Relasi Gender Perempuan Pemandu Karaoke Yang Sudah Berkeluarga

Pemandu karaoke adalah pekerjaan untuk menemani tamu di ruang karaoke.Selain itu, ia tidak jarang ikut minum (alkohol) bersama-sama. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat relasi gender yang terbangun pada keluarga pemandu karaoke. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa kajian konsep yakni terkait bentuk-bentuk relasi gender. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, participant observation, serta pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen pendukung. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga proses yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, relasi gender yang terbangun antara pemandu karaoke dengan suami terjabarkan dalam bentuk-bentuk yang berbeda yaitu: trust antara kedua pihak suami dan istri, keterlibatan suami dalam pengambilan keputusan bekerja sebagai escort, serta toleransi dan komitmen antara kedua pihak. Di samping itu, muncul dua jenis relasi gender yang terbangun dalam keluarga pemandu karaoke, yakni: relasi patriarkis hirarkis, serta relasi mitra sejajar. Pengaruh Motivasi Bonus, Motivasi Kontrak Hutang, Motivasi Politik dan Kualitas Audit terhadap Manajemen Laba (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Bumn yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kualitas audit terhadap manajemen laba pada Perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan manajemen laba sebagai variabel dependen. Manajemen laba diukur dengan menggunakan Discretionary Accruals (DA) yang dihitung dengan menggunakan Modified Jones Model. Variabel independen yang diteliti antara lain Motivasi Bonus, Motivasi Kontrak dan Kualitas Audit. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013–2017. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kontrak dan Kualitas Audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Laba, sedangkan Motivasi bonus tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran Manajemen Laba. Demam berdarah adalah penyakit demam akut yang ditemukan di daerah tropis, Surabaya merupakan daerah yang endemis penyakit DBD karena setiap tahun pasti terjadi kasus dan kasus yang terjadi juga tinggi. Pada tahun 2000 sampai 2001 mengalami peningkatan kasus yaitu dari 1741 kasus menjadi 2143 kasus.Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit tersebut.Diantaranya program 3M ( Menguras, Menutup, dan Mengubur ), pengasapan ( fogging ) pada setiap daerah yang merupakan endemis DBD. Namun tetap saja masih ada korban, bahkan terus meningkat dari tahun – tahun. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan pula sistem yang mampu memberikan pertolongan. A Subtitling Analysis Of English Modal Verb In Inside Out (2015) Film

The research paper studies about English modal verb in subtitling Inside Out (2015) film. The study aims (1) to identify the subtitling variations of the English modal verbs in Inside Out (2015) film and (2) to describe the accuracy of English modal verbs translation found in the subtitling in Inside Out (2015) film. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of the study is the movie entitled Inside Out (2015) and its subtitling. The data of this study is sentences consisting modal verb found in Inside Out (2015) film. Data source used in this research is subtitling script of Inside Out (2015) film. The researcher uses document and questionnaire raters in collecting data. The data are analyzed by using comparing the method. The result of the study shows that there are 4 types of English modal verb. They are English modal into modal verb, English modal verb into adverb, English modal verb into verb, and English modal verb into untranslated. There are 64 data or 37% consist of English modal verb which are translated into Indonesian Modal Verb. The modal verb will that is 18 data or 28,1%, 2 data or 3,1% would , 24 data or 18.7% can, 7 data or 10,9% could, 1 datum or 1,6% may, 4 data or 6,3% should, and, 7 data or 10,9% have to. There are 38 data or 22% consist of English modal verb which are translated into Indonesian Adverb. The modal verb will is 13 data or 34,2%, 7 data or 18,4% would, 8 data or 21,1% can, 3 data or 8% may, 2 data or 5,2% might, 4 data or 10,5% should, and, 1 datum or 2,6% should. There are 49 data or 29% consist of English modal verb which translated into Indonesian Verb. The modal verb will is 4 data or 8%, 4 data or 8% would, 21 data or 43,8% can, 6 data or 12% could, 1 datum or 2% may, 1 datum or 2% must, 6 data or 12% should, and, 6 data or 12% have to. There are 21 data or 12% consist of English modal verb which is untranslated. They will is 10 data or 47,6%, 5 data or 23,8% would, data or 9,5% can, 1 datum or 4,8% could, 2 data or 9,5% might, and, 1 datum or 4,8% should. Rekonstruksi Lahan Idle yang Terintrusi Air Laut Menjadi Areal Sawah-Tambak

Many farmers' farmlands are found to be unproductive according to their owner's wishes. The condition is sometimes left even abandoned by the owner because it does not produce economic value for the welfare of the fishermen farming community. Touch of technology is expected to change the condition of the land from idle to helpless. Therefore, a study and constructive approach was carried out in the form of reconstruction of idle land that was intrused by seawater belonging to farmer groups in the form of reconstruction of idle land into paddy fields and ponds so that it was suitable for cultivation. This activity was carried out in Oring Lawallu Village, Soppeng Riaja Barru District of South Sulawesi. The study began with a site survey, socialization and land reconstruction from an idle paddy field to paddy fields for rice and caren for shrimp farming. The area of land used is seawater intrusion land of about 1 ha, which is owned by 5 members of the Massiddie farmer group, then reconstructed using an excavator owned by the Dinas Perikanan District of Barru. The results of the land reconstruction activities consisted of 0.363 ha of land area and caren land of around 0.242 ha equipped with 0.092 ha of reservoir and the rest of the canal and dike separating between paddy fields / ponds. The lands that have been reconstructed are suitable to be used as land for cultivation of rice and tiger shrimp and other aquaculture commoditie

The K2K SciBar Detector

A new near detector, SciBar, for the K2K long-baseline neutrino oscillation expe riment was installed to improve the measurement of neutrino energy spectrum and to study neutrino interactions in the energy region around 1 GeV. SciBar is a 'fully active' tracking detector with fine segmentation consisting of plastic scintillator bars. The detector was constructed in summer 2003 and is taking data since October 2003. Experimental study of the atmospheric neutrino backgrounds for proton decay to positron and neutral pion searches in water Cherenkov detectors

The atmospheric neutrino background for proton decay to positron and neutral pion in ring imaging water Cherenkov detectors is studied with an artificial accelerator neutrino beam for the first time. In total, about 314,000 neutrino events corresponding to about 10 megaton-years of atmospheric neutrino interactions were collected by a 1,000 ton water Cherenkov detector (KT). The KT charged-current single neutral pion production data are well reproduced by simulation programs of neutrino and secondary hadronic interactions used in the Super-Kamiokande (SK) proton decay search. The obtained proton to positron and neutral pion background rate by the KT data for SK from the atmospheric neutrinos whose energies are below 3 GeV is about two per megaton-year. This result is also relevant to possible future, megaton-scale water Cherenkov detectors.Comment: 13 pages, 16 figure

Search for coherent charged pion production in neutrino-carbon interactions

We report the result from a search for charged-current coherent pion production induced by muon neutrinos with a mean energy of 1.3 GeV. The data are collected with a fully active scintillator detector in the K2K long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiment. No evidence for coherent pion production is observed and an upper limit of $0.60 \times 10^{-2}$ is set on the cross section ratio of coherent pion production to the total charged-current interaction at 90% confidence level. This is the first experimental limit for coherent charged pion production in the energy region of a few GeV.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure
