Reestructuración financiera en la empresa IPANÚ

91 páginasEl análisis y la gestión financiera son herramientas claves para lograr la maximización de la rentabilidad de cualquier negocio, estas permiten estar al tanto de la salud financiera y apoyan al desarrollo de un plan estratégico. Es por esto que en la compañía Ipanú de venta directa se debe realizar una reestructuración financiera, ya que es un tema al que no se le ha prestado mayor atención, pero dado el crecimiento de las ventas es necesario implementar el análisis y la toma de decisiones basada en informes financieros. El propósito de este trabajo es definir un modelo de gestión financiera para esta empresa que permita una correcta administración del negocio y apoye el proceso de toma de decisiones del equipo directivo y los socios. Para lograr este objetivo se realizaron entrevistas a otras empresas y reuniones constantes con los encargados de cada área, en especial con el área contable, para entender claramente los procesos de toda la compañía y como estos pueden afectarla financieramente. A partir de varias visitas a la compañía se generaron propuestas para el modelo contable e informes financieros los cuales fueron aprobados por los directivos. Como resultado final se reestructuró el plan único de cuentas, se implementó el modelo de contabilidad administrativa por centros de costos, se realizó y documentó el proceso de presupuestación del 2019 con las plantillas respectivas para su correcto seguimiento. Además, se crearon estados de resultados detallados por categorías, zonas y regiones, los cuales permiten analizar la rentabilidad de forma más detallada, y finalmente se construyó el flujo de efectivo del 2019 y su proyección a 3 años, con el fin de conocer las necesidades de efectivo de la compañía a futuro e implementar estrategias de inversión o deuda dependiendo del estado del flujo.PregradoIngeniero(a) Administrativo(a

Estudio del medio geográfico rural y desarrollo del pensamiento crítico desde el semillero de geografía

RESUMEN: El trabajo de grado estudio del medio geográfico rural y desarrollo de pensamiento crítico desde el semillero de geografía del Colegio Bethlemitas de Bello, es una investigación donde se entrelazan intereses relacionados con la búsqueda de una enseñanza renovada de la geografía que potencie habilidades de pensamiento crítico y, la revisión analítica del medio geográfico como una acepción que invita a la lectura del espacio rural y con ello a un aprendizaje con sentido de las ciencias sociales escolares. La pregunta orientadora ¿Cómo formar habilidades de pensamiento crítico a través del estudio del medio geográfico rural en estudiantes de educación básica del Colegio Bethlemitas Bello? se abordó desde el estudio de medio geográfico, entendido desde planteamientos como los de Debesse, A. (1974), el medio ambiente y los recursos que provee, Santos, M. (2000), el medio producido desde el concurso de lo científico técnico e informacional; Pulgarín (2002), el medio en su relación con el uso de quienes lo habitan y transforman; Zenobi, V (2009), desde las atribuciones físicas de los lugares; entre otros. El proceso investigativo tuvo una orientación crítica, desde la metodología del estudio de caso y elementos de la investigación acción, buscó transformar las prácticas de enseñanza de la geografía y la manera como las estudiantes se relacionan con el medio geográfico que habitan, mediante la conformación de un semillero de investigación; con el objetivo de promover el conocimiento geográfico a través de la salida de campo y la lectura crítica y fundamentada de los espacios. Y se construye así, una propuesta didáctica que conllevó a un reconocimiento del semillero como una estrategia que favorece la inclusión de nuevos métodos, medios y formas de aprender con sentido

Use of ICT in the teaching of art and design in the context of secondary education in Italy

Currently, we are participating in the discovery and use of different multimedia resources, digital platforms and technological devices that are making inroads into the educational system. This study deals with the use of new multimedia technologies, specifically developed in a Secondary School of First Cycle in Sicily in the province of Agrigento. The purpose of this communication is to present partial results of a broader research project on the use of ICT in teaching art and design in the context of secondary education in Sicily with the intention to explore the impact on the methodology multimedia teaching resources and technological devices. We intend to develop an innovative methodology for teaching art and image based on the use of the interactive whiteboard and tablets. We consider relevant the use of multimedia interactive whiteboard because it promotes student interaction with touch curriculum content or with a stylus. In this research from the constant daily use of the interactive whiteboard we try to promote and strengthen new and different ways of teaching and communication. We assume that the tablet in the classroom stimulates student participation, but at the same time transforms the role of the teacher. In addition, we aim to develop digital teaching strategies and action research tools in the classroom. This paper develops from the paradigm of qualitative research literature search that pays special attention both digital tools and skills to teachers and learners. We highlight the fundamental role of schools, as well as national and European institutions in decision-making regarding the use of technology in the classroom. Following the studies of Stake (1995) we opted for a case study working with a sample of 6 classrooms of the Comprehensive Agricento Institute (Sicily). Among the methods / research instruments highlight the diary, interviews, classroom observations and content analysis of the documentation center. The results are provisional as it is an ongoing investigation. The different interventions carried out with the use of ICT in the center under study are analyzed and described. The use of technology in school is an opportunity for students who want to grow with methodological innovation. The arrival of tablets and new digital technologies in the classroom have changed and revolutionized the educational contexts of all school staff, also underlining the need for change in Italian schools. We are in the process of analyzing and interpreting the information, although some interviews and classroom observations still need to be done. As for the conclusions we are in the development of research studies. The work done we can infer that these technologies favor school integration of all students and help train teachers in acquiring new skills / abilities. Primary Educational Strategies in Times of Digital Curriculum

