektif, dipercaya dan partisipasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh Humas Polda Sumbar yaitu mengumpulkan informasi yang bersumber dari masyarakat, wartawan ataupun dari satuan wilayah kerja Polda Sumbar, informasi yang dikumpul kemudian diolah menjadi pesan yang objektif, aktual dan faktual dan menjadi bentuk pesan yang siap rilis atau dipublikasikan, setelah itu menyebarkan atau mempublikasikan pesan melalui media-media yang digunakan. Proses komunikasi Humas Polda Sumbar dalam mewujudkan kinerja objektif, dipercaya dan partisipasi terdiri atas enam tahapan yaitu menciptakan ide mengenai informasi yang akan dipublikasikan, memilih dan mengolah informasi yang akan dipublikasikan secara objektif, mengirimkan pesan melalui media yang digunakan, komunikan membaca pesan pada media yang dikelola oleh humas, komunikan memahami informasi yang diberikan, komunikan memberikan umpan balik

Searching for nova shells around cataclysmic variables

We present the results of a search for nova shells around 101 cataclysmic variables (CVs), using Halpha images taken with the 4.2-m William Herschel Telescope (WHT) and the 2.5-m Isaac Newton Telescope Photometric Halpha Survey of the Northern Galactic Plane (IPHAS). Both telescopes are located on La Palma. We concentrated our WHT search on nova-like variables, whilst our IPHAS search covered all CVs in the IPHAS footprint. We found one shell out of the 24 nova-like variables we examined. The newly discovered shell is around V1315 Aql and has a radius of approx.2.5 arcmin, indicative of a nova eruption approximately 120 years ago. This result is consistent with the idea that the high mass-transfer rate exhibited by nova-like variables is due to enhanced irradiation of the secondary by the hot white dwarf following a recent nova eruption. The implications of our observations for the lifetime of the nova-like variable phase are discussed. We also examined 4 asynchronous polars, but found no new shells around any of them, so we are unable to confirm that a recent nova eruption is the cause of the asynchronicity in the white dwarf spin. We find tentative evidence of a faint shell around the dwarf nova V1363 Cyg. In addition, we find evidence for a light echo around the nova V2275 Cyg, which erupted in 2001, indicative of an earlier nova eruption approx.300 years ago, making V2275 Cyg a possible recurrent nova.Comment: 14 pages, 50 figures, 3 Table

Islamic Shari'ah always teaches the magnificiences and proposer it to all its followers. Not only teaching and proposing the magnificiences, Islam also forbids all its followers from all kinds of humiliation and all aspects that can cause humiliation. This sharia’s roles are legitimated in all aspects of human life, starting from the biggest human affairs, namely the affairs of the faith (ideology) that become self-esteem and standard of living, to the smallest affairs. However, there are still some practice of buying and selling that happen in society are not in accordance with Islamic law. As the observation that researchers do in fishing place of Sejuta Sidowayah village, Polanharjo subdistrict, Klaten district. are related to practice of buying and selling fish with cost fishing system in terms of Islamic law. The types of research the researchers use, including field research, and the analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative. The steps used in taking data that is by observation and interview techniques. Based on the methods used in this study. So, if in view of the terms of Islamic law buying and selling of fish with a system of cost should not be done, because it contains of elements that are prohibited in Islam as gharar(vagueness) and gambling (speculative) there is many vagueness in quality and quantity because there is no checking and filtering process before. Therefore, it will be better to avoid this buy and sell to the right process

The Evolution of Cataclysmic Variable Stars

Cataclysmic variables (CVs) are binary star systems comprising a white dwarf which is accreting material from a Roche-lobe filling companion, usually a late-main sequence or evolved star. The accreted material accumulates on the surface of the white dwarf and ultimately leads to a thermonuclear runaway explosion, called a nova eruption. There are ∼ 400 recorded novae and some have shown more than one eruption. These systems are the recurrent novae, and they are one of the leading progenitor candidates of Type Ia Supernovae. In this thesis, I describe how I used high speed spectroscopy to determine the component masses of the stars in the eclipsing recurrent nova CI Aquilae. The masses I determined suggest it is indeed a progenitor of a Type Ia supernova, and will explode in 10 Myr. The long term impact of nova events on the evolution of CVs is poorly understood, and may be the reason for the diversity of CV types observed at the same orbital period. One theory, known as hibernation theory, proposes that the nova event causes systems to cycle through the various classes of CVs, due to heating and bloating of the secondary. In the second part of this thesis, I undertook searches for nova shells around known CVs, in an effort to determine the frequency and life-cycle of novae. I examined over 150 systems and found one definite shell around V1315 Aquilae. I then used high–resolution spectroscopy to determine the mass and age of this shell. This is the first discovery of a nova shell around a novalike variable. By combining my search results with simulations and the results of other recent searches for nova shells, I find that the lifetime of the novalike state is broadly in line with the nova-induced cycle theory (hibernation theory)

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF THE DEATH PENALTY ON MURDERERS, DRUGS AND CORRUPTION

This study aims to analyze the correlation between the death penalty for murder, narcotics, and corruption (a legal approach to jinayah, qishash, hudud, and ta'zir), and aims to look more deeply into the implementation of punishments that use a legal basis or arguments that are general in nature and specific argument. Pengaruh Brand Image Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Survey Pada Pelanggan Speedy Di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan)

ABSTRAK Speedy merupakan jasa pelayanan internet yang dimiliki oleh PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Dengan jumlah pelanggan yang mencapai 3,4 juta di Indonesia pada tahun 2014, Speedy mengalami persaingan yang ketat dibidang jasa pelayanan internet. Hal tersebut membuat Speedy kehilangan banyak pelanggannya, setidaknya selama tahun 2014 di Jakarta Selatan terdapat 266 pelanggan yang pindah ke provider lain. Speedy menyadari dengan brand image yang baik, diharapkan mampu membuat pelanggan menjadi loyal. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausalitas. Pengukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 125.000 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, brand image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, dilihat dari hasil uji t, pengaruh brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara parsial hanya berpengaruh signifikan pada sub variabel favorability of brand association (X1) dan Uniqueness of brand association (X3). Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi menunjukan bahwa brand image berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 13,1%, dimana sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti Customer Relationship Management (CRM), kepuasan pelanggan atau brand trust.
