Disseny d'un sistema d'instrumentació virtual per a la mesura de potència de sistemes autònoms

L'objectiu del treball és dissenyar i desenvolupar un sistema d'instrumentació virtual per adquirir i processar mesures dels transitoris de tensió i corrent presents al commutar l'alimentació de condicionadors de senyal utilitzats en qualsevol sensor autònom. Aquesta estratègia es faria servir per minimitzar el seu consum d'energia. Aquest sistema realitzarà mesures de tensió i corrent de diversos dispositius de forma puntual o periòdica amb un sistema d'adquisició USB de senyals analògics. Es preveu l'implementació d'un mínim de hardware per fer-lo servir conjuntament amb l'esmentat sistema d'adquisició, i el desenvolupament del software que permeti l'enregistrament i processament amb un PC de les dades de tensió i corrent per fer els càlculs de potència i energia consumida en els transitoris de diversos dispositius. El treball es realitzarà en LabView i inclourà les següents activitats: 1.- Anàlisi de les necessitats del sistema: hardware i software. 2.- Especificació del sistema. 3.- Disseny, desenvolupament i verificació del hardware i software. 4.- Realització de mesures amb dispositius bàsics. 5.- Documentació i presentació de resultats

Estudio descriptivo del pensamiento empresarial : percepción directiva y operativa

Para complementar la comprensión del fenómeno empresarial es necesario aproximarse al entendimiento de la mente de quienes participan de un objetivo institucional. En este sentido, el presente estudio muestra una aproximación al modelo de pensamiento empresarial de un conjunto de personas que participan internamente en actividades inherentes a la empresa y que son llamados actores de empresa. El objetivo principal de este estudio es proponer algunos elementos del esquema mental de las personas que pertenecen a la alta dirección y de las personas que ayudan a desarrollar las tareas gerenciales en las compañías a nivel operativo, así como las diferencias y congruencias, en dichos rasgo de pensamiento. Para la consecución del objetivo, se cuenta con una muestra de 318 actores de empresa, la cual es observada con la técnica estadística multivariada de análisis factorial; dicha técnica proporciona un acercamiento a los elementos de un modelo de pensamiento empresarial. Particularmente, el estudio arroja como resultado, un modelo mental de las personas de alta dirección, que es diferente al de las personas de nivel operativo. Inventario VAK y competencias del área de comunicación en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa, Huánuco 2022

La presente investigación titulada Inventario VAK y Competencias del área de Comunicación en estudiantes de secundaria de una Institución Educativa, Huánuco 2022, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el inventario VAK y competencias del área de comunicación. La metodología que se empleo es cuantitativa con diseño correlacional, la muestra fue censal y estuvo conformado por 120 estudiantes de nivel secundaria, el instrumento de recolección de información fue un cuestionario para los estilos de aprendizaje y el registro de evaluación para el rendimiento académico. Los resultados obtenidos dan cuenta que el 35% de los estudiantes tiene la forma de estudiar visual, el 26.7% auditivo y el 38.3% kinestésico. Por otra parte, se pudo constatar que el 64.2% está en proceso, el 35.8% logrado, en las competencias del área de comunicación. Finalmente se concluye que existe relación entre el inventario VAK y las competencias el área de comunicación dado que el Rho de Spearman = 0.211 pero la correlación es baja con nivel de significancia de 0.021

Rules and Signalization of Railroad Crossings in Bogotá

El presente artículo hace una recopilación de la composición de los cruces férreos, examinando el marco legal existente tanto a nivel nacional como internacional y su aplicabilidad en Bogotá. Se evalúan además, la señalización vertical y demarcación del pavimento que se exige en el país y específicamente en la ciudad, así mismo se investiga acerca de la señalización utilizada internacionalmente. Basados en la información expuesta anteriormente se analiza y concluye el caso de existencia de cruces férreos en la ciudad de Bogotá.This article is a compilation of the composition of the railroad crossings, it reviews the existing legal context both national as international and its applicability in Bogotá. It evaluates also which compounds a railroad crossing, it describes the vertical signalization and pavement markings required in this country and specifically in the city, also it investigates about signalization used internationally. Based on the above information it analyzes and concludes the case of the existing railroad crossings in the city of Bogotá

