Using Linear Regression to Analyze Economics Content Mastery and Learnerâs Autonomy Towards English Writing Competence
English is used widely in education area. It is also used in higher education. Many universities put English in the curriculum. In industrial revolution 4.0., English has an important role. English for Economics is needed to prepare students to master business English and English as an international language. Writing is as the focus of English skill in this study. To support good English writing, Economics content mastery is needed before learning English. Learnerâs autonomy in the process of writing is also needed for writing development. In this study, economics content mastery and learnerâs autonomy were identified to perceive the effect on the competence in English writing. The method used was multiple linear regressions as there were two independent variables in this study. Closed-ended questionnaire was used as the instrument. The result from linear regression showed that there were partial effects and simultaneous effect of economics content mastery and learnerâs autonomy towards English writing competence. It means that H1, H2, and H3 were accepted and Ho was rejected in which there were significant effects among the variables. It can be interpreted that economics content while studying English for Economics and learnerâs autonomy in terms of independently learning English writing were significantly needed in order to enhance English writing competence. The practical implication from this study is the students do not only need to learn English, but also learn Economics content and develop independent learning for autonomy learning in the process of English for Economics learning activities
LAPORAN INDIVIDU KEGIATAN PRAKTEK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) LEMBAGA PENJAMINAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Program pengalaman lapangan merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk
memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa agar siap masuk dalam dunia kerja.
Program PPL yang dilaksanakan di dalam lingkungan lembaga kependidikan ini
merupakan bentuk penerapan daripada yang telah didapatkan dibangku kuliah. PPL
sendiri merupakan kegiatan praktek ilmu di bidang Teknologi Pendidikan. Kegiatan
PPL ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa PPL dengan seluruh warga LPMP DIY yang
telah membimbing berjalannya kegiatan PPL 2015 dari 03 Agustus sampai 04
September 2015 di LPMP DIY. Pelaksanaan PPL ini diisi dengan berbagai program

kelompok maupun program individu yang telah disetujui oleh Dosen pembibing
baik dari UNY dan pembimbing LPMP DIY.
Di dalam pelaksanaan program ini tentunya terdapat persiapan yang
kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan dan disusul dengan analisis hasil dari
program yang telah dijalankan. Program yang telah berhasil dijalankan meliputi
program kelompok adalah : a) Penataan laboratorium b) Lomba HUT RI ke 70, c)
Upacara Peringatan HUT RI ke-70, d) Pembuatan Papan Penunjuk Arah, e)
Peringatan UU Keistimewaan DIY, sedangkan program individu yang telah
dilaksanakan adalah a) Inventarisasi Aset BMN, dan ditambah dengan program
insidental individu yakni senam pagi (Zumba) serta gerak jalan memperingati
HUT RI ke 70 se Kecamatan Kalasan. Secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan dan analisis
hasil pelaksanaan program kerja yang sudah dijalankan selama PPL di LPMP DIY
telah mencapai target yang direncanakan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut memiliki
kebermanfaatan bagi lembaga dan mahasiswa baik untuk menambah wawasan,
keterampilan, maupun keahlian

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini didasarkan karena masih kurangnya penguasaan peserta didik terhadap materi tentang memahami variasi gerakan teknik servis tangan atas dalam permainan bola voli, dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam mempraktikkan variasi gerakan teknik servis bagian tangan atas dalam bola voli pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olah Raga dan Kesehatan. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memperbaiki kegiatan pembelajaran dengan bentuk penelitian Tindakan kelas sealam 2 siklus dan juga melaksanakan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan menarik menggunakan Part-Whole dalam permainan bola voli serta dengan menerapkan metode demontrasi, tanya jawab, praktikum, brainstorming. Hasil penelitian ini dijabarakan telah berhasil menggunakan prosedur dan Langkah kegiatan pembelajaran dengan sangat baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hampir semua peserta didik atau 90,9% memperoleh nilai di atas nilai kriteria Kelas (75) dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,3, tingkat keterampilan peserta didik hampir seluruhnya atau 90,3% peserta didik terampil pada kompetensi dasar mempraktikkan variasi gerakan teknik servis atas permainan bola voli dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Pada kegiatan Perbaikan ditemukan hal unik yaitu meningkatannya minat peserta didik untuk berkompetitif pada saat mempraktikkan variasi gerakan teknik servis tangan atas dalam permainan bola voli dan meningkatannya kelancaran komunikasi dan interaksi antara peserta didik maupun dengan pendidik ketika berlangsungnya pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus II
Identifikasi Keberadaan Bakteri Leptospira di Daerah Endemis Leptospirosis (Studi di Dukuh Kalitengah Kecamatan Wedi Kabupaten Klaten)
