    Antecedent of Innovation and Marketing Performance In Batik Industry

    Batik is one of the important industries and the pride of Indonesia. Batik is a world cultural heritage which is originally Indonesia. In batik industry, innovation is one of the important factors that will improve marketing performance. This study wanted to test some of the main drivers of innovation and marketing performance on Batik SMEs. The purpose of this study is (1) Testing the influence of social capital on innovation and marketing performance; (2) Testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation and marketing performance; and (3) Testing the influence of co-creation on innovation and marketing performance. The research sample consisted of 161 batik businesses in the city of Sragen and Purwodadi. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS and processed using WarpPls with version 5. The results of this study indicate that only some of the hypotheses are accepted, such as (1) entrepreneurial orientation is able to significantly improve innovation, (2) co-creation is able to significantly increase innovation, (3) market capability is able to significantly improve innovation, and (4) market capability is able to significantly improve marketing performance Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Social Capital, Market Capabilities, Co-Creation, Innovation, Marketing Performanc

    A STUDY OF PLANNED IMPULSIVE BUYING ON CONSUMERS IN INDONESIA

    ABSTRACT Marketing process in a company will be successful if they can understand the unique character of their consumers. Unique characteristic of Indonesian consumer who unplanned and who have unplanned spending pattern became such opportunities for the company to sell their product. Research gap about buying behaviour between previous researchers became the problem of this research. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of interaction, situational factors and fashion involvement on positive emotion and planned impulsive buying. This research was limited on planned impulsive buying, whereas consumer already made such plan to go shopping but in fact they bought more than what they already planned before because of spontanious or suddenly cause. Sample collection technique used in this research was purposive sampling where respondents have to meet the criteria established by the researcher. The result from path analysis proved that the first hypothesis that the interaction with the salesforce on unplanned impulsive buying was rejected. The second hypothesis until the last hypothesis accepted. This study provides an overview of the importance to give a big discount (sale) programs, product variation and new trend products which will improve positive emotion and increase planned impulsive buying. Situational factors like crowd levels of store, comfortable shopping place, and well-organized layout also raise positive emotion and planned impulsive buying. In fact, most of the respondent felt that the crowded shopping situation makes them curious and raises positive emotions that motivated to make a purchase.     Model of Relationship Marketing Partnerships Between Batik SMEs and Batik Distributors in Central Java, Indonesia

    This article develops and tests the model for the determinants of satisfaction and loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze: (1) the effect of confident on relationship quality, (2) the effect of confidence on mutual benefit, (3) the effect of mutual benefit on relationship quality, (4) the effect of relationship quality on satisfaction, (5) the effect of mutual benefit on satisfaction, (6) the effect of mutual benefit on loyalty, and (7) the effect of satisfaction on loyalty. This model was tested using data obtained from 131 batik dealers in Semarang, Indonesia. The hypotheses are tested using Partial Least Square (PLS), all supported by the results of the confirmation of confidence, mutual benefit, which are found to be the key drivers of relationship quality, satisfaction and loyalty. This study emphasizes the role of relationship quality and mutual benefit as mediation for the variables of confidence and loyalty. The implications of the findings in this research towards the application of relationship marketing are: First, effort should be made to increase the confidence between suppliers and dealers who help market the product. Second, to ensure a long-term partnership between the enterprising parties, the quality of relationship between suppliers and craftsmen or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) should be enhanced, so that the satisfaction of craftsmen or SMEs will be the better. Third, Craftsmen or SMEs should be more transparent in determining the mutual benefit with suppliers to improve satisfaction so as to create a profitable partnership for both enterprising parties. Fourth, satisfaction of dealers with craftsmen or SMEs should be increased so that the craftsman or SMEs can provide and meet the required product requested by the dealers in a timely manner

    One of the leading industrial companies in automotive manufacturing is PT Astra International Tbk, which is also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to find out how to measure profitability using ROE, ROA, NPM, and GPM ratios for PT. Astra International Tbk in 2019–2022. The study in question uses descriptive quantitative methods, which involve analyzing company employee data, and a special type of study using time series data from 2020-2022 financial forecasts. The results of the analysis show that financial work is based on profitability; this shows ROE, ROA, and NPM are consistently increasing year after year and at a higher rate than the industry. This shows that there is a good financial job. GPM will fluctuate between 2020 and 2021, and there will be another increase in the following year, 2022

