KEANEKARAGAMAN JENIS BURUNG DI HUTAN PRODUKSI DESA MALONAS KECAMATAN DAMPELAS KABUPATEN DONGGALA

Indonesia ranks fourth in the world to the number of birds after Colombia, Peru, and Brazil.  The Sulawesi island species settler bird around 224 species land and fresh water bird, which is 41 species of them were endemic types and the most endemic bird found in the Sulawesi island. The Malona’s village forest production includes the work KPH Dampelas, the forest production was of hills and mountains  so that the environment has such a variety of plants that they provide food, make a nests, and shelter from any threat to this particular type of bird .The research aims to identify the diversity of birds in the forest production. The research was in forest production areas at the KPH Dampelas workplace, Malonas Village, Dampelas District, Donggala Regency on February-March 2019. observation locale in open and closed habitats, the method used was  point count. Data processing by analyzing the composition of birds, diversity of kinds, attendance rates of kinds, index arrangement  of kinds, kind of domination. The result was found 20 species of birds with 134 individuals, include 10 famili and 11 species built-in as endemic of birds. The value of the diversity index in forests of H '= 2.85 shows that the index of diversity of that type is moderate, the value of the index of E= 0.95 it shows the distribution of the relative uniform between species and there are 9 kinds of birds with an individual being so abundant that it becomes the dominant type of bird.Keywords: Birds, Forest Production, Biodiversit

PEMBATALAN PERKAWINAN DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DAN UNDANG-UNDANG PERKAWINAN

Perkawinan ialah ikatan lahir batin antara seorang pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami isteri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Namun, perkawinan tidak selamanya kekal dan dapat putus karena beberapa faktor penyebab, salah satunya karena batalnya perkawinan yang diajukan kepengadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami prespektif hukum Islam dan Undang-undang Perkawinan terhadap akibat hukum yang timbulkarena adanya pembatalan perkawinan dan menganalisis upaya hukum terhadap penyelesaian akibat yang timbul karena danya pembatalan perkawinan. Peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah menentukan tema, mengumpulkan informasi, mengumpulkan data serta menganalisis data. Melalui putusan pengadilan Nomor0060/Pdt.G/2012/PA.Dmk telahterjadi hal yang dapat dijadikan alasan untuk dilakukannya pembatalan perkawinan, karena tidak adanya izin dari istri pertama untuk melangsungkan perkawinan dengan seorang wanita (termohon II) dan terjadi pemalsuan tentang setatus suami (termohon I) yang mengaku masih jejaka. Akibat Hukum Pembatalan Perkawinan yaitu terhadap suami istri diantara keduanya dianggap tidak pernah terjadi perkawinan. Jadi putusan pengadilan berlaku surut sejak berlangsungnya perkawinan dan tidak berlaku surut terhadap anak yang dilahirkan, sesuai dengan Pasal 28 Undang-Undang Perkawinan Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 dan Pasal 74ayat (2) Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan terhadap harta yang diperoleh setelah pekawinan merupakan harta bersama. Upaya hukum terhadap akibat yang timbul dari pembatalan perkawinan terhadap suami dan istri yang dibatalkan perkawinannya bisa bersatu kembali sebagai suami dan istri dengan akad nikah yang baru karena alasan pembatalan perkawinan tersebut dikarenakan hal-hal yang bersifat sementaradan tehadap anak dalam hal ini tentang hadhanah diatur dalam Pasal 156 Kompilasi Hukum Islam

The increasing development of beauty & personal care in Indonesia due to social distancing and work-from-home regulations during the Covid-19 pandemic. People's shopping patterns have changed from offline to online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So this causes marketing patterns that have changed due to technological developments and are driven by the Covid-19 pandemic factor to become a problem for marketers or business people to continue to innovate and adapt. This research is quantitative research with the survey method as an instrument in data collection. The collection of respondent data in this study was obtained using a non-probability sampling technique of purposive sampling, with a total of 162 (one hundred and sixty-two) respondents who have never made a purchase on Ms. Glow products and are active users of Instagram social media in Indonesia. The results showed that all the hypotheses examined in the study had a significant effect. Berkembangnya kegiatan perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia dilatar belakangi oleh segala aspek – aspek kehidupan yang saling mendukung. Salah satu kompleksitas pendukung kegiatan perekonomian terletak pada point tempat atau site yang komersial. Berlangsungnya aktifitas atau kegiatan di suatu tempat yang dinilai baik akan meningkatkan perolehan pendapatan. Pendapatan yang didapat pun bisa diperoleh dari pihak pengelola dan masyarakat sekitar. Pokok dari inti sebuah peradaban di Indonesia masih belum banyak melihat dan menjawab pertanyaan “dimana?” atau “where”. Tentu saja cakupan dari isi jawaban ini sangat banyak dan sangat menyangkut beberapa aspek baik sosial, ekonomi, maupun psikologi. Dari sisi arsitektur, sebagai inovator yang bekerja dalam membangun sebuah space atau ruang dimana itu bisa dijadikan sebagai tempat untuk melaksanakan berbagai macam kegiatan dan aktifitas, adalah merupakan hal terpenting yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan seorang arsitek. Yang xx menyebabkan tidak meratanya dan tidak memusat nya penyebaran aktifitas bisnis yang ada di Jakarta Utara. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas lingkungan yang berdampak pada penataan kawasan di Jakarta Utara. Perancangan Marina Central Place ini diharapkan mampu mewadahi keperluan akan sebuah Marina di Jakarta Utara sebagai perwujudan Kota Jakarta sebagai International Waterfront City. Analisis Pengaruh Brand Community Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Piaggio Vespa Di Kota Palembang

