DISCURSO E MEMÓRIA DA(S) IDENTIDADE(S) EM CRISE: EFEITOS IDENTITÁRIOS EM CHARGES ONLINE SOBRE SUJEITOS PROFESSORES

No presente texto, a partir de um gesto de leitura e de interpretação, objetivamos analisar três charges que apresentam um discurso acerca da identidade do professor, que tem circulado na atualidade através de uma relação constitutiva, na historicidade, cujo acionamento se dá por meio da memória discursiva. Diante disso, buscamos apresentar uma visão teórica e analítica sobre esta circulação, baseados na Análise de Discurso de linha francesa, fundamentada nos estudos de Pêcheux (1969) e Orlandi (2001) no Brasil, numa interface com os Estudos Culturais, respaldados em Bauman (2005), Hall (2001) e Silva (2003)

“PAPAI, EU QUERO UMA EMBAIXADA”: SOBRE A INDICAÇÃO DE EDUARDO BOLSONARO E AS RELAÇÕES ENTRE O JÁ-DITO E O EFEITO DE NOVIDADE

Este artigo promove um gesto de leitura e de interpretação, por meio da análise discursiva de um vídeo intitulado “Papai, eu quero uma embaixada”, publicado no dia 14 de julho de 2019, no 26º episódio de “Isso a Globo Não Mostra”, um quadro de humor do Fantástico, em referência à indicação de Eduardo Bolsonaro para ser embaixador do Brasil nos Estados Unidos, feita pelo seu pai, o presidente do Brasil, Jair Bolsonaro. Nessa conjuntura social, esse vídeo se inscreve como materialidade discursiva, que parodia, numa rede de memórias, favorecendo uma releitura da música “Papai, eu quero me casar”, dos Trapalhões. Assim, baseado no dispositivo teórico-analítico da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa (AD), alicerçado nas formulações de Pêcheux, considerando a reterritorialização dessa disciplina de interpretação por Orlandi no Brasil e a continuidade por demais estudiosos, este artigo se propõe a mobilizar os conceitos de sujeito, ideologia, memória e formações discursivas para analisar como sujeito e sentido se constituem mutuamente, a partir do já-dito e do efeito de novidade, por meio do lugar social que os sujeitos ocupam e da ideologia que interpela indivíduos em sujeitos, inscritos numa formação discursiva que determina o que pode e o que deve ser dito

Modelo de valorização do direito desportivo resultante da formação

Nas empresas desportivas o principal ativo é o direito desportivo sobre o jogador profissional. O nosso estudo debruça-se no resultante da formação. Estes, geralmente, nos clubes europeus não são reconhecidos como ativo intangível, dada a dificuldade de valorização fiável. Para ultrapassar este problema definimos como objetivo propor um modelo para a valorização do direito desportivo resultante da formação. Este artigo utiliza como metodologia de recolha de informação a análise de dados documentais e a entrevista. Através desta última recolhemos opinião junto de clubes sobre o modelo proposto, tendo-se concluído que o modelo é exequível e pode constituir solução para a valorização fiável do direito desportivo resultante da formação.In sports companies the most important asset is the professional players’ registrations. Our study focuses on the home grown players’ registration. Usually in European clubs these are not recognized as an intangible asset, given the difficulty of reliable measurement. To overcome this problem we defined as objective to propose a model for the measurement of home grown players’ registration. This article’s method of collecting information was document analysis and interviews. Through this last method we collected opinions from clubs about our proposed model and we conclude that the model can provide a solution for the reliable measurement of home grown players’ registration

Stabilizing periodontally compromised teeth with glass fiber-reinforced composite resin – case report

The tooth mobility due to periodontal bone loss can cause masticatory discomfort, mainly in protrusive movements in the region of the mandibular anterior teeth. Thus, the splinting is a viable alternative to keep them in function satisfactorily. Objective: This study aimed to demonstrate, through a clinical case with medium-term following-up, the clinical application of splinting with glass fiber-reinforced composite resin. Case report: Female patient, 73 years old, complained about masticatory discomfort related to the right mandibular lateral incisor. Clinical and radiographic evaluation showed grade 2 dental mobility, bone loss and increased periodontal ligament space. The proposed treatment was splinting with glass fiber-reinforced composite resin from the right mandibular canine to left mandibular canine. Results: Four-year follow-up showed favorable clinical and radiographic results with respect to periodontal health and maintenance of functional aspects. Conclusion: The splinting with glass fiber-reinforced composite resin is a viable technique and stable over time for the treatment of tooth mobility

Correlations and path analysis for fruit yield in pepper lines (Capsicum chinense L.)

Information regarding the correlation between characters are of great importance to simultaneous traits selection in breeding programs. However, quantification and interpretation of the correlations magnitude do not imply in direct and indirect effects. In this context, the path analysis is presented as an alternative and viable tool for the selection process. The objective of this study was to evaluate the phenotypic, genotypic and environmental correlations between eight major agronomic characters in pepper lines (C. chinense L.) and its consequences in direct and indirect effects by path analysis. Eight agronomic traits were assessed under field conditions in 22 C. chinense L lines. According to the results, there is a genetic variability among the evaluated lines, whose yield per plant (PY) and total number of fruits (NF) variables are highly correlated with high direct effect on pepper lines yield. The selection of pepper lines with high yield can be accomplished through direct selection or using a suitable selection index, being advantageous to select lines with other characteristics, such as appropriate scion height and diameter for conducting manual and mechanized harvesting. A protective safety footwear device simulation and design: an innovative and healthy hybrid component

