Import 05/08/2014Tato práce shrnuje průběh mé odborné praxe u společnosti netdevelo s. r. o., jež se věnuje vývoji internetových aplikací a zejména pak tvorbě individuálních internetových obchodů postavených na vlastním řešení ShopSys. Během odborné praxe jsem nejprve zastával pozici Junior PHP programátor a později jsem přešel k oddělení technické podpory. Postupem času jsem se začal specializovat na napojení internetových obchodů na cenové srovnávače. Před nedávnem jsem se začal věnovat i určování náročnosti implementace. Ve firmě jsem rozšířil nejen své technické znalosti, ale také osobní a komunikační dovednosti.This bachelor thesis summarizes the progress of my individual professional practice in netdevelo s. r. o. company, which specializes in developing of online web applications and particulary the building of individual online Internet stores built on its own solution ShopSys. During the professional practice I first held the position of Junior PHP programmer and later I went to the technical support department. Over time, I began specializing in connecting online stores to price graders. Recently I began determining difficulty of implementation. Narrow-Band Filters for ECG Signals
Cílem této práce je odfiltrování nejčastějšího typu rušení v EKG signálech, síťového brumu a driftu. Zabývá se návrhem a realizací lineárních filtrů typu FIR a IIR v prostředí Matlab. Pro realizaci FIR filtrů jsou použity metody vzorkování frekvenční charakteristiky a váhování impulsní charakteristiky, pro IIR filtry metoda návrhu filtru z rozložení nulových bodů a pólů v rovině „z“ a metoda založená na podobnosti s analogovými filtry.The aim of this paper is to filter out the most common type of noise in EKG signals, network brum and drift. This paper deals with the design and implementation of linear filters of type FIR and IIR in Matlab. The implementation of FIR and IIR filters make use of four different design methods.
Family house in Vlachovice
Projekt řeší dokumentaci částečně podsklepeného rodinného domu v obci Vlachovice. Budova je umístěna na mírně svažitém terénu v proluce řady pozemků se stávajícími rodinnými domy. Dům má půdorysný tvar téměř čtverce se sedlovou střechou a přiléhající garáž na západní straně střechu plochou vegetační. Suterén slouží jako technické a odpočinkové zázemí, první nadzemní podlaží slouží jako hygienické a společenské zázemí a podkroví slouží jako obytný prostor s hygienickým zázemím.The project deals with technical documentation of family house with partial basement, located in the village name Vlachovice. The building is located on slightly steep land in the gap between already existing lands and single-family houses. The house has the square-shape platform with saddle roof and clinging garage situated on the west side of the building is constructed with vegetation type roof. The basement severs as a technical and relaxation background for the house, the firt floor severs as a healt and social background and the attic serves as living area with sanitary facilities.
Thermal insulation protection means
A system for providing thermal insulation for portions of a spacecraft which do not exceed 900 F during ascent or reentry relative to the earth's atmosphere is described. The thermal insulation is formed of relatively large flexible sheets of needled Nomex felt having a flexible waterproof coating. The thickness of the felt is sized to protect against projected temperatures and is attached to the structure by a resin adhesive. Vent holes in the sheets allow ventilation while maintaining waterproofing. The system is heat treated to provide thermal stability

Stručně je charakterizována samotná oblast J2ME, možnosti vývoje aplikací pomocí stávajících frameworků, popis nově vzniklého frameworku a popis demonstrační aplikace.Aim of this bachelor thesis is create new framework for platform J2ME and test it's usability in demonstrational application. Shortly is characterized alone area J2ME, potentials in development application via current frameworks, description of new arisen framework and description of demonstrational application.
