    This study aims to optimize the pedagogic competence of Class X.E MAN 2 Payakumbuh teachers in Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year in preparing teaching modules through continuous academic supervision. The research method used is school action research. The subjects of this study were 20 class teachers at MAN 2 Payakumbuh Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year, 15 general subject teachers and 5 Islamic Religious Education subjects. This research was conducted in two cycles and at the end of each cycle an analysis of the teacher's ability to make teaching modules and their application in class was carried out. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets, documentation and field notes about teacher development. The method used in data analysis is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the research and discussion it can be concluded that through the application of continuous academic supervision it can improve the ability of teachers to make teaching modules at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. This can be seen from the increase in their average ability from cycle I to cycle II. The average increase per indicator for the assessment of teaching modules increased from 73.00 in the satisfactory category (C) in cycle I to 88.75 in the satisfactory category (B+) with an increase of 21.58%. While the average teacher's ability to make teaching modules is in the satisfactory category. From 73.54 quite satisfactory (C) in cycle I it increased to 90.63 in the category quite satisfactory (B+) with an increase percentage of 23.24%. Thus it can be concluded that optimizing pedagogic competence can improve the ability of Class X.E MAN 2 Payakumbuh teachers in Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year in compiling teaching modules through continuous academic supervision

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi pedagogik guru MAN 2 Payakumbuh semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Covid-19 melalui Lesson Study. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang mengikuti bimbingan teknis penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas di MAN 2 Payakumbuh semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan pada setiap akhir siklus dilakukan evaluasi dan analisis terhadap kemampuan belajar guru tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengamati kemampuan guru, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan Lesson Study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Covid-19 di MAN 2 Payakumbuh semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan mereka dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan penilaian kemampuan guru berada pada kategori memuaskan (B). Dari rata-rata 80,10 pada siklus I menjadi 87,29 pada siklus II dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 8,98%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Lesson Study dapat mengoptimalkan kompetensi pedagogik guru MAN 2 Kota Payakumbuh tahun ajaran semester ganjil 2021/2022 dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Covid-19

    Terpenoids from the stem bark of jatropha plants And their biological activities

    Three terpenoids, including two diterpenes (curcusone B and jatrophone) and a triterpene (stigmasterol) have been isolated from the stem bark of Jatropha plants. Curcusone B and stigmasterol were isolated from J. curcas, meanwhile jatrophone and stigmasterol were from J. gossypifolia. The biological activities of these compounds have been evaluated toward bacteria, fungi and tumour cells. Isolation was carried out in vacuum liqiud cromatography (VLC)technique with silica gel as an adsorben and some solvents as eluents. The compound structures were determined by spectroscopic methodes i.e. UV-vis, FTIR, NMR (1-D, 2-D) and were then compared based on their spectroscopic data with similiar data from literatures. The biological properties of these compounds were evaluated against four strains of bacteria (Acetobacter sp., Eschericia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus sp.), 4 strains of fungi (Aspergilus niger, Penicillium sp. (grey), Penicillium sp. (white) and Rhizopus sp.) and murine leukemia P-388 cells. The results showed that cytotoxic property of curcusone B towards murine leukemia P-388 cells is better than jatrophone and stigmasterol which are IC50 = 0.57 μg/mL (1.93 μM) for curcusone B and IC50 > 100 μg/mL for jatrophone and stigmasterol. Meanwhile, activities against bacteria, jatrophone is better than curcusone B and stigmasterol. Jatrophone is the most active against S. aureus (bacteria) with growth inhibition zone 36 mm and A.niger (fungi) is 44 mm. Further study indicated that jatrophone was bacteriostatic against S. aureus

TUJUAN:Memberikan asuhan kebidanan dengan Pendekatan manajemen kebidananan pada post laparatomi dengan kista ovarium di ruangan Edselweis RSUD Prof. Dr.W.Z Johannes Kupang . METODE PENELITIAN: jenis peneitian yang digunakan adalah peneitian deskriptif. HASIL PENELITIAN:Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada kasus ini didapati Ny.M.A umur 30tahun dengan Manajemen 7 langkah helen varnei dari pengumpulan sampai evaluasi yaitu:mengobservasi TTV, menginformasikan kepada ibu hasil pemeriksaan, menjelaskan pada ibu bahwa dukungan keuarga sangat penting,jelaskan tentang personal hygiene, pantau TTV setiap 4 jam, anjurkan untuk mobilisasi dini rawat luka operasi, berikan terapi sesuai instruksi dokter, dokumentasikan hasil pemeriksaan. Kesimpulan: setelah pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan pada Ny M.A umur 43 Tahun dengan postlaparatomi atas indikasi kista ovarium mulai dari tanggal 06-06-2017 selama 3 hari semua masalah teratasi tanpa komplikasi dari tindakan yang diberikan dan pasien pulang dalam keadaan sehat