The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has become a necessity in view of the number of accidents at work that occurred in the past years. The European Community (EU) and the member states are creating strategies aiming the increase of the use of PPE's and consequently the decrease of the number of the accidents at work, decreasing also the number of injuries caused by them and their severity. In this paper, a brief review of safety footwear and its components will be presented focusing on penetration resistant inserts. Additionally, we present a project in development at University of Minho that aims to improve the existent shoes. Contabilização do direito desportivo sobre jogadores profissionais em clubes portugueses e brasileiros

Nas empresas desportivas o principal item intangível é o direito desportivo sobre o jogador profissional. O nosso estudo debruça-se sobre a contabilização desse direito, sendo aprofundado no que respeita aos resultantes da formação, em clubes portugueses e brasileiros. Como objectivos desta investigação de- finimos os seguintes: 1) Verificar se o direito desportivo sobre o jogador pre- enche os requisitos necessários para ser reconhecido como activo intangível; 2) Verificar se as práticas contabilísticas dos clubes portugueses e brasileiros estão de acordo com o normativo contabilístico aplicável; 3) Identificar as se- melhanças e diferenças nas práticas contabilísticas entre os clubes portugue- ses e os clubes brasileiros, com ênfase nos direitos desportivos resultantes da formação; 4) Dissecar as razões dos clubes para a valorização, ou não valori- zação, do direito desportivo resultante da formação. Propomo-nos alcançar estes objectivos através da análise do normativo contabilístico aplicável, da análise da informação financeira elaborada pelos clubes e da interpretação dos resultados de um inquérito por questionário enviado aos clubes. Concluí- mos que o direito desportivo sobre o jogador profissional, independentemen- te da sua origem, cumpre com os requisitos necessários para ser reconhecido como activo intangível. Ao longo deste estudo verificámos, também, que nem sempre as práticas contabilísticas dos clubes portugueses e brasileiros estão de acordo, ou não é claro se estão, com o normativo contabilístico aplicável. Em Portugal, a quase totalidade dos clubes não reconhece o direito desportivo resultante da formação, porque consideram que não existe um critério fiável para a valorização desse direito. O presente artigo trata dos direitos respeitantes a jogadores formados internamente pelas organizações dedicadas ao futebol, às quais podem vir a prestar serviços como desportistas profissionais. O problema reside no facto de os direitos desportivos sobre os referidos jogadores não serem reconhecidos no balanço da entidade formadora, por dificuldades no estabelecimento de um critério fiável de valorização. Considerando o modelo contabilístico vigente, procura-se uma solução que permita o reconhecimento dos direitos desportivos sobre jogadores formados internamente no balanço, a título de activo intangível, com base em critérios fiáveis de valorização. Tendo em vista a valorização fiável dos direitos desportivos respeitantes a jogadores formados internamente, apresenta-se uma solução assente no método dos centros de custo

Home grown players’ registrations: empirical evidence in the portugeses and brazilian clubs

Nas empresas desportivas o principal item intangível é o direito desportivo sobre o jogador. Investigações mostraram que nos clubes europeus o direito desportivo sobre o atleta formado internamente geralmente não é reconhecido como activo no Balanço, ao contrário do direito relativo ao jogador adquirido de terceiros. No Brasil, a prática contabilística é diferente, fruto da Resolução n.º 1005/2004, do CFC. Perante estas diferenças, o estudo debruça-se em particular sobre o tratamento contabilístico do direito desportivo resultante da formação, num espaço geográfico reduzido a Portugal e Brasil. Como objectivos desta investigação definimos os seguintes: a) verificar se o direito desportivo sobre o jogador preenche os requisitos necessários para ser reconhecido como activo intangível; b) identificar as semelhanças e diferenças nas práticas contabilísticas entre os clubes portugueses e os clubes brasileiros no que respeita aos direitos desportivos resultantes da formação; c) dissecar as razões dos clubes para a valorização, ou não valorização, do direito desportivo resultante da formação. Propomo-nos alcançar estes dois últimos objectivos através de evidência empírica como resultado de um inquérito por questionário. Concluímos que tanto o jogador formado internamente como aquele cujo direito desportivo é adquirido de terceiros cumprem com os requisitos necessários para serem reconhecidos como activo intangível. Em Portugal, a quase totalidade dos clubes não reconhece o direito desportivo resultante da formação, porque consideram que não existe um critério fiável para a valorização desse direito. Contrariamente, a totalidade dos clubes brasileiros reconhecem esse direito como activo intangível.In sports companies the major intangible item is the players’ registrations. Investigations showed that, in European clubs, home grown players’ registrations are not generally recognized as an asset in the balance sheet, unlike the acquired players’ registrations. In Brazil, the accounting practice is different, due to Resolution No. 1005/2004, of CFC. Given these differences, this study focuses particularly on the accounting practices of home grown players’ registrations, in a small area: Portugal and Brazil. The goals of this research are the following: a) check if home grown players’ registrations meet the requirements to be recognized as an intangible asset; b) identify similarities and differences in accounting practices among Portuguese clubs and the Brazilian clubs regarding home grown players’ registrations; c) dissect the reasons for the clubs to valuate or not home grown players’ registrations. It is proposed to achieve these last two goals through empirical evidence as a result of the survey. It is concluded that both home grown players and those acquired from third parties comply with the requirements for the recognition as an intangible asset. In Portugal, almost all the clubs do not recognize the home grown players’ registrations, due to the lack of reliable criteria to valuate. In contrast, all the Brazilian clubs recognize the home grown players’ registrations as an intangible asset

The main problem to be dealt with relates to the fact that over players’ registrations are not recognized in the balance sheet because of the difficulty in establishing reliable criteria to measure them. While adopting the present accounting model, a solution that allows the recognition in the balance sheet of the home grown players’ registrations as intangible fixed assets based on reliable measurement criteria is developed. A solution based on the cost centre method is proposed, leading to a reliable measurement of the home grown players’ registrations
