SEXUALIDADE E REPRODUÇÃO COMO DIREITOS DAS PESSOAS COM DEFICÊNCIA INTELCTUAL E SUAS INTERFACES COM AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS NA

O presente artigo discute as políticas públicas em curso no país, nos setores da Educação e da Saúde, destinadas às pessoas com deficiência intelectual, no marco dos direitos sexuaise reprodutivos, a partir da problemática das DST/Aids. Examina a questão da inclusão social à luz da Convenção sobre os Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência da Organização das Nações Unidas, ratificada no Brasil em 2008, além de outros documentos da gestão pública vislumbrando-se a reduçãode vulnerabilidades nessa população. It examines the issue of social inclusion under the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the United Nations Organization, ratified in Brazil in 2008, and other official documents of public policy in the country, to reducing vulnerabilities in this population. Capsicum carassense (Solanaceae), a new species from the Brazilian Atlantic Forest

Capsicum carassense Barboza & Bianchetti sp. nov., a species from mid-elevation of the Atlantic Forest (Minas Gerais, Brazil) is described and illustrated. This endemic new species is distinguished from the most similar C. mirabile Mart. by its moderate to dense general pubescence, narrowly elliptic leaves andlarger calyx appendages and corollas. This article discusses about the social exclusion of Transgenders. Overcome the dialectic of exclusion is one of the greatest challenges of society towards the social justice, and we want to reflect political militancy role in the process of subjective construction of the social condition of political subjects. For that, we look for the understanding of how ENTLAIDS - Encontro Nacional de Travestis e Transexuais que Atuam na Luta e Prevenção à AIDS (National Meeting of Transvestites and Transexuals who act in the AIDS combat - can constitute as privileged militancy space and formation of political consciousness regarding participation of collectives actions which focus the facing of the perverse social exclusion dialectic.Esse artigo trata da questão da exclusão social de Transgêneros. Superar a dialética da exclusão é um dos grandes desafios da sociedade rumo à justiça social e queremos refletir acerca do papel da militância política no processo de construção subjetiva da condição de sujeitos políticos. Caracterização geológica, geomorfológica e evolutiva holocênica do litoral sul de Jaguaruna, SC, Brasil

Understanding the evolutionary processes that occurred for the current conformation of the coastal environment is very important for studies related to the planning and coastal management. This study aims to characterize the Holocene coastal barrier at the southern sector of Jaguaruna, Santa Catarina, in terms of geology, geomorphology and evolution, by analyzing surface and subsurface data, to support the coastal management in the region. The study was based on aerial photographs interpretation and geophysical analysis of GPR data. Four sedimentary deposits were identified on the surface of the coastal barrier: Eolic Deposit, Beach-Marine Deposit, Beach-Lagoonal Deposit and Paludal Deposit. Geomorphologicaly, these deposits occur as sand dunes, strandplain and wetlands, respectively. Furthermore, precipitation ridges and paleochannels are also found in the morphology of the barrier. Regarding the subsurface information, the main observation is the influence of the Urussanga River in the shallow marine and beach environment during the barrier evolution. The presence of paleochannels in subsurface along with other surface information allowed the characterization of the evolutionary behavior of the barrier as regressive. The GPR sections enable to identify the paleochannels due to the presence of concave erosive surface with high amplitude and lateral continuity. Above these surface occurs paleochannels filling in different phases. These geological and geomorphological information have important implications for the planning and territorial management.Compreender os processos evolutivos que ocorreram para a conformação atual do ambiente costeiro é de suma importância para estudos relacionados ao planejamento e gestão do litoral. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo caracterizar a barreira costeira holocênica do setor sul de Jaguaruna, Santa Catarina, do ponto de vista geológico, geomorfológico e evolutivo, através de dados de superfície e de subsuperfície, a fim de subsidiar a gestão costeira da região. O estudo foi realizado com base na interpretação de fotografias aéreas e na análise de dados geofísicos obtidos com um GPR. Em superfície foram identificados quatro depósitos sedimentares compondo a barreira costeira: Depósito Lagunar Praial, Depósito Paludial, Depósito Eólico e Depósito Marinho Praial. Do ponto de vista geomorfológico, esses depósitos se apresentam na forma de planície de cordões litorâneos, banhados, dunas e praia, respectivamente. Além destes, cristas de precipitação e paleocanais se destacam na morfologia da barreira. Quanto às informações de subsuperfície, a principal observação está relacionada à influência do Rio Urussanga sobre o ambiente marinho raso e praial durante a evolução da barreira. A presença de paleocanais em subsuperfície, juntamente com outras informações identificadas em superfície, permitiram caracterizar o comportamento evolutivo da barreira como regressiva. As seções de GPR possibilitaram identificar os paleocanais devido à presença de uma superfície erosiva em forma côncava, com alta amplitude e continuidade lateral. Acima dessa superfície ocorre o preenchimento dos paleocanais em fases distintas. Estas informa- ções de caráter geológico e geomorfológico têm implicações importantes para o planejamento e gestão territorial

