Alleged Bad Credit at Saving Cooperatives Borrow Flamboyant Assistance PPSW Jakarta With Comparasion the Algorithms Naive Bayes and C4.5

Data mining is often used in the financial sector, one of which is cooperatives. According to Law No. 25 of 1992, what is meant by cooperatives are business entities whose members are individual or cooperative legal entities based on activities based on the principles of cooperatives as well as as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. One of the things that needs to be considered is the provision of credit or borrowing in the Flamboyan cooperative, which in this study there are many bad crediting occurrences that occur in the Flamboyan cooperative. By using a lot of data mining techniques, data can be utilized optimally. From the above problems, it can be overcome by utilizing data mining techniques, namely Predicting Bad Credit at the Flamboyant Savings and Loan Cooperative Fostered by PPSW Jakarta Using Comparative Algorithms Naive Bayes and C4.5. The algorithm used in the system is the best result of the Naive Bayes and C4.5 comparison based on data from the Flamboyan cooperative. The results obtained from the comparative data processing between the Naïve Bayes algorithm and the C4.5 using a dataset of 2282 transaction data obtained the results of the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes algorithm of 69.19% and the C4.5 algorithm of 71.87%, based on the accuracy results state that the C4 algorithm .5 is superior to the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Then the results from the C4.5 decision tree are translated into the bad credit prediction system in the Flamboyan cooperative

Kompetensi Auditor, Independensi, Skeptisme Profesional dan Kualitas Audit

The emergence of several cases that befell well-known Public Accounting Firms in Indonesia makes researchers want to test so that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of auditor competence, auditor independence, and professional skepticism on audit quality. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire. The sample in this study is an auditor who works at a Public Accounting Firm in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling method. The sample of this research was conducted in 10 Public Accounting Firms with 77 auditors as respondents. The results of this study indicate that auditor competence, auditor independence, and professional skepticism have a positive effect on audit quality. This result implies that it is important for an auditor to have adequate competence, independent attitude and professional skepticism while carrying out audit engagements.How to Cite:Renaldi., & Mawardi, R. Analisis Pengaruh Experiential Marketing Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Alfamart Daerah Km 9 Sampai Km 12 Di Palembang

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of experiential marketing involve sense, feel, act, think and relate on Alfamart customer loyalty in Palembang. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire for 100. Sampel determines by using purposive sampling. The result showed sense (X1), feel (X2), think (X3), act (X4) and relate (X5) significantly effect on Alfamart customer loyalty in Palembang where significant value for each variables are 0.013, 0.024, 0.041, 0.000 and 0.002 are < 0.05

THERE IS NO ASSOCIATION BETWEEN SYSTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE AND MORTALITY IN HEAD TRAUMA PATIENTS

Head trauma is a major public health problem and is a major cause of mortality worldwide. In the case of head trauma patients, the mortality is determined by using systolic blood pressure as one of the predictors. This research aims to identify the association between systolic blood pressure and mortality in head trauma patients at Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin. As a method, nonprobability sampling was used with accidental sampling technique and thirty-eight head trauma patients come to the A&E of Ulin Hospital. The observation sheet was used to record the initial systolic blood pressure measurements as well as the assessment of mortality in head trauma patients within twenty-four hours to find out whether the patient had mortality or not. Based on the data analysis, it showed that there is no association between systolic blood pressure and mortality in head trauma patients at Ulin Hospital. Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Pengguna Jasa Rekber (Penjual) Oleh Pihak Bank Sesuai Dengan Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor: 3/10/PBI/2001 Tentang Prinsip Mengenal Nasabah

