Data for this research collected from 7 Public Accountant Firm. Questionnaire propagated by counted 50 questionnaire, from 50 questionnaire Re-propagated that be able to be processed by counted 37 questionnaire The data was collected through questionnaires to the auditor at Public Accountants Firm In South Jakarta. Data processing use validity examination test, examination reliability test, examination classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2, by using SPSS 16.00. Analysis results obtained p-value variable situational leadership style of 0,119 > 0.05, which means situational leadership style does not affect the auditor’s job performance. Poin a p-value variable locus of control of 0,000 < 0.05, which means there is an influence on the auditor’s job performance. And pvalue variable job stress of 0,001 < 0,05, which means there is an influence on the auditor’s job performance

PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PADA MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI DI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 21 MAKASSAR

Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana tahap Perencanaan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi sebagai salah satu sumber belajar di SMAN 21 Makassar ? (2) Bagaimana tahap Desain multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi sebagai salah satu sumber belajar di SMAN 21 Makassar ? (3) Bagaimana tahap Pengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi sebagai salah satu sumber belajar di SMAN 21 Makassar valid. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan atau dikenal research and Development (R & D). Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah-langkah model pengembangan Allesi dan Trolip yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan (planning), tahap desain (design), dan tahap pengembangan (development). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pada tahap Perencanaan telah dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan . Dan dari hasil identifikasi yang di mana hasil identifikasi peserta didik pada kebutuhan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi kurang, sedangkan untuk kebutuhan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berada pada kualifikasi baik. Dari hasil identifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik maka peneliti merancang multimedia pembelajaran interaktif.(2) Pada tahap desain, berdasarkan hasil identifikasi kebutuhan dilakukan langkah selanjutnya yaitu, pengembangan ide/gagasan yang bertujuan untuk menentukan objek atau gagasan, analisis tugas dan konsep disertai penyusunan Flowchart untuk memperlihatkan gambaran awal mengenai rancangan multimedia, dan terakhir membuat story board.(3) Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan pembuatan media pembelajaran. Setelah itu dilakukan uji alpha dan uji beta. pada uji alpha, multimedia pembelajaran interaktif yang dihasilkan menunjukkan hasil yang valid bardasarkan dari hasil validasi ahli isi/materi pembelajaran serta hasil validasi ahli media dan desain pembelajaran yang dilakukan . Kemudian menunjukkan hasil yang praktis pada proses pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil, hasil uji coba kelompok besar dan hasil tanggapan guru mata pelajaran sosiologi yang dilakukan pada uji beta. PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN/ KOTA SE PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Belanja Daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota se Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015. Data yang dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model regresi dan telah memenuhi asumsi-asumsi ekonometrika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah, Hasil Pengelolaan Kekayaan Daerah yang Dipisahkan, dan Lain-Lain PAD yang Sah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah. Sementara secara parsial Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah, dan Lain-Lain PAD yang Sah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah sedangkan Hasil Pengelolaan Kekayaan Daerah yang Dipisahkan tidak Berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi wanita di Inggris yang tergambarkan dalam puisi dari William Blake berjudul Vision of the Daughters of Albion. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan data tertulis dalam puisi Vision of the Daughters of Albion oleh William Blake. Penelitian perpustakaan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini juga membutuhkan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan subjek. Pendekatan semiotik oleh Charles Peirce digunakan untuk memahami kecemasan Blake tentang kondisi di Inggris. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa puisi "Vision of the Daughters of Albion" mencerminkan kondisi wanita di Inggris Abad Delapan belas akhir. Vision of the Daughters of Albion oleh William Blake terdiri dari 11 , masing-masing lempeng memiliki tulisan dan gambar. Dalam puisi ini, Blake memiliki 3 tokoh yaitu Oothon, Theotormon dan Bromion. Setiap karakter memiliki penggambaran yang berbeda. Penelitian ini lebih menekankan karakter Oothon yang menggambarkan wanita Inggris saat itu. Dalam Visions, Oothon digambar secara tragis

The Analysis of Digital English Dictionary Used by Non-English Major Undergraduate Students

Dictionary has an important role in the language learning process where the dictionary is used as a learning tool. As a learning tool, dictionary can be used independently because there a lot of features in it such as meaning, pronunciation, types of words, word order and structure. At present, dictionaries available in two versions, they are printed and digital versions which can be in the form of websites or applications. The aim of this research is to find out the use of English digital dictionaries by undergraduate students, especially majoring in non-English language program. Based on the results of interviews with informants and a questionnaire administered to 67 students, this study used a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis. The results of the study found that digital dictionaries are used for language learning, translation and to improve English knowledge. It is strongly suggested to government to give access to the internet since those dictionaries sometimes use network. The developer of the application is also encouraged to make it accessible offline. The research team also suggest for future researcher to find out about the effect of using a digital dictionary on English learning