Fatores Condicionantes na Formação do Delta Intralagunar Invertido da Lagoa Urussanga Velha, Sul de Santa Catarina, Brasil

The Southern Santa Catarina Coastal Plain is formed by the overlapping of sedimentary deposits of two lagoon/barrier depositional systems. One of the lagoons of the most recent system (holocenic) presents an intra-lagoon delta of peculiar morphology. This delta is formed from the ocean into the lagoon. The present study aimed to identify which are the factors responsible for the formation and evolution of this morphological feature. To identify the conditioning factors involved, a spatiotemporal analysis was conducted between 1957 and 2012. Remote sensing data was used to identify hydrodynamic patterns. This data was analyzed together with water parameters (turbidity and salinity) and relative sea level. The correlation between this information and climatological data (low and very low-frequency climate variabilities) was also integrated. The main conditioning factors identified included: phase changes of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO) and of the El Niño - Southern Oscillation (ENSO); the influence of positive low-frequency sea-level oscillations (storm surge); and human interference. Both climate variability modes were associated with a high occurrence of rainfall in the region, which consequently provided a high availability of sediments in the Urussanga River fluvial-estuarine system. In addition to influencing rainfall increase, periods, when El Niño predominated, tended to result in a high occurrence of positive storm surges, which influenced the hydrodynamic flow responsible for transporting sediment towards the lagoon’s interior and, consequently, for forming the delta.A Planície Costeira Sul Catarinense é formada pela sobreposição de depósitos sedimentares de dois sistemas deposicionais laguna/barreira. Uma das lagoas do sistema, mais recente (holocênico), apresenta um delta intralagunar de morfologia peculiar. Este delta é formado na direção do oceano para o continente. O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar quais são os fatores responsáveis pela formação e evolução desta feição morfológica. Para identificar os fatores condicionantes envolvidos, foi realizada uma análise espaço-temporal entre 1957 e 2012. Dados de Sensoriamento Remoto foram utilizados para identificar os padrões hidrodinâmicos. Esses dados foram analisados em conjunto com parâmetros hídricos (turbidez e salinidade) e nível relativo do mar. A correlação entre esses parâmetros e os dados climatológicos (variabilidades climáticas de baixa e muito baixa frequência) também foram integrados. As principais condicionantes identificadas incluíram: mudanças de fase da Oscilação Decadal do Pacífico (PDO) e do El Niño - Oscilação Sul (ENSO); a influência das oscilações positivas do nível do mar de baixa frequência (ondas de tempestades); e a interferência humana. Ambos os modos de variabilidade climática estiveram associados à elevada ocorrência de chuvas na região, o que consequentemente, proporcionou alta disponibilidade de sedimentos no sistema flúvio-estuarino do rio Urussanga. Além de influenciar no aumento das chuvas, os períodos de predominância do El Niño tenderam a resultar em elevada ocorrência de tempestades positivas, o que influenciou o fluxo hidrodinâmico responsável pelo transporte de sedimentos para o interior da lagoa e, consequentemente, pela formação do delta