This research, aim was to know the effect of brand community topurchasing decisionof Piaggio Vespa in Palembang City. The background of this research was determaining how the role of brand community for customerandPiaggio Vespa community ownerby purchasing decision. This research is qualitative with design descriptive method. The result of multiple linear regression analisys showed that Y = 4,866 + 0,062 X1 + (-0,087) X2 + 0,022 X3 + 0,083 X4 + 0,027 X5 + 0,476 X6. The result of coefficient of regression determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0,191 meanwhile legitimacy, oppositional brand loyalty, celebrating the history of the brand, sharing brand stories, integrating andretaining members,assisting in the use of the brand variable effect to purchasing decission with contributed 19,1 % and 80,9 % influence by other variable besides of this research.The conclution of this research legitimacy, oppositional brand loyalty, celebrating the history of the brand, sharing brand stories, integrating andretaining members,assisting in the use of the brandby purchasing decission to Piaggio Vespa customer in Palembang city. KEBUTUHAN BAHAN BAKU IKAN LEMURU UNTUK PRODUKSI SARDEN KALENG : PENERAPAN METODE MRP DI PT. KOKI INDOCAN PANDAAN PASURUAN

The purpose of this thesis are: 1) To analyze the mechanisms of fish raw material inventory lemuru in the company, 2) to analyze the amount of raw materials that must be ordered in a certain time, 3) to determine the development of raw materials for the production of fish lemuru sardine cans per month on in 2012. 4) to determine the production of sardine cans per month in 2012. The analysis used to answer the purpose of one, two, three and four is by using descriptive analysis. Mechanism of raw material inventory lemuru fish starts from a survey lemuru fish suppliers, ordering lemuru fish, fish lemuru receipt which includes washing, counting the number of fish weight, fish quality checks and treatment lemuru preproduction. The amount of raw material inventory development lemuru fish per month in 2012 fluctuated with the development of negative, meaning the raw trap inventory has decreased. The amount of fish raw materials for the production of canned sardines lemuru either small or large based on the large amount of orders by consumers. Hubungan Antara Motivasi Kerja Dengan Intensi Turnover Pada Karyawan PT. X Bidang Ethical

Banyaknya perusahaan yang muncul menimbulkan meingkatnya kondisi ekonomi di Indonesia. Agar perusahaan tetap berjalan dengan baik maka diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dengan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dalam waktu panjang maka akan membuat perusahaan semakin maju dan berkembang. Oleh sebab itu, sumber daya manusia tersebut harus dijaga agar mereka tetap mau bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu aspek yang dapat menjaga agar tidak terjadinya intensi turnover yaitu dengan memperhatikan motivasi kerja dari sumber daya manusia tersebut. Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja, maka keinginan untuk keluar karyawan akan semakin menurun. Namun ditemukan pada satu perusahaan bahwa sumber daya manusia perusahaan tersebut memiliki motivasi yang tinggi namun mereka memiliki intensi turnover yang tinggi. Hal ini merupakan fenomena yang menarik untuk diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin meneliti tentang fenomena yang terjadi pada PT. X. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti kemudian ingin meneliti lebih lanjut apakah ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan PT. X bidang ethical. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. X bidang ethical (N=42). Seluruh populasi penelitian menjadi subjek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan Spearman’s rank order correlation.\ud Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara motivasi kerja dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan PT. X bidang ethical (r = -0,362; p = 0,002 di mana p < 0,05). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 13,10% terhadap intensi turnover. Dari penelitian ini disarankan kepada perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing untuk lebih meningkatkan motivasi kerja dalam aspek relatedness needs

This research is a quantitative research. In this study, the population is one hundred twenty three Auditor of KAP in Surabaya.
