Jedná se jednopodlažní, nepodsklepený objekt s kapacitou pro 50 dětí a 4 členy personálu. Půdorys objektu je ve tvaru nepravidelné písmene L pod úhlem 105°, hlavní orientace objektu je směrem na jih. Celý objekt je zastřešen pultovou mírně svažují střechou s extenzivní zelení.The goal of my bachelor thesis is making project documentation for future construction of kindergarten in the passive standard. The object is single-storey, without basement, capacity of this object is 50 children and 4 members of personal. Floor plan of the object is in a shape of letter L under angle 105°, main orientation of the object is to the south. Whole object is covered by low sloped rack roof with extensive green roof.

    One-dimensional potential for image-potential states on graphene

    In the framework of dielectric theory the static non-local self-energy of an electron near an ultra-thin polarizable layer has been calculated and applied to study binding energies of image-states near free-standing graphene. The corresponding series of eigenvalues and eigenfunctions have been obtained by solving numerically the one-dimensional Schr{\"o}dinger equation. Image-potential-state wave functions accumulate most of their probability outside the slab. We find that a Random Phase Approximation (RPA) for the non-local dielectric function yields a superior description for the potential inside the slab, but a simple Fermi-Thomas theory can be used to get a reasonable quasi-analytical approximation to the full RPA result that can be computed very economically. Binding energies of the image-potential states follow a pattern close to the Rydberg series for a perfect metal with the addition of intermediate states due to the added symmetry of the potential. The formalism only requires a minimal set of free parameters; the slab width and the electronic density. The theoretical calculations are compared to experimental results for work function and image-potential states obtained by two-photon photoemission.Comment: 24 pages; 10 figures. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1301.448

    Unoccupied Topological States on Bismuth Chalcogenides

    The unoccupied part of the band structure of topological insulators Bi2_2Tex_{x}Se3x_{3-x} (x=0,2,3x=0,2,3) is studied by angle-resolved two-photon photoemission and density functional theory. For all surfaces linearly-dispersing surface states are found at the center of the surface Brillouin zone at energies around 1.3 eV above the Fermi level. Theoretical analysis shows that this feature appears in a spin-orbit-interaction induced and inverted local energy gap. This inversion is insensitive to variation of electronic and structural parameters in Bi2_2Se3_3 and Bi2_2Te2_2Se. In Bi2_2Te3_3 small structural variations can change the character of the local energy gap depending on which an unoccupied Dirac state does or does not exist. Circular dichroism measurements confirm the expected spin texture. From these findings we assign the observed state to an unoccupied topological surface state

Daher erfolgt zunächst die vergleichende Betrachtung des Implementierungsstands der Kostenrechnung in deutschen Krankenhäusern. Anschließend wird ein Strukturgleichungsmodell zur Wirkung der Kostenrechnung auf den Krankenhauserfolg entwickelt und überprüft. Die Befunde haben Implikationen für Forschung und Praxis zur Kostenrechnung in Krankenhäusern.With a view to the G-DRG-system cost accounting in hospitals is becoming increasingly important. Hence a comparative analysis of the implementation of cost accounting in German hospitals is carried out first. Subsequently, a structural equation model for the effect of cost accounting on hospital performance is developed and tested. The findings have implications for research and practice in hospital cost accounting

Návrh budovy je koncipován jako budovou s plochou střechou, železobetonovou nosnou konstrukcí a hromadným parkováním v suterénu. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na nízkou energetickou náročnost budovy. Energetická účinnost budovy byly zpracovány podle ČSN 73 0540 a byl zpracován energetické náročnosti. Energetická náročnost budovy byla stanovena jako A mimořádně úsporná.The goal of the project si developnemt of project documentation for a construction realisation of energy passive block of apartments together with design of conception of forced ventilation with recuperation unit. The design of building is conceived as building with flat roof, reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and collective underground parking. During the design emphasis was placed on low energy consumption of the building. Its energy efficiency was analysed according. ČSN 73 0540 and processed statement of energy efficiency. The result energy consumption of the structure is A – extremely efficient.