Background: Several regions in Indonesia are classified as leptospirosis endemic including Klaten Regency, which ranked 2nd highest case of leptospirosis in Central Java in 2018. Leptospirosis in human was transmitted by animals infected by the Leptospira bacteria, which rat was the main reservoir. This study aimed to identify rat reservoir to the existence of Leptospira bacteria in endemic areas.Methods: This study was an observational survey with cross sectional approach. The sample was rats caught by traps installed for 6 days in Dukuh Kalitengah, Kalitengah Village, Wedi Subdistrict, Klaten Regency in July 2019. The rats were identified and dissected to take their kidneys for laboratory testing using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test to identity the existence of Leptospira bacteria.Result: The result showed that there were 17 rats and 6 Suncus murinus caught in 6 days and their species were Mus musculus (23.5%), Rattus tanezumi (41.2%), Rattus norvegicus (35.3%). The results of PCR test found 2 positive samples of Leptospira bacteria in Rattus tanezumi. Rattus tanezumi's habitat was close with humans in settlement areas where it can be a source of Leptospira infection and can spread to humans and other environments.Conclusion : The people in Dukuh Kalitengah are recommended to maintain the hygiene of their environment and improve their houseâs sanitation so it not become nest and breeding grounds and also reduce the existence of rats
Problematika Hasil Belajar Matematika Pada Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas Pandemi Covid-19 Ditinjau Dari Lingkungan Belajar
The aim of this research is to know about the problematic of the studentsâ learning outcome in limited directly learning at the covid-19 pandemic which looked by the learning environment. This research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are 4 students in 9th grade at SMP Terpadu Miftahul Khoir which have high and low ability. 2 students live in Islamic Boarding School, and 2 students donât live in it. The test appropriates to cognitive Taxonomy Bloom Revise. The technique to take the sample is Purposive sampling. The instruments of this research are mathematic test, questionnaire, and interview. The techniques of data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this research is the students cannot use the facility well. The students which have high ability can achieve the indicator of understanding and applying, but cannot know how to finish the non-routine exercises. And the low ability students cannot finish the understanding and applying indicator exercises
DESIGN OF PLUMBING SYSTEM AT TUNJUNGAN PLAZA APARTMENT, SURABAYA
Aim: This study of plumbing system plan is aimed at planning a plumbing system that is compatible with clean water, waste water and rain water management at Tunjungan Plaza apartment, Surabaya City, Indonesia according to SNI 8153-2015, and meet 5 aspects of safety, security, simplicity, beauty, and economy. It applies water supply system which commonly used for tall buildings, namely Roof Tank system. Methodology and Result: Plumbing system planning methods are collecting and analyzing fluctuation in water use, planning clean water and recycled water systems by endorsing alternative piping for clean water and recycled water. In addition to water supply, recycled water system that utilizes waste water to be recycled for flushing closets and watering plants also required to be implemented. Average daily water consumption is 268 m3/day for clean water and 44 m3/day for recycled water with the capacity of ground water tank for clean water is 564.54 m3 and recycled water is 62 m3. Conclusion, significance and impact study: Clean water supply system will implement roof tank system and recycled water will reutilize wastewater for flushing on toilet tank and watering the plants. Waste water use separated system between grey water and black water and then distributed to STP to be treated and reused for flushing water closet and watering plants. Rain water goes to infiltration well by gravity through designed 1 well. Total amount of investment of plumbing equipment is Rp 2,157,697,501,- with cost of water supply per unit Rp 4,445,643,- meanwhile waste water piping cost per units is Rp 1,070,711,-
Moisture Loss Models of Sweet Potato, Cassava and Taro During Frying
Sweet potato, cassava and taro were cut into stick (0.01 x 0.01 x 0.05 m) and deep fat fried at three temperatures (160,170 and 180 ÂșC) for 0 to 360 s. The effects of these cooking methods on moisture loss characteristics were evaluated. The rapid moisture loss from the sticks within the first 100 s of deep fat frying followed by considerably reduced rates. Moisture diffusivity in sweet potato, cassava and taro sticks were evaluated using analytical solution of Fickâs second law diffusion equation. Moisture diffusivities  were ranging from 1.43x10-8  to 1.99x10-8  m2/s, 1.38x10-8  to 2.25x10-8 m2/s, and 3.08x10-8 to 5.25x10-8 m2/s respectively, at temperatures ranging from 160 to 180 ÂșC, for sweetpotato, cassava and taro. Corresponding activation energies for moisture transfer were 26.88; 39.61 and 43.51 kJ/mol for sweet potato, cassava and taro deep fat frying, respectively
PENGARUH UPAH, TUNJANGAN, DAN MASA KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PT. ATAG DI SUKOHARJO
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel upah,
tunjangan, dan masa kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. ATAG di
Sukoharjo dan mengetahui variabel apakah yang paling dominan dalam
produktivitas kerja. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2),
serta menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
karyawan PT. ATAG di Sukoharjo. Untuk jumlah sampel adalah 30 responden,
teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel upah (X1) berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena nilai thitung > ttabel (5,421 > 2,056).
