    Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, lembaga pendidikan madrasah melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara online. Untuk daerah yang termasuk zona hijau, pembelajaran tatap muka bisa dilakukan dengan waktu yang terbatas serta mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Salah satu inovasi pembelajaran yang bisa dilakukan oleh madrasah adalah pembelajaran berbasis blended learning, termasuk di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran, implementasi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan, kedua madrasah merumuskan kulikulum khusus sesuai dengan model pembelajaran blended learning di masa Pandemi Covid-19 didukung sarana dan prasana belajar yang memadai. Pada tahap implementasi, ada perbedaan pada kedua madrasah tentang waktu pembelajaran luring dan daring. MAN 1 Pangandaran menerapkan sistem shift, sehari pembelajaran luring dan di hari yang lain pembelajaran daring, sedangkan MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka full satu minggu, pembelajaran daring disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing guru.     INDONESIA : Wabah Covid-19 mengharuskan semua lembaga pendidikan untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran harus dilakukan dengan model pembelajaran jarak jauh secara online. Namun, untuk daerah yang termasuk zona hijau, pembelajaran tatap muka tetap bisa dilakukan dengan waktu yang terbatas serta mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Dengan kondisi seperti ini, salah satu inovasi pembelajaran yang bisa dilakukan oleh madrasah adalah pembelajaran berbasis blended learning, yaitu model pembelajaran yang memadukan antara pembelajaran luring atau tatap muka dengan pembelajaran daring. Di antara madarasah yang menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di masa Pandemi Covid-19 ialah MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran, 2) mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran, dan 3) mengetahui evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi multi-situs dengan subjek penelitian MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran yang fokusnya adalah manajemen pembelajaran berbasis blended learning pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi studi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitan yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara induktif menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yang meliputi tiga langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan, kedua madrasah merumuskan kulikulum khusus, yaitu Kurikulum Darurat, sesuai dengan model pembelajaran blended learning di masa Pandemi Covid-19 serta menyiapkan sarana dan prasana belajar yang memadai. Pada tahap implementasi, ada perbedaan pada kedua madrasah tentang waktu pembelajaran luring dan daring. MAN 1 Pangandaran menerapkan sistem shift, sehari pembelajaran luring dan di hari yang lain pembelajaran daring. Sedangkan MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka full satu minggu, pembelajaran daring disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing guru. Pada tahap evaluasi, kedua madrasah melaksanakannya dengan cara luring melalui pengamatan dan penilaian terhadap sikap dan perilaku siswa, serta ulangan harian dan akhir semester secara online berbasis website. ENGLISH : Covid-19 requires schools to innovate on learning. Learning activities must be done with an online distance learning. However, for the green zone, face-to-face learning can still be done for limited time and health protocols. With these conditions, one of the learning innovations that can be carried out by madrasas is blended-based learning model, that combines offline or face-to-face learning with online learning. In Pangandaran, the madrasas that applied a blended-based learning model during the Covid-19 Pandemic were MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi and MAN 1 Pangandaran. The objectives of this study were to 1) determine the planning of blended-based learning during the Pandemic Covid-19 in MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi and MAN 1 Pangandaran, 2) describe the implementation of blended-based learning during the Pandemic Covid-19 in MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi and MAN 1 Pangandaran, and 3) know the evaluation of blended-based learning during the Pandemic Covid-19 in MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi and MAN 1 Pangandaran. This study was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The method used in this study was multi-sites study with the research subject of MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi and MAN 1 Pangandaran. The focus of this study was the management of blended-based learning during the Pandemic Covid-19. The data were divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study included observation studies, interviews, and documentation studies. The obtained data were then processed and analyzed inductively using the model of Miles and Huberman which included three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that at the planning stage, MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran formulated a special curriculum, the Emergency Curriculum, in accordance with the blended learning model during the Pandemic Covid-19, and prepared adequate learning facilities and infrastructure. At the implementation stage, there were differences between the two madrasas regarding the schedule of offline and online learning. MAN 1 Pangandaran implemented a shift system, one-day offline (face-to-face) learning and one-day online learning. Meanwhile, MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi carried out face-to-face learning for a week, and online learning was tailored to the needs of each teacher. In the evaluation stage, both madrasas carried out the offline learning evaluation through observation and assessment of student attitudes and behavior, as well as website-based daily tests and end-of-semester tests.     Sexual crimes in Indonesia have become increasingly worrying, especially against children, efforts to protect child victims by the government with Perpu No.1 of 2016 which has been passed into Law Number 17 of 2017 concerning child protection. This Perpu provides for additional regulations with castration for sexual crimes against children. The making of this policy was tinged with pros and cons because it was not in accordance with the objectives of punishment and Islamic law. The research method used is normative juridical with quantitative analysis. The purpose of this research is to see the view of the purpose of the punishment of chemical castration which is released to perpetrators of sexual crimes and to see and explain the Islamic legal views of the act of castration. The results of this study are First, the implementation of castration is an act of violence and contrary to the 1945 Constitution, namely Article 28 G paragraph 2 and Article 33 paragraph 1 of Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. Both Islamic Laws do not speak in writing about castration. The castration penalty stipulated in Law 17 of 2016 is a prohibition which is categorized as a punishment for takzir, because it is made by the state or leaders to overcome sexual crimes against children.     PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN MATERI READING SKILLS UNTUK GURU SD DI KAMPUNG INGGRIS KABUPATEN AGAM