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dewan tentang anggaran terhadap pengawasan keuangan daerah dengan komitmen organisasi dan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai variabel moderating. Pengertian pengawasan keuangan daerah adalah tindakan yang dilakukan untuk menjamin agar penerimaan daerah dan pengeluaran daerah tidak menyimpang dari rencana yang digariskan dalam anggaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Boyolali, Klaten, dan Sukoharjo. Tehnik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah convennience sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 62. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisisan kuesioner yang dilakukan oleh anggota dewan. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Sebelum pengujian hipotesis, dilakukan pengujian instrumen yang meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji normalitas. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji signifikan simultan (uji-f), uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji signifikan parsial (uji-t). Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa, pengetahuan dewan tentang anggaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengawasan keuangan daerah. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara pengetahuan dewan tentang anggaran dengan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pengawasan keuangan daerah. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara pengetahuan dewan tentang anggaran dengan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap pengawasan keuangan daerah

    Cerai atau talak adalah salah satu perbuatan hukum berupa pemutusan hubungan perkawinan dari pihak suami kepada pihak isteri. Dalam pasal 39 ayat (1) Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 dan pasal 65 Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1989 ditentuhkan bahwa:”perceraian hanya dapat dilakukan di depan sidang Pengadilan yang bersangkutan berusaha dan tidak berhasil mendamaikan kedua belah pihak (suami-isteri)”. Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), sebagai salah satu lembaga keagamaan Islam di negara Indonesia telah mengeluarkan Fatwa MUI tahun 2012 tentang talak di luar pengadilan, yang berisikan tentang beberapa pertimbangan, dasar hukum serta hukum dari talak. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan ini terdiri dari tiga permasalahan yakni: Bagaimana latar belakang fatwa Ijtima’ Ulama Majelis Ulama Indonesia IV tahun 2012 tentang talak di luar pengadilan, bagaimana istinbath hukum yang digunakan oleh Ijtima’ Ulama Majelis Ulama Indonesia dan bagaimana akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan oleh putusan Ijtima’ Ulama Majelis Ulama Indonesia IV tahun 2012 tentang talak di luar pengadilan. Dalam penyelesaian permasalahan ini, penulis melakukan penulisan secara kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data-data kepustakaan atau sering disebut dengan istilah library research. Dalam penulisan ini penulis juga menggunakan analisis yang bersifat “deskriptif” yang berusaha menggambarkan mengenai masalah tersebut. Metode ini digunakan untuk memahami pendapat dan dasar hukum yang dipakai oleh MUI tentang Talak di luar Pengadilan. Hasil penulisan yang penulis dapatkan bahwa yang melatar belakangi MUI memutuskan talak di luar pengadilan karena dalam prakteknya Al-Qur’an dan hadits tidak mengatur secara terperinci mengenai tata cara talak. maka terjadi perbedaan pendapat ulama dalam masalah ini dan hukum senantiasa berubah seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, namun tidak semua hukum mengalami perubahan. Hukum berubah karena adanya persoalan-persoalan baru atau ada hukum yang memang perlu untuk ditinjau kembali. Maka MUI memfatwakan tentang talak di luar pengadilan itu sah, MUI dalam menetapkan fatwa yang telah diputuskan dalam SK Dewan Pimpinan MUI Nomor: U-596/MUI/IX/1997, menyebutkan bahwa setiap keputusan fatwa harus mempunyai dasar atas Kitabullah dan Sunnah Rasul yang mu'tabarah, menggunakan kaidah fiqih yang tidak bertentangan dengan kemaslahatan umat. Meskipun MUI dalam mensahkan sudah mempertimbangkan kemaslahatan dan kemadharatannya, masyarakat kebanyakan menyalahgunakan putusan tersebut, sehingga talak di luar pengadilan jadi merajalela dan mereka justru dengan seenaknya menjatuhkan talak kepada isteri dan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan jika perceraian dilakukan di luar sidang pengadilan di antaranya, mempersulit administrasi kependudukan negara, akibat hukum tehadap anak, dan akibat hukum terhadap isteri

    Implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Anak

    This study aims to describe differentiation learning in increasing children's creativity. The research approach used is a qualitative research approach. Data was collected using observation sheets, interviews and documentation. The documentation used is anecdotal notes, child development reports and works. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique which contains four stages including: data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. To see the validity of the data in this study, the validity of the data was tested using technical triangulation. The results of the study show that differentiated learning develops children's creative abilities through providing opportunities for children to learn according to their individual characteristics and providing various choices of media that can be used by children according to their interests. So that children are free to be creative through facilitated mediaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dokumentasi yang digunakan adalah catatan anekdot, laporan perkembangan anak dan hasil karya. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman yang memuat empat tahapan diantaranya: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, Data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk melihan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini, maka data diuji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi Teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mengembangan kemampuan kreatifitas anak melalui pemberian kesempatan pada anak untuk belajar sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing dan memberikan berbagai pilihan media yang dapat digunakan oleh anak sesuai dengan minatnya.     Implementation of Accounting Standards as an effort to realize the Accountability of Sharia Microfinance Institutions

    Purpose - This study aims to analyze the presentation of the financial statements of what factors influence the presentation of the financial statements of Islamic microfinance institutions according to PSAK 101.  Method - This study aims to explore the implementation of accounting standards which are the basis for the presentation of financial statements of Islamic entities, therefore field research with qualitative methods is considered the most appropriate in this study.Result - The results of this study show that in the implementation of accounting standards, sharia people's credit banks have implemented applicable accounting standards while  sharia savings and loan cooperatives which are part of sharia entities have not been fully implemented, this is because there are several parts of financial statements that are not presented even though these parts are not crucial, for example zakat infaq and sodaqoh reports some  sharia entities do not present because the ZIS levy has been managed by a separate institution so that the reporting is also separate, besides that there are still many human resources who do not understand sharia SAK is an obstacle that is commonly encountered in the field.Implication - Referring to the results of this research, through this research, it is hoped that it will have implications for efforts to improve the competence of financial human resources in order to better understand the applicable accounting standards.Originality - This study seeks to compare the implementation of the presentation of financial statements in several BPRS and  BMT and identify weaknesses in the implementation of SAK.

    GAMBARAN FAKTOR RISIKO TERJADINYA PENYAKIT JANTUNG HIPERTENSI DI RSUD DR ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH

    ABSTRAKHipertensi adalah hal yang paling umum dari semua permasalahan kesehatan dan merupakan faktor risiko yang paling tinggi untuk gangguan kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi terjadinya penyakit jantung hipertensi berdasarkan pola makan, aktivitas fisik, merokok, usia, indeks massa tubuh, riwayat keluarga dan jenis kelamin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, persentase penderita penyakit jantung hipertensi dengan hipertensi stage II sebesar 56,67%. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa responden dengan pola makan kurang baik cenderung menderita hipertensi stage II (57,89%), aktivitas fisik kurang baik cenderung menderita hipertensi stage II (57,14%), perokok ringan cenderung menderita hipertensi stage II (100%), usia tidak berisiko cenderung menderita hipertensi stage II (60,00%), responden dengan IMT normal cenderung menderita hipertensi stage II (61,54%), responden dengan tidak adanya riwayat keluarga cenderung hipertensi stage II (66,67%) dan yang berjenis kelamin perempuan cenderung menderita hipertensi stage II (58,33%). Perlunya menjaga gaya hidup yang baik, mengurangi berat badan dan kontrol rutin agar tidak timbul komplikasi lebih lanjut.Kata Kunci: penyakit jantung hipertensi, faktor risiko, hipertens

    This research is intended to examine the effect of Social Media, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Product Variations on Purchase Decisions, namely a food product produced by Okay Enak Rawamangun.The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach, using the latest SPSS 26.0 software. In this study, users who had purchased food items with the Oke Enak Rawamangun product. Sampling was based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 97 buyers of Oke Enak. In terms of data used in research is primary data. In collecting data using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2) to see how much it contributes to purchasing decisions.This research produces evidence that (1) Social Media has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the field of Ok Delicious Rawamangun food, then (2) Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (3) Product Variation has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions and it is also proven (4). Social Media, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Product Variations collectively have an influence on the decision to purchase Okay Enak Rawamangun food products