Germination, initial growth, and biomass allocation in three native Cerrado species

The parameters of germination, initial growth, and biomass allocation of three native plant species of Cerrado (Copaifera langsdorffii, Dipteryx alata and Kielmeyera coriacea) were established. The species had germination percentages above 88% and average germination times longer than 139 hours. The average time for the opening of the first leaf pair was more than 538 hours for all three species. The average root length of C. langsdorffii and D. alata seedlings after 80 days of growth was around 40 cm, four times larger than the average shoot length (< 10 cm), although the root and shoot biomasses were similar for both species. The average root length (> 20 cm) of K. coriacea seedlings was four times larger than the average shoot length (< 5 cm), and the root biomass was 243% greater than the shoot biomass. Increase in seedling biomass was sustained primarily by the cotyledons in C. langsdorffii and D. alata, which acted as reserve organs and showed progressive weight reductions. Increase in seedling biomass in K. coriacea was sustained primarily by photosynthesis, since the cotyledons showed no significant weight reduction, acting primarily as photosynthetic organs. The length of the root systems was at least four times larger than the length of the shoots parts in all three species. Higher investment in root length rather than in root biomass suggest that the initial growth of these species is primarily to ensure access to water resources, apparently putting off the function of the radicular system as storage organ

Prospective ultrasonographic study of blood flow and testicular volume in patients submitted to surgical repair of inguinal hernia without using prosthesis

Purpose: To evaluate the behavior of arterial circulation and testicular volume in patients submitted to conventional inguinal hernia repair without the use of a synthetic prosthesis to reinforce the posterior wall. Methods: A prospective observational clinical trial was performed on 26 male patients with unilateral inguinal hernia types I and II by the Nyhus classification, who underwent surgical correction using the modified Bassini technique. Bilateral Doppler ultrasonography was performed preoperatively, at the third and at the sixth postoperative month. The studied variables were: systolic peak velocity (SPV), diastolic peak velocity (DPV), resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI) and testicular volume. Results: There were no statistically significant changes over time in the variables studied on the operated side: SPV (p = 0.916), DPV (p = 0.304), RI (p = 0.879), PI (p = 0.475), and testicular volume (p = 0.100). The variables on the control side also did not change statistically until the sixth postoperative month: SPV (p = 0.784), DPV (p = 0.446), RI (p = 0.672), PI (p = 0.607), and testicular volume (p = 0.413). The impact of intermediaries on a negotiation: an approach from game theory

Standard approaches to model interaction networks are limited in their capacity to describe the nuances of real communication. We present a game theoretical framework to quantify the effect of intermediaries on the interaction between agents. Inspired by the seminal work Myerson (1977). on cooperative structures in cooperative games, we set the basis for multidimensional network analysis within game theory. More specifically, an extension of the point-arc game Feltkamp and van den Nouwe51 land (1992). is introduced, generalizing the analysis of cooperative games to multigraphs. An efficient algorithm is proposed for the computation of Shapley value of this game. We prove the validity of our approach by applying it to a intermediaries network model. We are able to recover meaningful results on the dependence of the game outcome on the intermediaries network. This work contributes to the optimal design of networks in economic environments and allows the ranking of players in complex network

An activity involving geometry, arithmetic and numerical representations

We propose the a priori analysis of an activity involving geometry, arithmetic and numerical representations of rational numbers. It starts with a geometric manipulation with GeoGebra and gradually leads students to consider the divisors of 360 and to reflect upon approximations and exact representations of angle measurements. A first ‘off-class’ experiment is presented and discussed, as a case study. Through it, we acknowledge that it is possible to design suitable teaching situations, so as to make students reflect in a meaningful context on the dualities ideal object / visual representation, exact measurements / approximations, and on the type of certainty intended from a mathematical standpoint. The activity takes place in the ‘geometer-physicist’ paradigm proposed by Tanguay & Geeraerts (2012, 2013) and instilled by Jahnke (2007, 2010)
