Usaha kecil dan industri rumah tangga belakangan ini memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat khususnya mendukung pendapatan rumah tangga. Usaha rumahan produk olahan tepung “akar kelapa” saat ini sulit didapatkan karena diproduksi terutama pada saat Hari Raya. Pelatihan strategi pemasaran bertujuan melestarikan produk lokal dan meningkatkan pemahaman akan pentingnya strategi pemasaran dalam usaha. Pengabdian ini bertujuan edukasi tentang strategi pemasaran untuk menjaga produk lokal dan mendukung ekonomi, terutama industri rumahan.Kegiatan ini melibatkan Ibu-Ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Marga Mulya RT 005/ RW 01 Kota Bekasi dengan metode ceramah dan praktek. Pengolahan Sampah Polimer Termoplastik dan Termoset di Lingkungan Bank Sampah Induk Kabupaten Jember
The Jember Regency Main Garbage Bank has the role of fostering and coordinating the Unit Garbage Bank in the Jember Regency area. BSI had several problems in terms of how to sort polymer waste and the need for technological tools for processing plastic polymer waste. The purpose of the PKM activity is to convey knowledge, information and technology for processing plastic polymer waste. The socialization that has been delivered is related to thermoplastic and thermoset polymer waste processing technology based on physical, chemical, technological and mechanical properties, as well as management and marketing strategy for waste bank products. After interviews with BSI and BSU management, discussions with participants, mentoring, and evaluation with partners; The PKM team presented that a Garbage Bank in the city of Jember really needs a plastic polymer waste counting tool to realize the Zero Waste program, increase economic value, usability and aesthetic value. Processing of plastic polymer waste has several methods, namely; recycling plastic waste into handicraft products, turning plastic waste into pellets, processing plastic waste into; fuel oil, brick mixture, and asphalt, recycling process, namely; Hydrogenation, Glycolysis, Methanolysis, Hydrolysis, Gasification, Pyrolysis and Catalytic Conversion, Recycling methods, namely (primary, secondary, tertiary and quarter) recycling
Penggunaan Media Audio Visual untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris
Penggunaan media akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil akhir sebuah pembelajaran. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manfaat media audio visual pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris serta untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan media audio visual. Hal ini disesuaikan dengan permasalahan yang ada pada mitra yakni tidak adanya media yang dapat membantu anak-anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris mereka. Adapun kegiatan abdimas ini dilaksanakan di desa Kauman, Wonorejo, Pasuruan sebagai mitra yang digandeng oleh peneliti. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak mitra bisa mengembangkan kemampuan putra-putri mereka dalam bidang bahasa Inggris sehingga mampu membantu meningkatkan soft skill mereka
Analisis Efektivitas Penerapan Program Kebijakan Pemutihan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Pendapatan Pajak Daerah di SAMSAT Kabupaten Tegal
One such policy is to increase the number of taxpayers who own motor vehicles but have not been paying taxes. To address this issue, local governments offer an option to waive administrative sanctions for motor vehicle taxes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the motor vehicle tax amnesty policy, as well as to identify obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles in the program’s execution. This study adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods with secondary data as its basis. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax amnesty policy is relatively successful, evident in the increased achievement of motor vehicle tax revenue targets at the Tegal District SAMSAT in the years 2021- 2022. Despite the increase in revenue, there was a decline in realization in 2022 compared to 2021. However, the Tegal District SAMSAT has made efforts to enhance the collection of motor vehicle tax revenue
Digitalisasi Pelayanan dan Inovasi KPU Kabupaten Sleman Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Penyelenggaraan Pemilu 2024
Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Sleman dalam penyelenggaran Pemilu 2024 menjalankan tugas yang tidak ringan. Pada saat tahapan Pemilu berlangsung seperti saat ini, KPU Kabupaten Sleman mengalami peningkatan beban kerja yang sangat tajam.. Saat tahapan pemilu berlangsung, pekerjaan rutin tersebut bertambah dengan pekerjaan tahapan pemilu yang terdiri dari berbagai macam kegiatan seperti pendaftaran dan verifikasi peserta pemilu, pembentukan badan adhoc penyelenggara Pemilu, pemutakhiran data pemilih, penyiapan logistik Pemilu, kampanye, pemungutan dan penghitungan suara serta sengketa hasil pemilu. Banyaknya kegiatan-kegiatan yang termasuk dalam tahapan pemilu membuat beban kerja pegawai KPU Kabupaten/Kota bertambah berat. Dengan penerapan digitalisasi pelayanan, beban pekerjaan lembaga tersebut diharapkan lebih ringan.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka rumusan masalahnya adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama jenis pelayanan apa saja yang berbasis teknologi informasi (digital) yang diterapkan KPU Kabupaten Sleman dalam penyelenggaan Pemilu 2024? Kedua, Apa yang menjadi faktor penghambat pelayanan digital yang diterapkan di KPU Kabupaten Sleman dalam penyelenggaan Pemilu 2024?
