Popularizace vědy ve volnočasových aktivitách žáků SŠ: geografie

Tento modul/kurz je zaměřen na následující témata v kontextu věkové skupiny žáků středních škol: motivace k zájmu o studium technických a přírodovědných oborů, možnosti a typy popularizace vědy, získávání informací z nejnovějších vědeckých výzkumů, náměty pro aktivity zájmového kroužku, náměty projektů, experimentů, tipy na exkurze apod.Tento material vznikl z finanční podpory Evropského sociálního fondu a státního rozpočtu České republiky v rámci projektu „Popularizace vědy a badatelsky orientované výuky“, registrační číslo CZ.1.07/2.3.00/45.0007

Transformace obsahu ve třídě: vliv detailů výuky na žákovské porozumění struktuře vědecké znalosti

Cílem studie je v kontextu historického vývoje didaktiky analyticky vysvětlit teoretický konstrukt transformace obsahu včetně struktury jeho podpojmů, zdůvodnit jeho operacionalizaci pro výzkum vztahů mezi vyučováním a učením prostřednictvím sémanticko-logických sítí (S-L sítí) a demonstrovat aplikační potenciál tohoto přístupu replikací ve výuce fyziky, geografie a matematiky. Cílem výzkumu bylo popsat a vysvětlit důvody, které způsobily potíže žáků v porozumění vědeckým schématům během transformací obsahu ve třídě. Metody: Pro analýzu vztahů mezi vyučováním a učením prostřednictvím vzdělávacího obsahu byla použita modifikovaná metodika 3A rozšířená o kognitivní vrstvu. Metodologickým východiskem analýzy je komparace S-L sítí tří základních dimenzí obsahové transformace: vědecké schéma, tematizace vědeckého obsahu ve vzdělávacím prostředí a reprezentace mentálních schémat žáků při řešení problémů. Výsledky: Teoretické konstrukty a jejich metodologická operacionalizace byly ověřeny replikací ve vzdělávacích oborech fyzika, geografie a matematika. V každém z těchto oborů umožnily vysvětlovat vliv detailů výuky na změny ve struktuře žákovské znalosti s ohledem na specifický obsah daného oboru. Závěry: Prokázalo se, že i detailní momenty S-L struktury, v praxi obtížně zachytitelné, mohou mít silný vliv na žákovské porozumění struktuře vědecké znalosti. Přitom byly úspěšně replikovány teoretické a metodologické konstrukty. Získané poznatky mohou sloužit k bezprostřední podpoře vzdělávací praxe v příslušných oblastech učiva

Title in English: Productive culture of teaching and learning in didactic case studies The book introduces the issue of productive culture of teaching and learning in broader didactical context. In the first part of the book, three areas of productive culture of teaching and learning are as theoretical framework presented: 1. clarity, structure, coherence, 2. cognitive activation, instrumentalization, semantization, 3. Supportive learning environment. The second part of the book presents 17 didactic case studies that have been developed by teams that consisted of researchers and teachers from schools. The aim of didactic case studies is to highlight key areas of productive culture of teaching and learning

Irreversibility of electrical insulating material properties

Property changes in electrical insulating materials that appear during repeated voltage stress (e. g. in an applied voltage test) are an often discussed problem. The voltage exposure leads to irreversible changes in a negative sense as this investigation clearly demonstrates. A slow deterioration appears even in the case of the above mentioned applied voltage test when the irreversible effects of particular measurements superimpose. These are the effects of irreversible behavior of the insulating materials at applied voltage stress

Worksheets for teaching Mathematics focusing on problems from the Pythagoriáda competition

The main objective of this thesis is to create worksheets for the fifth to eight grade basic school pupils or suitable degree of comprehensive school, which is meant not only as a mathematical competition (Pythagoriad) preparation, but also as already discussed thematic aggregates practise. The author created a set of four worksheets for all grades. Each worksheet is provided with results for an optimal (possible) checking the right answers. Additionally the author created for each set a commented solution of one worksheet

The District Action Committee of the National Front in Ostrava and Its Activities in the First Months after February 1948

This bachelor's thesis deals with circumstances around the emergence of the District Action Committee of the National Front in Ostrava in February 1948 and its functioning in the first months after the Czechoslovakian Communist Party takeover. After brief information on the origin of Action Committees generally, their types and their agenda and analysis of then current legislation that gradually reflected their activities, the attention is paid to specific circumstances and events in the Ostrava District. The setup of District Action Committee is described along with its structure and agenda that was followed. The thesis also deals with activity of certain commissions of the District Action Committee, with main focus on the Sokol commission that has been best documented. The thesis also briefly mentions the role of the District Action Committee in suppression and distraction of political opposition of non- communist parties. With respect to the fact that these particular topics, with a few exceptions, have not been addressed in complex and in more details in literature, the thesis is mostly based on the primary research of archive sources identified in the funds of the Municipal Archive of Ostrava.
