    Based on the results of research and discussion that has been described, it can be concluded into which are as follows : Age care greatly affect the strength of concrete, At the age of 28 days the compressive strength of concrete obtained at normal (without the use offlyash), Experiencing an increase, compressive strength of normal concrete compressive strength is obtained to exceed the plan that is equal to 28.875MPa. At the levels of fly ash 20% obtained higher scores than normal concrete in the amount of 47.369MPa, whereas the levels of fly ash 5%, 10%, and 15% also increased the compressive strength of 37.178MPa36.423MPaand32.838MPa respectively, at levels of fly ash 15% at 28 days compared with normal concrete (without the use of fly ash) the difference is too small, the importance of the optimal levels at 28 days was 5% - 20% of the weight of the cement and the high strength, so we conclude from this mix design that we should be careful when start mix all the component and follow the numbers that we got in the mix design

    Kereta api merupakan alat transportasi darat yangdigemari masyarakat karena dapat dinikmati berbagai kalangandari ekonomi rendah sampai tinggi. Banyak kasus barangtertinggal karena terburu – buru dan tertidur hingga melewatkanstasiun yang dituju oleh penumpang kereta api. Salah satusolusinya adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi transportasikereta api baik tulisan maupun lisan tentang berapa jarak, dankecepatan untuk menuju ke stasiun berikutnya. Penelitian inimenggunakan sensor accelerometer MMA7361 sebagai sensorutama untuk menghitung kecepatan dan jarak yang telahditempuh kereta api dari stasiun awal. Data keluaran sensorberupa tegangan analog yang akan disambungkan dengan ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) pada mikrokontroller ATMega32.Informasi yang akan diterima penumpang ditampilkan melaluiLCD (Lyquid Crystal Display) dan suara dikeluarkan melaluispeaker. Metode konversi dari nilai percepatan menjadi kecepatandan jarak menggunakan integral dengan metode Runge-Kuttadengan pendekatan trapezoid. Pengujian sensor untuk menghitungkecepatan didapatkan hasil pengujian error rata – rata sebesar1,17% dengan error terbesar pada kecepatan 20 km/h sebesar1,92%. Pengujian sensor untuk menghitung jarak didapatkanerror rata – rata sebesar 3,07% dengan error terbesar pada jarak50 cm sebesar 6,20%. Pengujian keseluruhan sistem didapatkanerror rata – rata sebesar 3,21 % untuk pengujian kecepatan dansistem mampu memberikan informasi tepat 1 km dari jarak yangterukur sebelum mencapai stasiun tujuan.Kata Kunci—sensor accelerometer MMA7361, ATmega32,metode Runge-Kutta, jarak dan kecepatan Kereta Api

    Biomass is one of alternative energy to replace fossil fuels (petroleum) that are renewable, for example, is rice husk. But in everyday life only rice husks used as an ingredient to help the process of burning bricks or simply dumped without further utilized, therefore the further processing of rice husk to be more efficient. One of them is the method of gasification. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of air temperature on the combustion temperature, ignition time and time effective flame-fired furnace gasification of rice husk. This study uses a type of downdraft gasification furnace which means the direction of air flow and the direction of gas gasification is down. The study was conducted by varying the temperature of the incoming air into the gasification furnace with variations in air temperature 40°C, 50°C and 60°C and then retrieve data that includes combustion temperatures, ignition timing and effective burning time. The results showed variations in air temperature affect the combustion temperature, ignition time and time effective flame furnace produced. At an air temperature of 40°C on average the highest combustion temperature of 547,1°C Ignition time 7 minutes and time effective flame for 53 minutes. Air temperature 50°C on average the highest combustion temperature of 553,6°C Ignition time 6 minutes and time effective flame for 50 minutes. While the air temperature of 60°C average the highest combustion temperature of 549,1°C ignition timing 5 minutes and time effective flame for 42 minutes