    The efforts of cadre forming of Muhammadiyah are conducted through three paths, they are: 1) the path of Muhammadiyah education that is through special schools of cadre such as Muallimin, Muallimat, and public Muhammadiyah schools which are alternative education, and pondok pesantren (Islamic boarding school) education which is limited, 2) the informal path in family, where the family of Muhammadiyah educate their children as future cadres of Muhammadiyah, and 3) special progran of MPK along with autonomous organizations of Muhammadiyah which last for long time according to the existence of its institution. This research aims at knowing: 1) the system of cadre schools in Pondok Shabran and PUTM in 2016 as a part of System of Muhammadiyah cadre forming, 2) the system components of cadre forming within Pondok Shabran and PUTM, 3) the similarities and the differences of system of cadre schools in Pondok Shabran dan PUTM. Viewed from the location aspect, this research is a field research. Viewed from the perspective and the level of problem discussion, this research is a descriptive research. Viewed from the type, this research is called a Comparative Study. The techniques of data collection used in this research are interview and document collection. Analysis conducted in the qualitative research is more descriptive-analytical that means that the interpretation on the content is made and arranged comprehensively and systematically. The data analysis was conducted inductively. The results of the research have revealed that: 1) Pondok Shabran and PUTM are A Functional Cadre Forming of Muhammadiyah in the part of Cadre School in the level of Muhammadiyah university that have special criteria and purposes as well as being programmed officially as the place of cadre education as conveyed on the book “Sistem Perkaderan Muhammadiyah”. 2) The System Components of Cadre School of Pondok Shabran and PUTM consist of: vision, mission, and objectives, new students enrollment, educational program and curriculum, Pondok coaching, infraction and sanction, students, lecturers, facilities, and evaluation. 3) Pondok Shabran and PTUM are similar as Pondok of cadre in creating cadres of tarjih and tablig in Muhammadiyah, nevertheless, there are so many significant differences either in the concept or in the implementation. PUTM will give birth to scholars who are competent in the field of Tablig and particularly Tarjih in Muhammadiyah, as well as with Pondok Shabran which will give birth to the majority of scholars who are competent in the field of Tarjih and Tablig in Muhammadiyah and has other skills that they get in the organization and other activities outside campus.     AbstractBaitul Maqdis is a holy city, clean and blessed. This city used to be the capital of Sham which was characterized by Allah with blessings. In fact, it is mentioned as a city or land of barakah five times in four Makkiyah letters. This shows how important the position of Baitul Maqdis is for Muslims. But unfortunately, the colonization of Baitul Maqdis is now repeated, carried out by the Jews. From here the author sees the need to write an article about the important position of Baitul Maqdis for Muslims, so that awareness will grow to help the Muslims who were colonized in the blessed land. This article is a qualitative research by collecting various data from the library. Based on this study, it can be concluded, Baitul Maqdis has an important position for Muslims because it is the first Qibla; the place where most of the prophets were sent and stopped; and there are many advantages. This important position was strengthened by the steps taken by the Prophet and his companions to conquer it. Hal ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya kedudukan Baitul Maqdis bagi umat Islam. Namun disayangkan, penjajahan terhadap Baitul Maqdis kini terulang kembali, dilakukan oleh kaum Yahudi. Dari sini penulis melihat perlunya untuk menulis artikel tentang kedudukan penting Baitul Maqdis bagi umat Islam, sehingga akan tumbuh kesadaran untuk membantu kaum Muslimin yang terjajah di tanah barakah tersebut. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data dari perpustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan kajian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan, Baitul Maqdis memiliki kedudukan penting bagi umat Islam karena ia merupakan kiblat pertama kaum Muslimin; tempat diutus dan singgahnya kebanyakan para nabi; dan terdapat banyak keutamaan. Kedudukan penting ini diperkuat dengan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan Rasulullah dan para sahabat untuk menaklukkannya. Ditambah dengan respon kaum Muslimin baik dari kalangan ulama, hakim, penyair, dan panglima perang pasca penjajahan atau invasi Pasukan Salib terhadap Baitul Maqdis.     TELAAH ATAS FIQH AL-AQALLIYAT SYEKH YUSUF AL-QARDHAWI

