El proceso electoral mexiquense 2011

El propósito del presente artículo es revisar los aspectos del contexto endógeno y exógeno de la política electoral, en el que se desarrolló el proceso electoral para elegir al gobernador mexiquense. El marco teórico donde se desarrolla la revisión es el propio de la democratización, por lo que se pone énfasis en el contexto endógeno y exógeno de la política electoral institucional, se recurre a la formación del dato electoral a partir de los resultados de la jornada, y se termina con una reflexión sobre la democratización como un proceso de construcción permanente

Geographical Delimitation of a Mediterranean Territory with Cultural and Heritage Interest

Un mejor conocimiento del territorio facilita una gestión adecuada del mismo. Algunas áreas pertenecientes al ámbito Mediterráneo muestran gran diversidad (natural, humana, cultural, etc.), complejidad y frágiles equilibrios. Resultando adecuada una delimitación geográfica que facilite el estudio de tales cuestiones, en especial aquellas con interés cultural y patrimonial. La delimitación del Valle de Ricote, en la Región de Murcia, puede contribuir a una mejor gestión de tales complejidades, fragilidades y diversidades. Siendo tal delimitación el objetivo de esta investigación, la cual puede servir para futuras delimitaciones de territorios similares. Se analiza y valora la información geográfica de interés, obtenida de diversas fuentes, según su presencia y calificación en diferentes catálogos. También se realizan encuestas a residentes y no residentes, reforzando esta investigación en su conjunto. Este proceder permite avanzar en la delimitación de territorios singulares con interés cultural y patrimonial.A better knowledge of the territory facilitates an adequate management of it. Some areas belonging to the Mediterranean area show great diversity (natural, human, cultural, etc.), complexity and fragile equilibria. Providing a geographical delimitation that facilitates the study of such issues, especially those with cultural and patrimonial interest. The delimitation of the Ricote Valley, in the Region of Murcia, can contribute to a better management of such complexities, fragilities and diversities. Being such a delimitation the objective of this investigation, which can serve for future delimitations of similar territories. The geographic information of interest, obtained from different sources, according to their presence and qualification in different catalogs, is analyzed and valued. Surveys are also conducted to residents and non-residents, reinforcing this research as a whole. This procedure allows to advance in the delimitation of singular territories with cultural and patrimonial interest

Graphical identification of TAR models

This paper proposes an automatic procedure to identify Threshold Autoregressive models and specify the threshold values. The proposed procedure is based on recursive estimation of arranged autoregression. The main advantage of the proposed procedure over its competitors is that the threshold values are automatically detected. The Distribution Function of a Probability Measure on a Linearly Ordered Topological Space

In this paper, we describe a theory of a cumulative distribution function on a space with an order from a probability measure defined in this space. This distribution function plays a similar role to that played in the classical case. Moreover, we define its pseudo-inverse and study its properties. Those properties will allow us to generate samples of a distribution and give us the chance to calculate integrals with respect to the related probability measure

The transformations that archives are going through should have their reflection in the educational and social role that they play. In that sense, we proceed on the basis that every document can be pedagogically communicated, whatever its nature or the audience to which it is directed. On the other hand, through the content of archival documents, we become aware of great social changes that have taken place over time, especially those related to women’s history. To show that part of our history and raise awareness about the need to continue working for gender equality, we have developed a workshop for 2nd and 4th-year students from E.S.O. We use a participatory approach to show documents from the 16th to the 20th century, trying to capture their attention and promoting debate at all times

Jacint Verdaguer, Andrejs Pumpurs and Petar Petrović Njegos: Three Moments in the Romantic National Epic of 19th-Century Europe

In the course of the 19th century, from one extreme to another, literary manifestations of nationalism have shown up in several different genres, and meaningfully in the epic genre, which is perceived, according to the Western literary canon, with its beginning in the Greek epics of the Iliad and the Odyssey, as a primary expression of the cosmogonic myths of an ethnic group in search of the national identity.This paper, through the analysis of the works of three major European poets, the Catalan Jacint Verdaguer, the Latvian Andrejs Pumpurs, and the Montenegrian Petar Petrovic Njegos, each one of them writing without knowing the other two, tries to state that despite the obvious social, historical, geographic and linguistic differences separating them (which are also the subject of research), there is one common spirit rooted in the Romantic Movement, connecting and providing them with similar motives and topics

