    Pengaruh Keragaman Produk, Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Ramayana Panbil Kota Batam

    One of the most up-to-date retail complexes in Batam City is called Ramayana Panbil. Ramayana is able to fulfill the requirements of society because it satisfies customers' needs in terms of the range of products it offers, the quality of those products, and the promotions it runs. In addition, Ramayana has its own identity in the form of a label that markets products that are offered at low prices without sacrificing quality. Despite this, there are still issues that have not been completely handled, and these issues are connected to the product variety, product quality, and advertising. As a result, in the study that may be utilized as an objective where product variety, product quality, and marketing can effect customer happiness at Ramayana Panbil in Batam City, the phrase can affect consumer satisfaction was chosen. In the study that was carried out, it is possible to consult primary data sources and secondary data sources as references. Analytical tools are utilized in the process of conducting data analysis. These tools include data quality tests such as validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, influence tests such as multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient analysis determination (R2), and hypothesis testing such as t test and f test. According to the findings of the research, there is evidence to suggest that Ramayana Panbil Batam City's product variety, product quality, and advertising all have the potential to have a positive and substantial impact on the level of satisfaction experienced by customersSalah satu kompleks ritel yang paling up to date di Kota Batam disebut Ramayana Panbil. Ramayana mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat karena memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dalam hal ragam produk yang ditawarkan, kualitas produk tersebut, dan promosi yang dijalankannya. Selain itu, Ramayana memiliki identitas tersendiri berupa label yang memasarkan produk yang ditawarkan dengan harga murah tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat permasalahan yang belum sepenuhnya tertangani, dan permasalahan tersebut terkait dengan variasi produk, kualitas produk, dan periklanan. Sehingga dalam penelitian yang dapat dijadikan tujuan dimana variasi produk, kualitas produk, dan pemasaran dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada Ramayana Panbil di Kota Batam, dipilihlah frase yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, dimungkinkan untuk mengkonsultasikan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder sebagai referensi. Alat analisis digunakan dalam proses melakukan analisis data. Alat-alat tersebut antara lain uji kualitas data seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji pengaruh seperti analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), dan pengujian hipotesis seperti t uji dan uji f. MAUT allows for a nuanced and personalized decision-making process, enabling students to assign importance to various attributes, simplifying their search. The study also addresses the growing demand for efficient housing solutions, as the number of university students has increased by 4.02% in 2022. The research extends to evaluating the system's impact, aiming to support students in their search for accommodations that meet their specific needs based on key attributes. This evaluation will inform the development of more effective MAUT-based systems in the future. The use of MAUT in this context, with its demonstrated effectiveness in decision-making processes, reinforces the potential efficacy of the Dorm Finder system. The aim of this research is to implementation SEO to improve digital marketing in F&B industry. Developing method that used are On Page and Off Page SEO to optimize the search engine. The Researcher using literature analysis and deep interview to get the data from SMEs in F&B Industry. To create the implementation of SEO, the researcher undertakes case studies from SMEs in F&B Industry who already run the business and need to improve the Digital Marketing through SEO. However, it is important to note that SEO optimization  is  not  a  one-time  task  but  rather  an  ongoing  process.  It  requires  constant attention and effort to maintain high search engine rankings and ensure the continued success of online business. In the case study of PT. Berkahjaya Sentosa Technique, Bibliometrix analysis is used to evaluate the performance of inventory and supply management of companies. The results show that effective inventory and supply management can improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Bibliometrics is an analytical method used to map and analyze scientific literature in a particular field. In the context of inventory management and distribution control, bibliometrics can provide valuable insight into the development and focus of study in a particular field. The purpose of this study is to analyze and summarize scientific literature related to inventory management and distribution control using bibliometric methods. The method used is descriptive analysis using analysis tools such as three-field plots and tables of main information. The results show that scientific literature related to inventory management and distribution control has experienced a decline in annual growth in the period 2018-2023. However, the average citation per document shows that this literature is still very relevant and important in the context of inventory management and distribution control.     The growth in fresh milk production in Indonesia has fluctuated in terms of demand for fresh milk every year, but in 2020 to 2021 the demand for fresh milk will increase this is because there is a tendency for the Indonesian people to consume more Bear Brand milk in Indonesia in accordance with the growth in cases Covid-19 that year. However, since the disappearance of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia, Bear Brand sales have decreased, this is due to the lack of promotion provided, the quality of the products that are not innovative, and the brand image that has not been fully remembered by all groups. The purpose of this study is to find out how promotion, product quality and brand image can influence purchasing decisions on Bear Brand products in Batam City. This research uses quantitative with descriptive. The population used is a buyer or who consumes Bear Brand milk products in Batam City, using the lambeshow formula with the results of 100 respondents. The analysis tools include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study can show that promotion, product quality and brand image can have a partial or simultaneous positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on Bear Brand products in Batam City.Pertumbuhan produksi susu segar di Indonesia mengalami turun naik dalam hal permintaan susu segar setiap tahunnya, akan tetapi pada tahun pada tahun 2020 sampai 2021 permintaan susu segar meningkat hal ini karena ada kecenderungan masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengkonsumsi lebih banyak susu Bear Brand di Indonesia sesuai dengan pertumbuhan kasus Covid-19 pada tahun tersebut. Akan tetapi sejak mulai hilangnya virus Covid-19 di Indonesia penjualan Bear Brand menurun hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya promosi yang diberikan, kualitas produk yang tidak berinovasi serta citra merek belum sepenuhnya dapat teringat oleh semua kalangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada produk Bear Brand di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan merupakan pembeli atau yang mengkonsumsi produk susu Bear Brand di Kota Batam, dengan menggunakan rumus lameshow dengan hasil perhitungan 100 responden. Alat analisis meliputi uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek dapat memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Bear Brand di Kota Bata