Our contribution is based on the most noteworthy results of a research project focusing on teaching strategies at a time when the contents of the primary education curriculum are becoming digital. The expansion of the digital content industry is forcing a paradigm shift. In this paper we analyse the strategies implemented by teachers of the fifth and sixth year of primary school in relation with the digitisation of curricular content. With this aim, we planned our research following ethnographic methodology, analysing a period of two years of a case study. The main data collection tools we used are the analysis of the centre’s documents and website, semi-structured interviews with different participants, and direct observation of fifth and sixth year primary education classrooms.  We can infer from the analysis that technology facilitates processes of inclusion in the centre, enhancing collaborative and cooperative work. Furthermore, the use of digital devices promotes attention to diversity. The implementation of digital technologies in schools implies redefining teaching practices and teaching-learning processes.The results show that the addition of digital materials is a step forward in the centre’s attention to diversity, improving accessibility and overcoming the digital gap thanks to schools’ access to technological resources

Las razones para valorar una empresa y los métodos empleados

Los aspectos que se deben considerar a la hora de valorar una empresa son múltiples, ya que el valor varía de acuerdo a las percepciones o las razones de los interesados, la información, el sector, el contexto y el método empleado, entre otros. El objetivo de este artículo, es el de difundir algunos resultados del trabajo de investigación del Grupo de Estudio del Mercado de Valores del Programa de Economía de la Universidad de Medellín en el tema de valoración de empresas, presentando una breve descripción de las razones que pueden motivar un proceso de valoración, los métodos de valoración de empresas y los resultados derivados de un caso de valoración de una empresa ficticia. La conclusión principal, es que en todo análisis de inversión de una empresa es indispensable un proceso de valoración, debido a la transferencia implícita de valor, y a la definición de puntos importantes para su normal funcionamiento y el eficiente desarrollo de su activida

Impairment of PGC-1 alpha up-regulation enhances nitrosative stress in the liver during acute pancreatitis in obese mice

Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory process of the pancreatic tissue that often leads to distant organ dysfunction. Although liver injury is uncommon in acute pancreatitis, obesity is a risk factor for the development of hepatic complications. The aim of this work was to evaluate the role of PGC-1α in inflammatory response regulation in the liver and its contribution to the detrimental effect of obesity on the liver during acute pancreatitis. For this purpose, we induced acute pancreatitis by cerulein in not only wild-type (WT) and PGC-1α knockout (KO) mice, but also in lean and obese mice. PGC-1α levels were up-regulated in the mice livers with pancreatitis. The increased PGC-1α levels were bound to p65 to restrain its transcriptional activity toward Nos2. Lack of PGC-1α favored the assembly of the p65/phospho-STAT3 complex, which promoted Nos2 expression during acute pancreatitis. The increased transcript Nos2 levels and the pro-oxidant liver status caused by the down-regulated expression of the PGC-1α-dependent antioxidant genes enhanced nitrosative stress and decreased energy charge in the livers of the PGC-1α KO mice with pancreatitis. It is noteworthy that the PGC-1α levels lowered in the obese mice livers, which increased the Nos2 mRNA expression and protein nitration levels and decreased energy charge during pancreatitis. In conclusion, obesity impairs PGC-1α up-regulation in the liver to cause nitrosative stress during acute pancreatitis.This work was supported by Grant GV/2019/153 from the Generalitat Valenciana, Conselleria d’Educació, Investigació, Cultura I Esport

Los aspectos que se deben considerar a la hora de valorar una empresa son múltiples, ya que el valor varía de acuerdo a las percepciones o las razones de los interesados, la información, el sector, el contexto y el método empleado, entre otros.