    Abstrak: Rendahnya literasi masyarakat Indonesia menyita perhatian publik karena berimplikasi kepada tantangan kualitas pendidikan dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Salah satu upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat untuk menghadapi tantangan global adalah dengan membangun Kampung Inggris di lima Nagari (Kelurahan) pada tahun 2022. Pilot project ini dibangun di Nagari yang memiliki potensi wisata dalam rangka menyiapkan masyarakat yang mandiri dan berdaya saing, sekaligus mendukung program pariwisata daerah. Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu wujud dari program kemitraan tahun kedua antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Agam dan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Secara khusus pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru dalam menyusun materi ajar membaca teks-teks berbahasa Inggris. Program diikuti oleh 20 guru Sekolah Dasar di sekitar Kampung Inggris selama tiga hari penuh secara tatap muka, pada 16 – 18 Juni 2023, dan melibatkan tiga dosen dan tiga mahasiswa. Dengan kemampuan membaca dan mengembangkan materi diharapkan akan membantu guru mendukung program Kampung Inggris sekaligus menyiapkan siswa SD menjadi warga belajar yang mampu berinteraksi dalam Bahasa Inggris dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Hasil angket dan refleksi akhir program menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuannya mengembangkan materi reading skills untuk pembelajaran siswa SD.Abstract: The low literacy of the Indonesian people has attracted public attention because it has implications for challenges to the quality of education and people's ability to face global competition. One of the efforts of the West Sumatra Agam Regency Government to face global challenges is to build English Villages in five Nagari (Kelurahan) in 2022. This pilot project was built in Nagari which has tourism potential in order to prepare an independent and competitive community, while at the same time supporting the regional tourism. This training is part of the second year partnership program between the Government of Agam Regency and Jakarta State University. Specifically, this training aims to equip teachers in compiling teaching materials for reading English texts. The program was attended by 20 elementary school teachers around English Villages for three full days face-to-face, from 16-18 June 2023, and involved three lecturers and three students. With the ability to read and develop material, it is hoped that it will help teachers support the English Village program as well as prepare elementary school students to become learning citizens who are able to interact in English in their daily activities. The results of the questionnaire and the program's final reflection showed that this activity was very useful and in accordance with the needs of teachers in improving their ability to develop reading skills material for elementary school students' learning

    It is a big job for law enforcement to be able to deal with fraud crimes and data leaks that are increasing at this time. Social engineering attacks are considered to be one of the modes used by perpetrators in carrying out their actions. If the current prevention efforts always link social engineering with phishing, an activity that is closely related to technological sophistication, it is necessary to know another form of social engineering that deserves attention, namely dumpster diving. A term that describes the activity of “scavenging” a target's trash in search of valuable information. Dumpster diving is often underestimated because some people think that if the waste that has been disposed of will not be used by others, it will even have a threatening impact. The habit of throwing away records and documents without being destroyed makes it a target for perpetrators to collect information which will then be used in attacking their targets. Several countries have considered regulating the designation of waste that has the potential to be misused, including regarding the security of personal data. Therefore, this article aims to provide an alternative policy for the Indonesian government, in order to consider the issuance of regulations that protect victims who are affected by losses due to the use of waste by perpetrators

