The purpose of this study was to: (1) to test empirically the influence of atmosphere toward customer satisfaction on contumer restaurant Southbox, (2) to test empirically the influence of perceived value toward customer satisfaction on costumer restaurant Southbox, (3) to test empirically the influence of experiential marketing toward customer satisfaction on customer restaurant Southbox. Methods of data collection using the survey method with instrument in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever eat at least three times a period of four months from the time of the study. The data analysis tools using SPSS version 21 for processing and analyzing research data. The result of decriptive test shows that atmosphere, perceived value and experiential marketing of Southbox still less so that customer satisfaction also less. The hypothesis test shows: 1) there is the influence between atmosphere toward customer satisfaction, 2) there is the influence between perceived value toward customer satisfaction, 3) there is the influence between experiential marketing toward customer satisfaction.     Synthesis and Characterization of Low Loading MoO3/Ts-1 Catalyst

    Abstract⎯Molybdenum oxide (MoO3) have been introduced to titanium silicalite (TS-1) by impregnation methode and have been characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy, nitrogen and pyridine adsorption. The results show that TS-1 and XMoO3/TS-1 have orthorhombic structure and MFI framework structure type. 0,5% MoO3/TS-1, dan 1% MoO3/TS-1 catalyst have not been yet Brønsted acid site, while Brønsted acidity increased from 2% MoO3/TS-1 to 4% MoO3/TS-1 respectively

    Perusahaan manufaktur pada umumnya memerlukan perencanaan manajemen proyek dalam setiap pengerjaan proyek. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal serta waktu yang optimis (waktu yang cepat dan diharapkan, baik untuk pihak perusahaan maupun pihak owner). CV. BINA TEKNIK Sidoarjo adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha utama sebagai pelaksana pembuatan alat pendingin. Untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen maka diperlukan penjadwalan proyek yang tepat agar proyek dapat selesai sesuai tenggat waktu yang disepakati. Olehkarena itu dibutuhkan penjadwalan proyek untuk merencanakan pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan dead line (tenggat waktu). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan waktu percepatan penyelesaian proyek. Maka untuk mengoptimalisasikan jangka waktu dan meminimasi total biaya proyek untuk pekerjaan yang bisa dipercepat serta bisa mentargetkan penyelesaian proyek pembangunan tersebut diperlukan suatu alternatif pemecahan masalah, yaitu dengan mengaplikasikan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan analisis kurva S dengan harapan perusahaan dapat mengatasi permintaan konsumen yang kompetitif dengan waktu dan biaya proyek yang optimal. Dari hasil penelitan ini didapatkan 1 jalur kritis dengan kegiatan yang dapat dipercepat antara lain adalah kegiatan yang berada pada jalur kritis terutama kegiatan-kegiatan utama yaitu Administrasi dan Dokumen (A1). Pada kondisi riil perusahaan, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek adalah 120 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp 902.671.500,00,-, sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) percepatan diperoleh waktu selama 108 hari dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp 905.449.277,8. Sehingga metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dapat menghasilkan waktu penyelesaian proyek lebih cepat 12 hari (10) dan kenaikan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp 2.777.777,8.     CHARACTERIZATION K3PO4/NaZSM-5 USING XRD AND FTIR AS A CATALYST TO PRODUCE BIODIESEL

    Synthesis of NaZSM-5 and impregnation of K3PO4 catalyst with concentration 5, 10, and 15 wt.% on the resulting NaZSM-5 as a catalyst to produce biodiesel have been done in this study. This study is an experimental study, the research stages include the synthesis and characterization NaZSM-5 and K3PO4/NaZSM-5. Characterization by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) was conducted to determine the X-ray diffraction patterns and the percentage crystallinity of the samples. X-ray diffraction pattern of the resulting sample showed the emergence of diffraction peaks with high intensity at 2θ = 7.8; 8.8; 23.0; 23.2, and 24.3° are specifically indexed to the structure of the MFI topology. The percentage crystallinity of the sample becomes smaller with increasing number of K3PO4 impregnated on NaZSM-5 synthesis. Characterization of the samples by Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) aims to determine the type of functional groups present in a compound. FTIR spectra of samples NZ, NZK5, NZK10 and NZK15 have absorption bands in the region 1220 and 547 cm-1 which shows the absorption characteristics of vibration T - O - T on NaZSM-5 type zeolite which distinguish the other and sensitive to changes in structure.     Synthesis of Mesoporous Carbon CMK-3 and CMK-5 Materials and Their Application for Drug Loading-Release System

    The different structure of ordered mesoporous carbon CMK-3 and CMK-5 material was synthesized via a hard template route using SBA-15 and Al-SBA-15 as hard castings and sucrose as the carbon source. The first hard casting, mesoporous silica SBA-15 was synthesized via soft-templating route using block copolymer (P-123) as directing agent and tetraethoxysilane as the silica source. The second hard casting, mesoporous silica Al-SBA-15 was synthesized via incorporating route using SBA-15 as supporting material and Al2O3 as an aluminum precursor. Characterization of a mesoporous texture of the samples was investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques, and FTIR. The loading release performance of CMK-3 and CMK-5 was investigated by ibuprofen molecule as a drug model. We found that CMK-5 had a better loading capacity than CMK-3 as determined by their performance results in releasing ibuprofen in which the release rate of mesoporous structure of CMK-5 was slower than CMK-5 due to the power of anchor nanorod of carbon.     Kebutuhan energi dunia semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, dan saat ini banyak peneliti yang mencari energi dari sumber energi terbarukan, termasuk bahan bakar yang berasal dari tumbuhan. Salah satu tumbuhan yang menghasilkan biji yang mengandung minyak adalah kemiri sunan (Reutealis trisperma). Tulisan ini mengungkapkan potensi minyak kemiri sunan sebagai sumber energi terbarukan. Minyak kemiri sunan telah digunakan sebagai reaktan dalam sintesis biodiesel melalui reaksi esterifikasi dan transesterifikasi menggunakan H2SO4 dan NaOH sebagai katalis homogen dan CaO sebagai katalis heterogen. Minyak kemiri sunan juga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi biofuel (jet fuel), minyak pelumas, campuran bahan bakar.     Titanium Silicate-1 (TS-1) has been successfully modified by combining Silver (Ag) metals. In this study, the preparation of Ag/TS-1 was carried out by impregnation method using a solution of silver nitrate (AgNO3) as a precursor to TS-1 with a loading variation of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and 4%. Impregnation carried out on TS-1 aims to disperse Ag (1) only attached to the surface of TS-1 particles (before calcination/TK) and (2) on the entire surface of TS-1 particles (after calcination/K). The synthesized catalyst was then characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and pyridine adsorption techniques. The XRD pattern shows that all the catalysts have high crystallinity with MFI structure, and there is no other crystalline phase. The infrared spectra showed that the titanium tetrahedral in TS-1 remained after Ag impregnation. The TS-1 and Ag/TS-1 catalysts were analyzed for their surface acidity using pyridine adsorption on the sample. The pyridine adsorption technique showed the presence of Lewis sites on Ag/TS-1. In this study, the presence of Ag loading on the Ag/TS-1 catalyst affected the TS-1 catalytic activity. The amount of cyclohexanone oxime product produced in XAg/TS-1 was more than in Ag/TS-1