A retrospective study on genetic heterogeneity within Treponema strains: Subpopulations are genetically distinct in a limited number of positions
Pathogenic uncultivable treponemes comprise human and animal pathogens including agents of syphilis, yaws, bejel, pinta, and venereal spirochetosis in rabbits and hares. A set of 10 treponemal genome sequences including those of 4 Treponema pallidum ssp. pallidum (TPA) strains (Nichols, DAL-1, Mexico A, SS14), 4 T. p. ssp. pertenue (TPE) strains (CDC-2, Gauthier, Samoa D, Fribourg-Blanc), 1 T. p. ssp. endemicum (TEN) strain (Bosnia A) and one strain (Cuniculi A) of Treponema paraluisleporidarum ecovar Cuniculus (TPLC) were examined with respect to the presence of nucleotide intrastrain heterogeneous sites.The number of identified intrastrain heterogeneous sites in individual genomes ranged between 0 and 7. Altogether, 23 intrastrain heterogeneous sites (in 17 genes) were found in 5 out of 10 investigated treponemal genomes including TPA strains Nichols (n = 5), DAL-1 (n = 4), and SS14 (n = 7), TPE strain Samoa D (n = 1), and TEN strain Bosnia A (n = 5). Although only one heterogeneous site was identified among 4 tested TPE strains, 16 such sites were identified among 4 TPA strains. Heterogeneous sites were mostly strain-specific and were identified in four tpr genes (tprC, GI, I, K), in genes involved in bacterial motility and chemotaxis (fliI, cheC-fliY), in genes involved in cell structure (murC), translation (prfA), general and DNA metabolism (putative SAM dependent methyltransferase, topA), and in seven hypothetical genes.Heterogeneous sites likely represent both the selection of adaptive changes during infection of the host as well as an ongoing diversifying evolutionary process
Whole genome sequence of the Treponema Fribourg- Blanc: Unspecified simian isolate is highly similar to the yaws subspecies
BACKGROUND:Unclassified simian strain Treponema Fribourg-Blanc was isolated in 1966 from baboons (Papio cynocephalus) in West Africa. This strain was morphologically indistinguishable from T. pallidum ssp. pallidum or ssp. pertenue strains, and it was shown to cause human infections. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS:To precisely define genetic differences between Treponema Fribourg-Blanc (unclassified simian isolate, FB) and T. pallidum ssp. pertenue strains (TPE), a high quality sequence of the whole Fribourg-Blanc genome was determined with 454-pyrosequencing and Illumina sequencing platforms. Combined average coverage of both methods was greater than 500×. Restriction target sites (n = 1,773), identified in silico, of selected restriction enzymes within the Fribourg-Blanc genome were verified experimentally and no discrepancies were found. When compared to the other three sequenced TPE genomes (Samoa D, CDC-2, Gauthier), no major genome rearrangements were found. The Fribourg-Blanc genome clustered with other TPE strains (especially with the TPE CDC-2 strain), while T. pallidum ssp. pallidum strains clustered separately as well as the genome of T. paraluiscuniculi strain Cuniculi A. Within coding regions, 6 deletions, 5 insertions and 117 substitutions differentiated Fribourg-Blanc from other TPE genomes. CONCLUSIONS/SIGNIFICANCE:The Fribourg-Blanc genome showed similar genetic characteristics as other TPE strains. Therefore, we propose to rename the unclassified simian isolate to Treponema pallidum ssp. pertenue strain Fribourg-Blanc. Since the Fribourg-Blanc strain was shown to cause experimental infection in human hosts, non-human primates could serve as possible reservoirs of TPE strains. This could considerably complicate recent efforts to eradicate yaws. Genetic differences specific for Fribourg-Blanc could then contribute for identification of cases of animal-derived yaws infections
Opened Problems Of The Application Of IAS 39 On Reporting Of Financial Derivatives In The Czech Republic
Although in the United States derivatives have been traded since around the middle of the nineteenth century, in the Czech Republic a derivative was an unknown term until lately or rather a term referring to someplace in an ununknown empire. The situation started to change roughly in the second half of nineties, when as part of macroeconomic shocks and government crisis in 1997 when interest rates increased significantly and the Czech crown devaluated from day to day. At that time, companies felt, for the first time ever, how heavy impact an unexpected and not counted on change of market conditions may have on them. From 2001 to 2004, another unusual phenomenon occurred which shook the business sector; should a prophet predicted it at the end of the nineties, he would probably be clamed to be crazy. The exchange rate of dollar against crown dropped from over 40 CZK/USD to 20 CZK/USD. Companies that made contracts with their customers in dollars but with suppliers in crowns bore a great exchange rate risk and they frequently paid a lot when dollar dropped. At the moment we also have to mention world prices of oil and oil products which rocketed so high that nobody could have expected it several years ago. This paper focuses on the comparison of reporting of the derivatives using IFRS in comparison with the Czech accounting legislature by the companies listed on the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE). Study draws the attention to check the differences in reporting of derivatives and also compares their qualitative advantages. Results of this study are based on the analysis of annual reports of the companies listed on the PSE. Any of analyzed companies didnt allow all of the requirements of IFRS on reporting of the financial derivatives
Optimal Strouhal number for swimming animals
To evaluate the swimming performances of aquatic animals, an important
dimensionless quantity is the Strouhal number, St = fA/U, with f the tail-beat
frequency, A the peak-to-peak tail amplitude, and U the swimming velocity.
Experiments with flapping foils have exhibited maximum propulsive efficiency in
the interval 0.25 < St < 0.35 and it has been argued that animals likely
evolved to swim in the same narrow interval. Using Lighthill's elongated-body
theory to address undulatory propulsion, it is demonstrated here that the
optimal Strouhal number increases from 0.15 to 0.8 for animals spanning from
the largest cetaceans to the smallest tadpoles. To assess the validity of this
model, the swimming kinematics of 53 different species of aquatic animals have
been compiled from the literature and it shows that their Strouhal numbers are
consistently near the predicted optimum.Comment: 21 pages, 6 figure