    Purpose: The phenomenon of a scarcity of cooking oil will occur in Indonesia from the end of 2021 to early 2022, this scarcity will cause prices to rise in markets, causing people to find it difficult to get cooking oil. The Indonesian government, in response to this phenomenon, finally made a policy related to the highest retail price of cooking oil so that the price of cooking oil becomes more stable and easy to reach the public. However, this policy was not welcomed by the public. Therefore this study will discuss the political economy of the Indonesian government in addressing the scarcity of cooking oil from an Islamic perspective. Methodology: This research is descriptive qualitative research, using library research methods by collecting data from literature and books related to the Indonesian government's policy in addressing the scarcity of cooking oil. Results: This study concludes that the scarcity of cooking oil is due to hoarding and an agreement between the four large cooking oil companies to increase their selling price. Government policy in responding to this phenomenon is by Islamic provisions which aim to realize a fair market mechanism. However, there are still many people who think that the purpose of the government policy is bad due to the lack of transparency to the public regarding the policies made by the governmen

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh indikator makroekonomi di Indonesia yaitu Suku bunga, Nilai Tukar (Kurs) Rupiah, Inflasi dan Pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabugan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2021. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Analisis regresi linear berganda dengan level signifkansi 0,05 digunakan sebagai teknik dalam menganalisis data dengan program analisis SPSS 25. Hasil dari Penelitian yang didapatkan mendeskripsikan untuk Suku bunga, Nilai Tukar (Kurs) Rupiah dan Pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap IHSG dengan hasil nilai uji 14.936 > 2.96. Secara parsial Suku Bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG, Nilai Tukar (Kurs) Rupiah berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap IHSG, Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG, dan Pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap IHSG.     The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the impact of occupational health and safety (K3) and working environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT Karimun Sembawang shipyard. In this study, occupational health and safety and working environment were used as independent variables, and job satisfaction as dependent variables. The methods used in this study are descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis. The sample for this study included 70 respondents or the entire population using census methods. Data were obtained from the results of completed questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results show that PT Karimun Sembawang Shipyard's K3 is in the good category, the working environment is in the good category, and the job satisfaction is in the good category. The results of the hypothesis test show that occupational safety and health protection has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. Work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, occupational safety and working environment affect job satisfaction of PT Karimun Sembawang Shipyard employees

    Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi

    Berbagai cara dilakukan untuk dapat melihat dampak dari return on assests (ROA), net profit margin (NPM) dan earnings per share (EPS) pada harga saham yaitu dengan menghitung rasio-rasio yang dimiliki perusahaan. Angka-angka yang didapat dari hitungan rasio keuangan menjadi ilustrasi kondisi perusahaan yang sebenarnya dengan tujuanya agar para pemangku kepentingan tidak salah dalam mengambil keputusan investasi maupun kebijakan-kebijakn lainya. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan subsektor farmasi yang listing di periode BEI 2018-2021 dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 23 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga menghasilkan 14 perusahaan. Analisisnya menggunakan regresi data panel, dengan data time series dan cross-sectional. Uji Chow, Hausman, dan Lagrange  dilakukan untuk memilih model yang sesuai, khususnya model efek umum (CEM), model efek tetap (MET), dan model efek acak (REM). Pengujian klasik meliputi pengujian normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan  autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini secara individual variabel return on assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 2.44,4 satuan, variabel net profit margin sebesar -105,8 satuan serta earnings per share -0.036 satuan berpengaruh negative terhadap pergerakan nilai saham pada Perusahaan subsector farmasi yang listing di periode BEI 2018-2021, sedangkan  secara simultan  seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap pergerakan nilai saham pada perusahaaan subsector farmasi yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021