    In responding to the anxiety of Muslim minority communities in the West who are faced with dilemma choices. On the one hand, they are required to obey the teachings of Islam, but on the other hand they are faced with the reality of how difficult it is to practice Islamic teachings according to the guidance of the majority of Muslims. Therefore, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qardhawi initiated Fiqh al-Aqalliyat which can be a guide for Muslim minorities in the West. However, there are some Muslim scholars who use Fiqh al-Aqalliyat as a justification for shifting ushul fiqh towards maqashid al-syari'ah, even though both are very important to produce beneficial laws that do not come out of the Shari'a. For this reason, this article will examine the Fiqh of al-Aqaliyat Sheikh Yusuf al-Qardhawi. With literature-type research, it can be concluded, Sheikh al-Qardhawi is very concerned with the realization of benefits for humans which is the core of maqashid al-syari'ah. This can be seen from the basis of the arguments and foundations of Fiqh al-Aqaliyat, as well as the existence of important principles in ijtihad. All of this shows the balance of postulates with textual nash that are often used in ushul fiqh, and contextual maqashid al-syari'ah

    INVESTIGATING PROSPECTIVE TEACHERS’ MATHEMATICAL KNOWLEDGE FOR TEACHING IN QUADRILATERAL OF SKILL DIFFERENCES

    Mathematical knowledge for teaching (MKT) is one of the factors that affect the competence of prospective teachers in learning. This study aims to describe the MKT of prospective teachers in terms of differences in ability levels in the scope of quadrilateral. The MKT studied in this study includes common content knowledge, and knowledge of the mathematical horizon. The research subjects consisted of three prospective math teachers, namely high-skill, intermediate-skill and low-skill. This research is qualitative research using vignettes. Data in this study was collected through vignettes and interviews. Validity of data using time triangulation. The results of this study showed that the ability of prospective teachers of intermediate-skilled and low-skill teachers still have difficulty regarding quadrilateral convex and quadrilateral concaves and still have difficulty understanding the relationships of squares, rectangles, rhombus and parallelogram. The MKT of intermediate and low-skill subjects of being produced is still limited compared to high-skill subjects. This difference occurs because it has not been able to eliminate the rectangular prototype image. To develop their abilities, prospective teachers need to be equipped with quadrilateral exploration tasks in education and training

    Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran adalah wadah kolektif guru dalam pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan seperti Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah dan Karya Inovatif. Melalui organisasi  Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran para guru dapat memperluas pengetahuan terkait teknik, metode, dan media yang tepat untuk mendukung kebiasaan menulis dalam hal publikasi ilmiah dan karya inovatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah seperti buku pengayaan , buku bahan ajar, Lembaran Kerja Peserta didik atau buku pedoman guru yang dipromotori oleh pengurus inti Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran. Hasil dari pelatihan diharapkan peserta memahami konsep pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan memahami pentingnya pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Pelatihan dilakukan tatap muka selama enam hari. Dari enam hari pertemuan yang telah diselenggarakan, hasil  pelatihan sampai pada pemaparan materi oleh narasumber, pembuatan sinopsis dan out line buku oleh peserta, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembimbingan online tiga bulan ke depan hingga lahirlah buku ber ISBN (International Standard Book Number) Setelah pelatihan ini guru Ilmu Sosial Madrasah Aliyah di Kementerian Agama Kota Paykumbuh berhasil melahirkan sebanyak 32 buk

    Artikel tentang pembebasan Baitul Maqdis oleh Shalahuddin al-Ayyubi sangatlah banyak, akan tetapi kebanyakan hanya mengunggulkan salah satu aspek keberhasilan, seperti kepribadian dan kerohaniannya yang baik. Tentu hal ini membutuhkan penjabaran lain untuk melengkapi dan sekaligus memberi gambaran utuh tentang proses pembebasan tersebut. Untuk itu, Penulis akan mengungkap data dan analisis pembebesan Baitul Maqdis oleh Shalahuddin al-Ayyubi dalam kurun waktu 570-583 H dari berbagai aspek, meliputi ideologi, politik, sosial, budaya, pertahanan, keamanan dan militer. Kajian ini menggunakan jenis penulisan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data dari perpustakaan atau library research. Adapun pendekatan yang dilakukan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis pembebasan Baitul Maqdis oleh Shalahuddin al-Ayyubi 570-583 H. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut dapat disimpulkan, keberhasilan Shalahuddin al-Ayyubi dalam membebaskan Baitul Maqdis merupakan buah dari persiapan yang matang dan maksimal dari segala faktor keberhasilan. Dari segi ideologi, ia berhasil memupuk kerinduan untuk membebaskan Baitul Maqdis. Dari segi politik, ia berhasil membentuk kesatuan politik. Dari segi ekonomi, ia berhasil menjaga stabilitas ekonomi negara. Dari segi sosial budaya, ia berhasil merealisasikan keadilan dan menghidupkan syiar-syiar keagamaan. Dari segi pertahanan dan militer, ia berhasil mengokohkan negara dan menjalin kesatuan. Dari segi militer, ia berhasil menata sistem kemiliteran dengan sangat baik