    Porcine Colostrum Protects the IPEC-J2 Cells and Piglet Colon Epithelium against Clostridioides (syn. Clostridium) difficile Toxin-Induced Effects

    Clostridioides difficile toxins are one of the main causative agents for the clinical symptoms observed during C. difficile infection in piglets. Porcine milk has been shown to strengthen the epithelial barrier function in the piglet’s intestine and may have the potential to neutralise clostridial toxins. We hypothesised that porcine colostrum exerts protective effects against those toxins in the IPEC-J2 cells and in the colon epithelium of healthy piglets. The IPEC-J2 cells were treated with either the toxins or porcine colostrum or their combination. Analyses included measurement of trans-epithelial electrical resistance (TEER), cell viability using propidium iodide by flow cytometry, gene expression of tight junction (TJ) proteins and immune markers, immunofluorescence (IF) histology of the cytoskeleton and a TJ protein assessment. Colon tissue explants from one- and two-week-old suckling piglets and from five-week-old weaned piglets were treated with C. difficile toxins in Ussing chamber assays to assess the permeability to macromolecules (FITC-dextran, HRP), followed by analysis of gene expression of TJ proteins and immune markers. Toxins decreased viability and integrity of IPEC-J2 cells in a time-dependent manner. Porcine colostrum exerted a protective effect against toxins as indicated by TEER and IF in IPEC-J2 cells. Toxins tended to increase paracellular permeability to macromolecules in colon tissues of two-week-old piglets and downregulated gene expression of occludin in colon tissues of five-week-old piglets (p = 0.05). Porcine milk including colostrum, besides other maternal factors, may be one of the important determinants of early immune programming towards protection from C. difficile infections in the offspring

    Mit dem Aufkommen von Internetsuchmaschinen haben sich die Anforderungen der Nutzer an bibliothekarische Suchsysteme wesentlich verändert. Bibliotheken haben darauf mit dem Einsatz von Suchmaschinentechnologie in Online-Katalogen reagiert. Die technische Basis solcher Katalogsuchmaschinen bilden Enterprise-Suchmaschinen. In dieser Arbeit wurde ein Vergleich von Enterprise-Suchmaschinen durchgeführt. Dazu wurden zunächst die Enterprise-Suchmaschinen ermittelt, welche die technische Basis der Eigenentwicklungen unter den Katalogsuchmaschinen bilden. Dies sind die Enterprise-Suchmaschinen CIXbase, Elasticsearch, Solr und Xapian. Anschließend wurden die Funktionen von Elasticsearch, Solr und Xapian anhand eines zuvor erstellten Kriterienkatalogs miteinander verglichen. Festgestellt wurde, dass Elasticsearch und Solr zueinander mehr Gemeinsamkeiten als Unterschiede aufweisen. Xapian wiederum weist mehr Unterschiede als Gemeinsamkeiten zu Elasticsearch und Solr auf.The user demands for library search systems have changed substantially with the rise of internet search engines. Libraries have reacted to this by using search engine technology in online catalogs. The technical basis of such catalog search engines are enterprise search engines. In this thesis a comparison of enterprise search engines has been carried out. At first the enterprise search engines being the technical basis of in-house developments have been determined. These are the enterprise search engines CIXbase, Elasticsearch, Solr and Xapian. Subsequently the functions of Elasticsearch, Solr and Xapian have been compared based on a beforehand created list of criteria. The findings are that Elasticsearch and Solr show more similarities than differences. Xapian on the other hand shows more differences than similarities when compared to Elasticsearch and Solr

    Small volume coaxial discharge as precision testbed for 0D-models of XeCl lasers

    In order to check the predictions of 0D-models experimentally, a small coaxial discharge configuration for the generation of homogeneous high pressure glow discharges (diameter 11 mm, length 20 mm) in rare gas halogen excimer laser gas mixtures under accurately controlled conditions has been developed. It uses X-ray preionization and a special pulse-forming network (PFN) delivering fast rising (8 ns) single square pulses (U 0=25 kV; I=300 A; prop=100 ns). Discharge current and voltage are measured precisely by a capacitive voltage divider and a shunt integrated into the discharge chamber. All circuit data needed for the model calculations have been evaluated. Interferometric and spectroscopic diagnostics of the bulk of the discharge and of the cathode sheath have been performed. First results for Ne/Xe/HCl mixtures are compared with model calculations

Konstrukce je navržena a posouzena na mezní stav únosnosti a použitelnosti.This bachelor thesis deals with the static solution of the loadbearing re-inforced concrete structure of administrative three-storey building. The thesis deal with design and assessment of selected loadbearing elements, specifically reinforced concrete column, beam and cross reinforced concrete slab, above the ground floor. The structure is designed and checked for the ultimate limit state and usebility.