    Firefly is a type of insect that can emit a yellow or green light from its body. The existence of fireflies in nature has an important role for the sustainability of the balance of biological and technological advances in the health field. Firefly populations are reducing in number. Some time ago fireflies are easy to find, especially in the villages, but now they are very rarely to be seen. The possibility of its presence has been threatened due to the opening of land and forests. As a result of this situation, many of us only know and have little information of fireflies. Manjung village, Ngawen District of Klaten district, is one of the places where there are habitats and populations of wild fireflies that live in rice fields. From the point of view where the problems occurred, to protect the population of fireflies in Klaten district, concept of Firefly Garden area could be the solution for the survival of fireflies where in the region, there is a cultivation of fireflies, a place to study and travel to see the beauty of light emitted by fireflies. To add the educational value in Firefly Garden area, there is a museum with various types of insects that can be learned by any visitor of Firefly Garden area. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the firefly is one of the insects of which existence is endangered, and a place is needed to nurture and preserve the viability of fireflies, taking advantage of technologies developments in the form of facilities and support so that fireflies are cultured and can be studied and utilized for the benefit of human life

    The development and psychometric properties of the Arabic version of the child oral health impact profile-short form (COHIP- SF 19)

    BACKGROUND: This study aims to cross-culturally adapt the original English-language COHIP-SF 19 to Arabic culture and to test its psychometric properties in a community sample. METHODS: The Arabic COHIP-SF 19 was developed and its psychometric properties were examined in a population-based sample of 876 schoolchildren who were aged 12 years of age, in Benghazi, Libya. The Arabic COHIP-SF 19 was tested for its internal consistency, reproducibility, construct validity, factorial validity and floor as well as ceiling effects. A Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the mean scores of COHIP-SF 19 by participants' caries status and self-reported oral health rating, satisfaction and treatment need. RESULTS: The Arabic COHIP-SF 19 was successfully and smoothly developed. It showed an acceptable level of equivalence to the original version. Overall, the internal consistency and reproducibility were acceptable to excellent, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.84 and an intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) of 0.76. All hypotheses predefined to test construct validity were confirmed. That is, children who had active dental caries, and who rated their oral health as poor, were not satisfied with their oral health or indicated the need of treatment had lower COHIP-SF 19 scores (P < 0.05). Floor or ceiling effects were not observed. The exploratory Factorial analysis suggested a 4-component solution and deletion of one item. CONCLUSION: The Arabic COHIP-SF 19 was successfully developed. The measure demonstrated satisfactory reliability and validity to estimate OHRQoL in a representative sample of 12-year-old schoolchildren

    Menhaden fish oil attenuates postpartum depression in rat model via inhibition of NLRP3-inflammasome driven inflammatory pathway.

    Background and aimPostpartum depression (PPD) is a familiar problem which is associated with about 10–20% of women after child delivery. Fish oil (FO) has a therapeutic potentials to many diseases including mood disorders. However, there is paucity of data on the effects of FO supplementation on PPD rat model. Hence, this study aimed at investigating the potentials of FO in ameliorating depressive-like behaviors in PPD rat by evaluating the involvement of NLRP3-inflammasome.Experimental procedureThirty six virgin adult female rats (n = 6) were randomly divided into six groups; Group 1–3 were normal control (NC), Sham (SHAM) and ovariectomized group (OVX) respectively whereas group 4–6 were PPD rats forced-fed once daily with distilled water (PPD), fish oil (PPD + FO; 9 g/kg) and Fluoxetine (PPD + FLX; 15 mg/kg) respectively from postpartum day 1 and continued for 10 consecutive days. Rats behaviors were evaluated on postpartum day 10 through open field test (OFT) and forced swimming test (FST), followed by biochemical analysis of NLRP3 inflammasome proteins pathway in their brain and determination of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR).ResultsPPD-induced rats exhibited high immobility and low swimming time in FST with increased inflammatory status; NLR, IL-1β and NFкB/NLRP3/caspase-1 activity in their hippocampus. However, administration of FO or fluoxetine reversed the aforementioned abnormalities.ConclusionIn conclusion, 10 days supplementation with FO ameliorated the depressive-like behaviors in PPD rats by targeting the NFкB/NLRP3/caspase-1/IL-1β activity. This has shed light on the potential of NLRP3 as a therapeutic target in treatment of PPD in rats

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kontrak pembiayaan terhadap risiko perbankanbank syariah yang diukur dengan NPF. Berdasarkan data, nilai NPF cenderung meningkat setiap tahun dengan nilai yang sudah mendekati batas maksimum yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder berupa data bulanan time series pada periode Januari 2014 hingga Desember 2017 dan data cross section dari dua jenis Perbankan Syariah (BUS dan UUS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data panel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi NPF positif dan signifikan adalah skema musyarakah dan ijarah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi NPF negatif dan signifikan adalah skema murabahah dan FDR