    KEWIRAUSAHAAN SOSIAL: PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DAN EVALUASI DAMPAK SOSIAL-EKONOMI

    Penanganan permasalahan sosial ekonomi masih menjadi fokus perhatian baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat terutama di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan semakin meningkatnya angka masyarakat miskin di Kota Serang. Program UMKM model social enterpreneurship bertujuan tidak hanya fokus pada keuntungan ekonomi akan tetapi memecahkan permasalahan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi dan dampak sosial ekonomi dari program UMKM dengan model social enterpreneurship di Kota Serang khususnya pada jenis usaha design and fashion, crafting (handmade aksesoris dan supply bahan-bahan kerajinan), dan tour and travel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa partisipasi aktor UMKM kewirausahaan sosial sudah menunjukkan capaian yang efektif melalui keterlibatan mental dan emosi individu dalam melakukan aktivitas kelompok, motivasi individu untuk memberikan kontribusi dan rasa tanggung jawab dalam diri individu terhadap aktivitas kelompok dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan. Selain itu dampak sosial ekonomi dalam konteks kewirausahaan sosial telah menghasilkan kapasitas dan kemandirian dalam membuka peluang usaha. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan pemerintah Kota Serang dan kebijakan yang mampu mengakomodir peluang ekonomi dan merepresentasikan nilai-nilai sosial kewirausahaan di masa depan secara berkelanjutan.  Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah mendorong peningkatan UMKM melalui model kewirausahaan sosial sebagai upaya memecahkan permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, peningkatan kemitraan dengan kewirausahaan yang lebih besar dan mendorong regulasi pemerintah untuk mengakomodir peluang dan partisipasi masyarakat dan dampak ekonomi dalam kewirausahaan sosial. Socioeconomic problem handling and the increasing number of poor people in Serang City are still the focus of attention of both the government and the community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises social entrepreneurship model program aims not only to focus on economic benefits but also to solve social problems. This study aims to find out how the participation and socio-economic impact of the MSME program with the social entrepreneurship model in Serang City, especially in the types of business design and fashion, handcrafting, and tour and travel. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the participation of MSME actors in social entrepreneurship has shown effective achievement through the mental and emotional involvement of individuals in group activities, individual motivation to contribute, and a sense of personal responsibility towards group activities to achieve goals. In addition, the socio-economic impact in the context of social entrepreneurship has resulted in capacity and independence in opening up business opportunities. The research findings show the importance of Serang City government support and policies that can accommodate economic opportunities and represent the social values ​​of entrepreneurship in a sustainable future.     Uji Performansi Getaran Mekanis dan Kebisingan Mist Blower Yanmar MK 150-B

    Abstract Mist blower is one of the mechanization tool of agriculture considered as a tool that can assist humans in fertilizer and pesticides spreading activities. Levels of motor speed in the used mist blower were 1915, 4009, and 7227 rpm. Vibration measurements were conducted on the engine and handlebar control mist blower with the three-dimensional axes namely X, Y, and Z. Mist blower noise measurements were performed on the engine, operator's right ear and left ear. Based on the analysis of vibration and noise from the mist blower of type MK 150-B was obtained  the safe limit values from the use of these tools. The safe limit of the use of mist blower in motor rotation speed of 1915, 4009, and 7227 rpm after being compared with the vibration and noise were 1 hour, 1 hour and 24 minutes respectively. The farther the distance from noise source, the lower the noise level too. Moreover objectivity study of operator was conducted. The first farmer was tired faster than the second farmer. In terms of age of farmer, the second farmer (60 years) older than the first farmers (40 years), but this should not affect significantly. Activity on the previous day greatly affects the level of fatigue when operating the mist blower.     Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. In humans, it usually causes respiratory tract infections, ranging from the common cold to serious illnesses such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, this is certainly very disturbing to all levels of society, preschool age children are one of the age groups that are vulnerable to being infected with COVID-19. This is the goal of community service activities to increase the knowledge of preschool age children with "Education on the Use of Masks and Hand Hygiene in Preschool Age Children During the Pandemic". The method used is education using Power points, banners, videos and leaflets about the use of masks and hand hygiene during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this activity achieved good results because as many as 22 students participated in the counseling. It is hoped that this activity can help the community, especially preschool-aged children, to implement clean and healthy living behaviors, always use masks and wash hands to prevent infection with COVID-1