E-business designing interface "petani sejahtera" based on mobile application

The monitoring information system is an Android application that was developed to facilitate the distribution of harvests in order to prevent the accumulation of unused crops and the subsequent waste that results from this accumulation. The goal of this study is to determine how successful the features of the “Petani Sejahtera” application were when it came to their implementation. A qualitative approach that takes a descriptive stance is taken with the research that was carried out in this study. This research can be said to follow the targets expected by various parties related to deciphering the data that was collected and then summarizing and sorting it into features based on the methods that were used, the results that were obtained, and the discussions that were held because of those methods and results. The "Petani Sejahtera" application feature is going to undergo additional development in the near and distant futures

Analisis Transient Recovery Voltage pada Switching Circuit Breaker Tegangan Menengah Menggunakan Gelombang Berjalan dengan Variasi Belitan Trafo Daya

Switching circuit breaker akan menyebabkan fenomena transient recovery voltage yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari stabilitas sistem kelistrikan. Operasi pensaklaran akan menghasilkan gejala surja hubung yang merambat pada saluran transmisi yang akan dipantulkan dan diteruskan jika bertemu saluran transmisi dengan nilai impedansi surja yang berbeda. Nilai dari gelombang berjalan diperoleh dari tegangan sistem yang dipantulkan oleh impedansi saluran beban dan impedansi circuit breaker yang ditanahkan karena proses switching. Penghitungan gelombang berjalan dilakukan secara terus-menerus hingga tegangan pada saluran transmisi bernilai nol. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka akan dilakukan analisis nilai tegangan puncak transient recovery voltage menggunakan nilai tegangan puncak gelombang berjalan untuk mengetahui karakteristik transient recovery voltage yang terjadi pada proses switching circuit breaker menurut pendekatan dari gelombang berjalan yang ditimbulkan saat terjadi gangguan pada sistem. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah besarnya nilai tegangan puncak transient recovery voltage lebih dari 267 % dari nilai tegangan puncak gelombang berjalan pada fasa yang sama dan nilai tegangan puncak gelombang berjalan pada tiap-tiap fasa tidak selalu merepresentasikan nilai tegangan puncak transient recovery voltage pada fasa yang sama. ================================================================================================================================= Switching circuit breaker causing transient recovery voltage phenomena which can affect the performance of electrical system. Switching operation will produce a connecting surge which propagates on the transmission line and will be reflected and continued if encounter a transmission line with different surge impedances value. The value of traveling wave is obtained from system voltage reflection by the load line impedance and circuit breaker impedance that it grounded because of switching process. Calculation of traveling waves is carried out continuously until the voltage on the transmission line is zero. From these problems, peak value voltage of transient recovery voltage will be analyze using peak value voltage of traveling wave to determine the transient recovery voltage characteristics that happened on switching of circuit breaker which it caused when a disturbance in the system. The result of this final project is peak voltage value of transient recovery voltage more than 267% of peak voltage value of traveling wave at the same phase and peak voltage value of traveling wave in each phase doesn’t always represent peak voltage value of transient recovery voltage in the same phase

PERANCANGAN SISTEM LAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN OTOMATIS MENGGUNAKAN RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION DENGAN ALGORITMA RULE BASED TERINTEGRASI SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK

The library is an asset for a country which is a means to improve the quality of the nation's generation. Libraries function in supporting education. Ponorogo Muhammadiyah University is a university that has an A-accredited library, but the service system still uses the old method, namely the QR barcode and the existing system in library services has not been integrated with SIMTIK (Academic Information System) Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. From these problems, it is necessary to update technology in the automatic library service system by borrowing and returning books using RFID which can be integrated with SIMTIK. This system was created with the aim of making it easier to borrow and return books using RFID and make it easier for students to see the dependents of the books they borrow. In this study, the system was built using a knowledge-based rule-based algorithm to be applied to programming. System testing is carried out to determine the results of the suitability of the tool to answer existing problems. The system testing is done manually and uses the white box method and produces data in the form of values ​​and system validation with a previously formulated workflow. This system runs with an average speed performance of 1.60 seconds. The sticker tag reading is more responsive and has a reading difference of 1cm from the card tag. Whitebox tested systems produce appropriate validation. This system is also tested for algorithms manually and produces validation according to the required system performance

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh CV Millenia Total Solusi yaitu sulitnya menembus daya saing pasar, kesulitan dalam melihat transaksi secara rutin dan monitoring marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi manajemen penjualan CV Millenia Total Solusi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan, dapat mengetahui transaksi secara rutin, dapat memonitoring penawaraan pada perusahaan dan mengetahui kinerja dari marketing. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah RUP (Rational Unified Process) dengan melakukan fase Inception (permulaan), fase Elaboration (perluasan/perencanaa), fase Construction, dan fase Transition. The research type is library research which applied sociological approach and data were analyzed through qualitative method. The research result shows that the influence of the bushido culture is upheld by the samurai. The novel is based on fact of the Japanese people at the period, the influence of religious values is then channeled into public life, and it is still adhered to today in some aspects of their lives
