From the inclusion a more just society tries to be obtained all over the world, where the children for very different that are could be and to take part in an ordinary school, enjoying the same opportunities and the same rights. With the diversity we prosper some with others and this fact gives sense to the education. With this referential frame, the present work of investigation treats on the progress of the inclusion of a child with DAS (Disorder of the Autistic Spectrum) across the psychomotor practice educational and existential, that is to say, a freer education, leading to the experience and to a few spaces relate them to carry out a spontaneous psychomotor activity. In fact, it tries to demonstrate, in a more specific way, that the psychomotor practice improves the capacity of social interaction of the child with DAS, that is to say, the relation with others, as well as to make sure that this existential practice contributes more benefits in the implication of the game of the children with DAS, that an psychomotor intervention more functional

    Get PDF
Metal halide perovskites are mixed electronic-ionic semiconductors with an extraordinary rich optoelectronic behavior and the capability to function very efficiently as active layers in solar cells, with a record efficiency surpassing 23% nowadays. In this work, we carry out an impedance spectroscopy analysis of two perovskite solar cells with quite distinct optical and electrical characteristics, i.e. MAPbI3 and CsPbBr3-based devices. The main aim of the analysis is to establish how, regardless the inherent complexity of the impedance spectrum due to ionic effects, information like ideality factors, recombination losses and the collection efficiency can be qualitative and quantitatively assessed from impedance experiments at operating conditions

The objective of the research is to specify the perspectives of the investigations that at the moment are carried out on the evaluation portfolio. The method of literature revision is used, the methodology is developed through: study type, source of data, investigation questions, search strategy, inclusion approaches and exclusion, summary of data and the analysis of results. The obtained results indicate that at the present time, Spain is the country where more works have been published on the topic, followed by Mexico, and that there is a prevalence of the empiric investigations, which generally describe experiences. Very scarce are the theoretical studies and the revision investigation which focuses are: the portfolio like evaluation tool and like teaching modality. The investigation perspectives are framed in the digital and not digital portfolio. It can be concludes that the perspective of more works investigated is the reflection, continued in smaller measure, the formation of competitions, development of the student's responsibility, tutorships and significant learning. It is not investigated in relation to the assignment of the tasks for the poortfolio, according to the characteristics peculiar of the learning of the students, as well as the diversity in ways, styles and learning rhythms.

Geomagnetic field and atmospheric pressure disturbances are analyzed on this work, related to seismic events. These are located on the Scotia and Sandwich plate-margins in the South Atlantic Ocean. Near the epicenters are placed the INTERMAGNET geomagnetic observatories: King Edward Point (KEP) on the South Georgia’ islands, Orcadas (ORC) on Orcadas’ islands, Argentina Island (AIA) on Antartica and Puerto Argentino (PST) on Malvinas Islands. Geomagnetic field records from the observatories are studied during the previous twenty four hours of the seismic event. As the horizontal geomagnetic component is the most sensitive one to these changes, results in the magnitude selected for the analysis. To avoid the diurnal variation effects on the geomagnetic data, the differences between the horizontal components of two observatories are calculated. It is important to remark that on the period of study severe geomagnetic storms are not registered due to a low Sun activity phase. Analyzing the mentioned differences with the wavelets method it is possible to observe ranges of high energy up to very high frequencies previous to the event; in addition to ± 2 nT magnetic peaks of amplitude on the oscillations and a variable duration when applied a low-pass filter. It is possible to detect abnormal variations on an interval of approximately 3 hours before seismic events for Mw ≥ 6.6. On the other hand, atmospheric pressure grids at the sea level global are analyzed, selected on the seism zone, on periods of two to four hours previous to the event, showing distinctive low and high pressure zones. The data is obtained from the MERRA-2 base. The temporal series makes evident a pressure local minimum few hours before the event due to the sea surface ascent/descent.Asociación Argentina de Geofísicos y Geodesta

Expression and insulin-regulated distribution of caveolin in skeletal muscle. Caveolin does not colocalize with GLUT4 in intracellular membranes

    Get PDF
Caveolin is believed to play an important role in sorting processes, vesicular trafficking, transmembrane signaling, and molecular transport across membranes. In this study we have evaluated the expression and distribution of caveolin in skeletal muscle and its interaction with GLUT4 glucose carriers. Caveolin was expressed to substantial levels in muscle and its expression was regulated in muscle; aging and high fat diet enhanced caveolin expression in skeletal muscle and inversely, myogenesis down-regulated caveolin in L6E9 cells. Under fasting conditions, most of caveolin was found in intracellular membranes and the caveolin present in the cell surface was found in both sarcolemma and T-tubules. Insulin administration led to a redistribution of caveolin from intracellular high density membrane fractions to intracellular lighter density fractions and to the cell surface; this pattern of insulin-induced redistribution was different to what was shown by GLUT4. These results suggests that caveolin is a component of an insulin-regulated machinery of vesicular transport in muscle. Quantitative immunoisolation of GLUT4 vesicles obtained from different intracellular GLUT4 populations revealed the absence of caveolin which substantiates the lack of colocalization of intracellular GLUT4 and caveolin. This indicates that caveolin is not involved in intracellular GLUT4 trafficking in skeletal muscle
