La producció d'estudis contemporanis sobre cinema desenvolupats des de València ha pres forma particularment en múltiples publicacions, fins al punt de constituir un potent focus editor. Aquest article se centra en les publicacions sobre cinema a València, durant les tres darreres dècades. Contextualitzant el sorgiment de múltiples plataformes d'edició amb la llarga tradició cinematogràfica de València del segle XX (des del naixement de CIFESA els anys trenta fins a les recents revistes universitàries, passant per Cartelera Turia i l'experiència de Fernando Torres Editor durant els anys de la transició política), l'autor intenta recollir les diverses línies d'estudi que han articulat les diferents sèries de llibres i revistes del període.The large number of recent Valencian studies on cinema has led to so many publications that Valencia is considered an important source of publications on the subject. The present article focuses on the last three decades of Valencian publications on cinema. By describing the context underlying the establishment of various publishing platforms, with long cinematographic traditions, in Valencia during the 20th century—from the birth of Compañía Industrial Film Español, S.A. (CIFESA) in the 1930s; to Cartelera Turia and the experience of publisher, Fernando Torres, in the years of political transition; to university journals of the present—the author provides an overview of the diverse lines of study forming the content of the various books and journals of the period

Report on the 7th International Meeting of the IUGS Lower Cretaceous Ammonite Working Group, the Kilian Group (Warsaw, Poland, 21st August 2022): State of the art on the current Standard Ammonite Zonation of the Western Tethyan Mediterranean Province

The 7th meeting of the IUGS Lower Cretaceous Ammonite Working Group the ‘Kilian Group (KG)’ was held in Warsaw, Poland, on 21st August 2022. Need of major changes for the Jurassic/Cretaceous transition, namely to the uppermost Tithonian and lower Berriasian, and for the upper Aptian and Albian schemes is a long-known issue, which are finally conceptualized and hereby introduced into the Standard Mediterranean Ammonite Zonation (SMAZ, Western Tethys). Besides, refinements were added to the Valanginian and Hauterivian stages, discussion on some zonal indices and units are also provided. The KG highlights again the exclusive use of interval zones and subzones. Most important changes of the uppermost TithonianeBerriasian stages are the followings: i) use of two folded Berriasian is agreed, to be in better accordance with ammonite turnovers and microfossil framework; ii) uppermost Tithonian Lopeziceras chaperi, top-uppermost Tithonian to lowermost Berriasian Praedalmasiceras progenitor and lower Berriasian Pseudosubplanites grandis Zones are accepted to be introduced into the SMAZ, these three zones to cover the former ‘Berriasella’ jacobi Zone auctorum which is formally abandoned; iii) lower Berriasian Delphinella delphinensis Subzone is accepted as a reliable marker level of the upper Praedalmasiceras progenitor Zone; iv) Strambergella jacobi Zone is established and discussed. Tirnovella occitanica Zone and Tirnovella subalpina Subzone are discussed. Modifications on the Valanginian zonation are the followings: i) Neocomites premolicus Subzone is re-defined, ii) Neolissoceras (Vergoliceras) salinarium Subzone is introduced; iii) Neocomites neocomiensiformis Zone is divided into two subzones, the lower N. neocomiensiformis and the upper Busnardoites campylotoxus Subzones. Modifications on the Hauterivian stage are the followings: i) all horizons are deleted; ii) Olcostephanus (Olcostephanus) variegatus Subzone is introduced; iii) Balearites angulicostatus Subzone is introduced; iv) all subzonal index-species of the B. balearis Zone are assigned to genus Balearites; v) Pseudothurmannia mortilleti is considered as a senior synonym of P. catulloi, therefore its nominal subzone also changed its name to mortilleti. No change in the Barremian scheme, however the base of Toxancyloceras vandenheckii Subzone and Zone is defined by the first appearance of the genus Toxancyloceras. Most important changes of the upper Aptian zonation are the followings: i) Nolaniceras nolani and 'Hypacanthoplites jacobi' zones are retained from the SMAZ; ii) re-introduction of Diadochoceras nodosocostatum Zone is given. For the AptianeAlbian transition interval, introduction of ‘Hypacanthoplites’ elegans Zone is accepted, where the Aptian/Albian boundary lies within. Most important zonal changes of the Albian stage are: i) the Leymeriella-based succession is abandoned from the SMAZ and replaced by the cosmopolitan Douvilleiceras-based succession; ii) Douvilleiceras leightonense Zone is introduced; iii) middle Albian Hoplites dentatus, Euhoplites loricatus, Euhoplites lautus Zones and Hoplites spathi Subzone are retained from the SMAZ and restricted to the Boreal ammonite scheme; iv) Lyelliceras lyelli Subzone arisen to zonal rank defining the basal middle Albian; v) Oxytropidoceras (Oxytropidoceras) roissyanum Zone is introduced; vi) upper Albian zonation based on the phyletic lineage of Mortoniceratids is kept, however generic names of the indices are modified to Pervinquieria; vii) Pervinquieria pricei Zone is divided into three subzones of Hysteroceras varicosum, H. binum and H. choffati from the oldest to youngest; viii) Pervinquieria inflata Zone is divided into two subzones of Hysteroceras bucklandi and Cantabrigites spp. The KG tributes to our recently deceased ammonitologist colleagues in the Supplement, a discussion on the future work is provided. Perception and Demands of Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women Regarding Their Role as Participants in Environmental Research Studies