Analysis of official digital communication in the tourist promotion of Brazil

Las nuevas Tecnologías de la Comunicación (TIC) e Internet han cambiado la manera en que se informa sobre el turismo y la forma en que las compañías y destinos turísticos trabajan en la comunicación y la comercialización de sus productos. En este escenario, se considera de interés conocer cómo la administración pública realiza la comunicación digital para la promoción turística de Brasil al exterior. Se ha observado que se utilizan tres canales de comunicación digital oficiales: la página web oficial, las redes sociales oficiales y la aplicación de móvil oficial, por lo tanto, se ha analizado la utilización de estos tres canales de comunicación digital a través de las variables de estudio más idóneas para cada una de ellas, permitiendo establecer cuáles son sus puntos fuertes y débiles, así como las posibilidades de mejora para cada uno de los canales. Después del análisis, se comprueba resultados generalmente positivos en la página web oficial y en las redes sociales oficiales a lo hora de comunicar, dirigirse e interaccionar con el consumidor turístico, en contra la aplicación móvil arroja resultados más negativos, con mucho margen de mejora

La contribución a los gastos públicos, un deber más allá de la recaudación

En el presente artículo se pretende reflexionar sobre la naturaleza jurídica y el valor ético del deber de contribuir. De una parte, se analiza y defiende el carácter fundamental del deber de contribuir, pues se haya vinculado al valor de solidaridad. Por otra parte, el deber de contribuir se exige de acuerdo a principios jurídicos. A tal efecto se estudia la exigencia ética de tal derecho y en concreto los riesgos de las medias preventivas del fraude. Con ello deseamos mostrar el carácter, además de jurídico, intrínsecamente valorativo y ético, tanto del deber de contribuir, como de su exigencia. Ambos aspectos -deber y exigencia- son parte de una misma dimensión, pero de diversa perspectiva. Con el deber se afirma su vinculación y con la exigencia se estudia el papel del legislador y de la Administración, pero también de sus límites.In the present article aims to reflect on the legal nature and ethical duty to contribute value. On one hand, discusses and defends the fundamental nature of the duty to contribute, as has been linked to the value of solidarity. Moreover, the duty to contribute is required according to legal principles. Ethics requiring such a right is studied and, in particular, the risks of fraud preventative measures. With this we want to show the character, plus legal inherently evaluative and ethical duty to contribute both as your requirement. Both aspects-duty and requirement- are part of the same dimension, but different perspective. With the duty states and its links with the requirement of the legislature and the role of government, but its limits are studied

Remittances. Mortgage loans and immigration, an inseparable pairing in the 18th century Cantabria

El Norte de la Península Ibérica, desde Galicia hasta Navarra, conformó un amplio epicentro desde el que decenas de miles de hombres y mujeres enfilaron sus vidas hacia otros territorios a lo largo del XVIII, especialmente hacia la Baja Andalucía y hacia las colonias ultramarinas. Se analiza sobre todo en este trabajo el caso de los emigrantes montañeses que se dirigieron desde Cantabria hacia la Bahía de Cádiz. Se completa el análisis con una componente económica al añadir a las tradicionales causas de endeudamiento campesino el factor migratorio.The north of the Iberian Peninsula, from Galicia to Navarre, constituted a wide epicenter from which thousands of men and women headed for other territories, especially towards the Valley of the Guadalquivir up to the colonies oversea, during the last decades of the 17th century and during most of the 18th. This work will study in particular the case of the migrants that left the Cantabrian Mountains heading towards the Bay of Cadiz. The socioeconomic approach will be completed by an economic reading adding the migratory factor to the traditional causes of peasants’ indebtedness