Abstrak Perjanjian yang dibuat antara Penjual dan Pihak rekening bersama merupakan perjanjian yang dibuat oleh pihak rekening bersama sehingga penjual hanya bisa mengikuti atau tidak mengikuti tanpa ada kesepakatan terlebih dahulu antara penjual dan pihak rekening bersama. Dalam aturan tersebut terdapat pengalihan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh pihak rekening bersama dan pihak yang dirugikan adalah penjual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada penjual dan bentuk pengawasan yang diberikan kepada nasabahnya selaku pengguna rekening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan, kasus, dan konseptual. Jenis bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hokum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan sistem seleksi bahan hukum dalam teknik pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peraturan bank Indonesia Nomor: 3/10/PBI/2001 tentang prinsip mengenal nasabah telah jelas menyebutkan bahwa setiap bank harus mengenal nasabahya dengan baik, hal ini mencakup pengkinian data dari nasabahnya maupun daftar riwayat-riwayat dari transaksi nasabahnya sehingga bank dapat sedini mungkin mengetahui seberapa besar potensi dari nasabah tersebut melakukan kejahatan dibidang perbankan. Bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak bank adalah bank mengawasi riwayat transaksi dari pemilik rekening yaitu rekening bersama, bank juga memberikan perlindungan kepada pihak-pihak yang dirugikan oleh nasabahnya (rekening bersama) akan tetapi ada beberapa prosedur yang harus diikuti terlebih dahulu seperti melaporkan kepada kepolisian dan ketika ingin membuka identitas dari nasabahnya harus mendapatkan izin dari Bank Indonesia. In that rules there is a transfer of responsibility made by the joint account party and the aggrieved party is seller. The hope of this reseach are to find the protection&rsquo;s way for seller and responsibility of bank and joint account and how bank to control and protect the seller. This research is normative research. The research approach used is the approach of legislation, case, and conceptual. The types of legal materials consist of primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary. The technique of collecting legal materials used is literature study which is then processed by using the legal material selection system in data processing techniques. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Bank Indonesia regulation Number: 3/10 / PBI / 2001 on the principle of knowing the customer has clearly stated that each bank must know its client well, it includes updating of data from customers and list of history from So that the bank transactions can be as early as possible to find out how big the potential of such customers to commit crimes in the field of banking. The Bank also provides protection to parties harmed by its customers (Joint Account) but there are several procedures to be followed in advance such as reporting to the police. After proven that the client (Joint Account) committed a banking crime then the bank can open the identity of its customers as evidenceand when they wish to disclose the identity of their customers must obtain a license from Bank Indonesia. Implementing Consumer-based, Internet of Things-based Environmental Monitoring Systems within Smart Spaces

Internet of Things (IoT) based Air quality measurement systems within smart cities have long been researched to find the most efficient way of collecting data for mitigation purposes in various areas. One of the biggest issues is the balance between flexibility and size for consumer-based measuring devices. This paper talks about a customized design of such a device, measuring nine different parameters that are considered crucial in any environment (CO2, CO, PM 1.0, PM 2.5, PM 10, temperature, humidity, pressure and altitude). This data is then communicated from the microcontroller through the Wi-Fi module attached to be able to access the data at a Graphical User Interface (GUI) made on GReS Studio’s website or also through other third-party services such as ThingSpeak. Using Instagram to Improve Students’ Ability and Interest in Writing Descriptive Paragraph

This research aimed at finding out the improvement of the students’ writing ability and interest by using Instagram as media. To find out the improvements, the writer used pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design and questionnaire. The population of this research was the eleventh-grade students’ at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar, academic year 2017/2018. The sample was class XI IPA taken by purposive sampling technique which consisted of 10 students. It employed five meetings (one meeting for pre-test, three meetings for treatment, and one meeting for post-test and questionnaire). It employed writing test as instrument. The research findings indicated that the application of using Instagram was effective in improving the students’ writing skill in term of content and organization. It was proved by the value of the total t-test was 6.30, which was higher than the value of t-table (1.833). This indicated that (H1) was accepted, and (H0) was rejected. It means that there was a significant difference of the students’ writing skill before and after using Instagram in classroom. The students’ interest in writing also improved after the treatment. It was shown by students’ answers in the questionnaire. Most students gave positive respons toward the use of instagram to improve their interst in writing, even they think that this method can be applied in classroom to attract their attention and interest. Therefore, this research is very useful for learning process as a reference for teachers to teach in classroom
