Charles Sanders Peirce Semiotic Analysis of Documentary Film Dirty Vote
The documentary entitled "Dirty Vote" which was delivered directly by three constitutional law experts and aired during the quiet period of the 2024 presidential election has been watched 9.6 million times on the youtube channel of the Indonesian Center for Law and Policy Studies. This film attracted the attention of the Indonesian people at that time, because this film discussed the analysis of fraud by the country's political actors during the 2024 presidential campaign. However, the movie not only highlighted the problems that occurred during the election process, but also provided space to explore possible solutions to overcome these challenges. Therefore, this research aims to look at the reality, representation, and ideology as well as the signs used by the film director in packaging this movie. This research uses Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis that puts forward Reality, Representation, and Ideology in each scene analyzed. The results showed that researchers found three different scenes that were explained in detail with specific signs. Starting from the opening scene and the introduction of the main character, political campaigns and political scandals. All signs contained in this movie have their own meaning
Investigation of Islamic Social Reporting, Public Ownership, Size and Firm Value: Testing the Mediation Effect of Financial Performance: JEL Classification: G32, G34, M14, Q56, Z12
This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), public ownership, and firm size on firm value, with financial performance as a mediating variable, focusing on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). ISR serves as a crucial indicator for measuring corporate compliance with Sharia principles, encompassing social and environmental aspects. Research combining ISR with public ownership and firm size mediated by financial performance remains relatively rare in Indonesia. The study observes companies included in the JII, utilizing annual financial report data from 2019 to 2023. Path analysis is used to examine the relationships between variables through 10 research hypotheses. The analysis results indicate that ISR and public ownership (KPP) do not influence firm value (Tobin’s Q, TBQ). Meanwhile, firm size (SIZ) negatively affects financial performance (KJK) and TBQ. In the second model test, KJK appears to positively affect TBQ, while ISR shows a negative effect on TBQ. Furthermore, the Sobel test results reveal that KJK can only mediates the effect of SIZ on TBQ. Mediation effects of KJK on TBQ are not observed for ISR and KPP. These findings confirm that ISR directly affects TBQ. The negative impact of ISR needs further investigation, as it is inconsistent with theoretical concepts

The advancement of digital technology has transformed marketing communication patterns, particularly in the local fashion industry. Analysis of the National Democratic Party's Refusal Joining the Prabowo-Gibran Coalition Government
This study aims to analyze the political dynamics related to the refusal of the National Democratic Party to join the Prabowo-Gibran Government Coalition after the victory of the 2024 Presidential/Vice Presidential Election. The focus of analysis in the research is directed at explaining the political dynamics both internal to the party and external to the Nasdem party after receiving the invitation of president elect Prabowo Subianto to join the Red-White Cabinet. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with Nasdem cadres and elites, political observers, literature studies and documentation. Laver & Schofield's (1998) coalition politics theory and Frans Magnis Suseno's (1991) concept of Political Ethics were used to answer the research problems. The results of this study show that the refusal of the National Democratic Party to join the Prabowo-Gibran government coalition is because this party does not have a strong political bargaining power both from the aspect of coalition politics and political ethics. The political implications of this party's political decision have impacted on the absence of opposition politics in the party system and the formation of a grand coalition government as a political consequence of the contestation of the 2024 presidential / vice presidential election and the weak culture of opposition parties in Indonesia since the Reformation era

Sepsis and Septic Shock in Pregnancy
Sepsis during pregnancy is a critical condition that leads to organ dysfunction due to an abnormal response to infection. It remains a significant cause of maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports a global prevalence of 4.4% of live births affected by maternal sepsis, with varying incidences across countries. Sepsis ranks among the top five causes of maternal deaths globally, contributing to 12.7% of pregnancy-related mortality in the United States. The physiological changes during pregnancy, such as increased blood volume and immune response modulation, create conditions that make pregnant individuals more susceptible to infections, complicating the timely diagnosis of sepsis. Due to these physiological differences, common sepsis screening tools like qSOFA and SOFA are often inadequate in pregnant patients, highlighting the need for specialized diagnostic and management strategies. Early detection and timely treatment are essential to improving maternal outcomes. Several screening tools, such as the Maternal Early Warning Trigger (MEWT) tool, have been designed to aid in the early identification of deteriorating maternal health. Once sepsis is suspected, prompt antibiotic therapy, fluid resuscitation, and vasopressor support are critical to prevent progression to septic shock. Additionally, controlling the infection source through surgical intervention or drainage may be necessary. Despite advances in sepsis management, challenges remain, particularly in identifying and treating sepsis in pregnant patients due to overlapping symptoms with normal pregnancy changes. Therefore, early recognition and appropriate intervention are key to reducing the impact of sepsis during pregnancy