Menuju penyelenggaraan Pemilu 2024, KPU Sleman melakukan digitalisasi layanan dan juga sejumlah inovasi. Digitalisasi layanan antara lain dalam bentuk website, media sosial (medsos), E-PPID hingga digitalisasi tahapan pemilu antara lain dalam seleksi PPK dan juga PPS melalui SIAKBA. Ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala. Kendala itu adalah terkait dengan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), budaya dan infrastruktur

Inovasi Kebijakan Publik Pemerintah Daerah DKI Jakarta dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kreatif
The creative industry has the potential to generate unique products and services that are in demand both in the local and international markets. Public policy innovation becomes highly relevant. The local government of DKI Jakarta needs to develop policies that support the growth of the creative economy sector, such as providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, mentoring and training for creative industry players, as well as promoting and marketing local products. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public policy innovation implemented by the local government of DKI Jakarta in driving the growth of the creative economy. The research aims to examine the policies adopted by the local government and evaluate their impact on the growth of the creative economy sector in DKI Jakarta. The research method utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data or literature review. The conclusion of this study is that the public policy innovation implemented by the local government of DKI Jakarta has a significant effectiveness in driving the growth of the creative economy. Through the adoption of policies such as establishing creative spaces, support programs, and relevant regulations, the local government has created an environment conducive to the development of the creative economy sector. Relevant data shows an increase in the number of creative industry players, job opportunities, and the quality of products and services produced by creative industry players in DKI Jakarta.
Pemanfaatan Minyak Jelantah sebagai Lilin Aroma Terapi untuk Meningkatkan Minat Berwirausaha Pemuda Muhammadiyah Desa Batu Belah
This service activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial interest of Muhammadiyah Youth members in Batu Belah Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, by utilizing community waste, namely used cooking oil which is disposed of in the surrounding environment. The method used is to provide training in processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles. From the training provided, it is hoped that it will create a new entrepreneur in the partner environment so that it can increase the income of its members
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi
Public service is the State's effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen regarding goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers, it is government. This research aims to know the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office in Bekasi Regency of West Java Province. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and document review with seven informants (sub-district officers). The research findings indicate that the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office has not been well-implemented overall, as assessed across five dimensions of public service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In terms of tangibles, the waiting area (lobby) lacks amenities such as air conditioning, leading to discomfort for individuals waiting in the space. Regarding reliability, the efficiency of administrative processing by staff is relatively good, evident in their competence and proficiency in utilizing available office technology as a tool to facilitate public service processes. However, responsiveness in serving the public is not fully experienced by the community, as service personnel do not consistently adhere to appropriate timelines, and there are unresolved complaints that have not been promptly addressed. Assurance reveals instances where services remain uncompleted within predetermined timeframes. Additionally, there is evidence of preferential treatment for individuals with familial connections, indicating a lack of empathy in the delivery of public services
Implementasi Program Kartu Identitas Anak Dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kelurahan Kalijudan Kota Surabaya
Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir, 30.1 persen atau 79 juta jiwa dari seluruh penduduk Indonesia adalah anak-anak. Untuk itu, pemerintah mempunyai strategi program kartu identitas anak di Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 tahun 2016. Implementasi program ini agar pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan anak yang belum memiliki KTP untuk mendapatkan tanda pengenal kependudukan. Akan tetapi, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa sebagian masyarakat tidak tertib pengurusan administrasi kependudukan kartu identitas anak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Program Kartu Identitas Anak dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kelurahan Kalijudan Kota Surabaya beserta aspek internal dan aspek eksternal. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek internal dan eksternal yang memiliki hubungan terhadap pelaksanaan Implementasi Program Kartu Identitas Anak dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kelurahan Kalijudan Surabaya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia atau pegawai yang memadai serta berkompeten, SOP pelayanan jelas, pelayanan di kelurahan dan balai RW secara online pada website Klampid New Generation. Namun, sosialisasi perlu ditingkatkan kembali supaya meningkatkan kesadaran warga tentang manfaat dan kepemilikan dokumen kependudukan kartu identitas anak
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN LAMPU LED PHILIPS (STUDI KASUS PADA WILAYAH KECAMATAN CIKARANG TIMUR)
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data retrieval techniques with research instruments used are in the form of questionnaires and literature. Sampling technique in this study is Non- probability sampling the sample of this study is the Philips lamp users in the district of East Cikarang, Central Jakarta and obtained 150 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. In this study the authors used SPSS 26.The results of this study showed that the product quality (X1) there is a partial and significant influence on the purchase decision (Y) on Philips LED lamps by 72.7%. Price (X2) has a partial and significant influence on the purchase decision (Y) on Philips LED lamps by 66.1%. Other results, that together the product quality (X1) and price (X2) there is a significant influence on the purchase decision (Y) on Philips LED lights by 80.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model of this study that was not studied by the researche