A significant proportion of scientific studies consider pregnant and breastfeeding women as vulnerable subjects. The objective of this study was to analyse the perception of pregnant and breastfeeding women regarding their participation in environmental research studies. Our work is a descriptive and interpretative observational study that has been developed under the qualitative research paradigm following a phenomenological and ethnographic perspective. The study involved 173 women selected intentionally in two Spanish autonomous communities. To obtain the primary data, we relied upon 111 interviews, four focused ethnographies and eight focus groups. The data encoding and analysis was carried out with the help of NVivo 12 software (QSR International, Boston, MA, USA). We evidenced the need of pregnant and breastfeeding women for more detailed and accurate information on the risk of environmental pollutant exposure during their crucial life stage. In addition, these women claimed for a more participatory role in research studies. Pregnant and breastfeeding women in Spain ask for greater interaction with researchers and propose a dialogical relationship between valid partners. We conclude that our pregnant and breastfeeding women claim more research focused on their collective, as well as clearer, more accessible and structured information on the risks of exposure to environmental contaminants. Aplicación Android: Red social de búsqueda de aparcamiento

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en la creación de una ap icación móvil desarrollada para sistemas operativos Android. Se trata de una red social de búsqueda de aparcamiento para coches, que utiliza un sistema de puntuaciones basado en el buen o mal comportamiento de los usuarios. Estos pueden promocionar sus puntuaciones mediante el buen uso de la aplicación, y así obtener una visualización completa de aparcamientos libres cerca de su destino. En cambio, los usuarios que no tengan suficiente puntuación por mal uso de la aplicación no van a tener una visualización completa. El proceso de desarrollo de la aplicación se ha llevado a cabo en dos fases bien diferenciadas. Un primer proceso de diseño centrado en el usuario, atendiendo sobretodo al contexto de uso, y posteriormente, se ha realizado la implementación y desarrollo de la aplicación utilizando tecnologías como Java, XML, JSON y PHP, además de los Servicios Web de Google Maps necesarios tanto para la geolocalización de los usuarios como de los aparcamientos. Por último, la aplicación se sirve de una base de datos MySQL para el almacenamiento de los datos de los usuarios y de las l calizaciones de aparcamientos libres, entre otros.[EN] This Final Project consists on the creation of a mobile application developed for Android operating systems. This is a social network of parking search for cars that uses a scoring system based on the good or bad behavior of users. These can promote their scores through good use of the application, and get a complete view of free parkings close to their destination. However, users who do not have enough scoring because of misuse of the application will not have a complete view. The development process of the application has been accomplished in two phases. A first process of user-centered design, especially focusing on the context of use, and subsequently it is been accomplished the implementation of the application using technologies such as Java, XML, JSON and PHP, furthermore the Web Services of geolocation of users and car parkings.