Variabel tunjangan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja,
karena nilai thitung > ttabel (2,207 > 2,056. Variabel masa kerja (X3) berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena nilai thitung > ttabel (2,082 < 2,056).
Hasil perhitungan secara serentak diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel = 24,935 > 2,92;
sehingga variabel sosial, kultural, psikologikal dan personal secara bersama-sama
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Variabel upah (X1) adalah
variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena
variabel upah mempunyai koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan
variabel-variabel yang lain, yaitu sebesar 0,499. Besarnya koefisien determinasi
(R2) adalah 0,742; hal ini berarti menjelaskan bahwa variasi perubahan variabel
produktivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel upah, tunjangan, dan masa kerja
sebesar 74,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel
yang lain di luar model yang tidak ikut terobservasi
PEMBELAJARAN KREATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MENGARANG SISWA KELAS IV SD BIRRUL WALIDAIN MUHAMMADIYAH SRAGEN (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Siswa IVC SD Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen)
This research aims to improve the achievement learning writing at the fourth grade c of
students Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen in the academic year 2011/2012, measuring the
effectiveness of creative learning to improve the achievement learning writing, to measure the
advantages and disadvantages of creative learning. Creative learning here is a modification of
learning writing that includes modifications content, process, product, and environment. This
research is the classroom action research. Data collecting instrument includes writing test,
writing evaluation guidelines, semi structured observation guidelines, audio record,
documentation, daily journal. Quantitative data analysis using analysis descriptive, while
analysis of data qualitative using qualitative analysis of constant comparative.
Based on the results of the research creative learning can be inferred: to improve the
achievement learning writing, as well as the value of Indonesian, change the attitude of less
support becomes an attitude in support of learning, Stimulate the students âhiddenâ ability (as the
leadership, creativity, fighting resources). The advantages of this creative learning are: students
learning modalities stimulated, students multiple intelligence stimulated, students are challenged
to improve their learning results, change of teacher's suggestion to the students, from negative to
positive, can be applied to students with a number of large and small, a range of creative learning
can be applied to any kind of learning. The weakness of this creative learning is effective
learning time is insufficient, so the effect on the results of the study, requires a strong willingness
of teachers, requires high knowledge of the teacher on the issues and trends of the world of
education.
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan prestasi belajar mengarang siswa kelas IVC SD
Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen tahun ajaran 2011/2012, mengukur keefektifan
pembelajaran kreatif untuk meningkatkan prestasi mengarang, mengukur kelebihan dan
kelemahan pembelajaran kreatif. Pembelajaran kreatif disini merupakan modifikasi
pembelajaran mengarang yang meliputi modifikasi konten, proses, produk, lingkungan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Alat pengumpul data meliputi tes mengarang,
pedoman evaluasi mengarang, pedoman observasi semi terstruktur, handycam, pedoman
wawancara semi terstruktur, audio record, dokumentasi, jurnal harian. Analisis data kuantitatif
menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis
kualitatif komparatif konstan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan pembelajaran kreatif dapat: meningkatkan
prestasi belajar mengarang, sekaligus nilai Bahasa Indonesia, mengubah sikap kurang
mendukung menjadi sikap mendukung pembelajaran, menstimulasi kemampuan âterpendamâ
siswa (seperti kepemimpinan, kreativitas, daya juang). Kelebihan pembelajaran kreatif ini
adalah: modalitas belajar siswa terstimulasi, kecerdasan majemuk siswa terstimulasi, siswa
tertantang meningkatkan hasil belajarnya sendiri , perubahan sugesti guru terhadap siswa, dari
negatif ke positif, bisa diaplikasikan untuk siswa dengan jumlah besar maupun kecil, ragam
pembelajaran kreatifnya dapat diaplikasikan untuk pembelajaran apapun. Kelemahan
pembelajaran kreatif ini adalah waktu belajar efektif tidak mencukupi, sehingga berpengaruh
pada hasil belajar, memerlukan kemauan kuat guru, memerlukan pengetahuan guru yang tinggi
terhadap isu dan trend dunia pendidikan
