    Consumer Behavior of Kartu As Telkomsel, a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Jambi. The purpose of this study was to determine, test and analyze the influence of reference groups, family and personality on the consumer behavior of Kartu As Telkomsel. The method used to analyze the problem is to use multiple linear regression analysis and to do the F test and t test. The results of this study can be concluded that reference groups, family and personality have an influence on consumer behavior in using Telkomsel Ace cards. Simultaneously, the effect of these three factors is 9.6%. While partially, of the three factors, the reference group and personality factors provide the most dominant influence

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari proaktif behavior dan perubahan manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan dimoderasi oleh reward. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pt. Sarana Lintas Caraka dengan sampel sebanyak 52 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SEM PLS yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proaktif behavior berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, change management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, moderasi reward mampu memperlemah pengaruh proaktif behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Moderasi reward mampu memperlemah pengaruh change management terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Change Management, Proaktif, Reward, Kinerja KaryawanABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the effect of proactive behavior and management changes on employee performance moderated by reward.     This study aims to assess the perceptions of MSME taxpayers who are in the Karisidenan Surakarta area on tax obligations. MSMEs are a driver of increasing economic growth in the present era. Solo is one of the cities that is famous for the growth of MSMEs because culinary, handicraft, and clothing entrepreneurs have started to appear in Karisidenan Surakarta. Ideally, an increase in the number of MSMEs will also be followed by an increase in the amount of taxes that will be received by local and central governments. Income Tax (PPh) and Value Added Tax (PPN) are two central taxes which should also increase with the growth of MSMEs. The perception of UMKM taxpayers towards taxation obligations is certainly important to research because negative perceptions of taxes will result in decreased tax revenues so that these perceptions need to be improved with better socialization from the Directorate General of Taxes. This study will examine the perceptions of taxpayers related to NPWP ownership, SPT reporting and tax payments. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to samples of MSMEs in Karisidenan Surakarta. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and the analysis used was linear regression analysis.     Based on PSG 2016, there are 38.9% of children under five who have nutritional problems in Indonesia. Factors that influence the attitude and behaviour in food selection for children under five are knowledge of the mother. Ignorance of foodstuffs will cause to the inappropriate food selection and poor knowledge of nutrition causing indifference to certain foods. The low nutritional state will determine the prevalent numbers of malnutrition nationally. The purpose of this research is to know mother knowledge and practice in providing balanced nutrition food for children 1-5 years old. The data collection methods using descriptive quantitative research design. The number of samples is 110 respondents who have fulfilled the inclusion study criteria. The data were collected using questionnaires consisting of respondent characteristics including age, education level, occupation, and source of information, mother's knowledge questionnaire and mother practice in providing balanced nutrition food for children 1-5 years old. The results of this study indicate that most of the respondents have enough knowledge (52.5%) and the practice of providing good balanced nutrition food (63.6%). The results of this study are expected to be used as an information material and input materials for health workers in doing counselling so it can grow mother awareness in providing balanced nutrition food for children under five..     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui gambaran penerapan manajemen penilaian di TK Al-Aiqa Islamic School Kabupaten Gowa. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan dua subjek yaitu guru dan kepalasekolah. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan empat tahapan dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi terhadap tahapan pengelolaan penilaian pada lokasi penelitian yang meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengolahan hasil belajar, pengarsipan dan pelaporan. Dalamperencanaan, TK Al-Aika Islamik School sebelum merancang tugas terlebih dahulu telah memiliki Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH) yang digunakan sebelum menyusun program kegiatan yang mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan keterampilan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan fisik anak. Pelaksanaan penelitian terutama dilakukan berdasarkan deskripsi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan individu anak. Deskripsi tersebut diperoleh melalui hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian yang dilengkapi dengan alat dan kriteria penilaian, serta ketetapan indikasi capaiannya dalam waktu dan tempat yang telah ditentukan. Pengolahan hasil belajar dan pengarsifan dilakukan berupa kumpulan dari hasil penggabungan data anak dalam bentuk portofolio yang juga berfungsi sebagai bahan laporan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan peserta didik kepada orang tua mereka masing-masing

    Kampung Biru Arema is one of thematic tourist villages in the city of Malang which provides economic benefits to the residents. The potential development of Kampung Biru is also supported by its strategic location. However, people have difficulty in communicating with foreign tourists due to their limited English speaking competence. Related to this problem, the community service is aimed at improving the quality of human resources by providing foreign language training (English and Chinese). The training was given for two months (June - July 2019). The results showed an improvement in the trainees’ skills and confidence in communicating in English. In addition, the team also have completed writing a booklet that can be used as a reference whenever the residents have difficulties in communication practices with foreign tourists visiting Kampung Biru Arema Malang.Kampung Biru Arema sebagai salah satu kampung wisata tematik di kota Malang memberi manfaat ekonomi kepada warga. Potensi pengembangan Kampung Biru juga didukung oleh letak yang strategis. Akan tetapi, masyarakat mempunyai kesulitan untuk berkomunikasi dengan wisatawan asing. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian di kampung biru arema bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya masyarakat dengan memberi pelatihan bahasa asing (Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Mandarin). Pelatihan diberikan selama dua bulan, yaitu bualan Juni dan Juli 2019. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketrampilan dan kepercayaan diri peserta pelatihan dalam berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, tim pengabdian juga berhasil menyusun buku saku yang dapat digunakan sebagai pegangan ketika menghadapi kesulitan dalam praktek komunikasi dengan wisatawan asing yang berkunjung ke Kampung Biru Arema Malang

    This study aims to examine the effect of E-Commerce services in the form of PosPay Financial Services (JASKUG) and PosAja courier services on Income Levels at PT. Pos Indonesia KC Langsa. While the research method uses a quantitative research approach. In this study using primary data, namely distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were PosPay and PosAja users, totaling 50 people, the number of samples used was 50 respondents. The method of analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23. The results show that the results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2), that e-commerce PosPay(X1) and ecommerce PosAja(X2) simultaneously affect the level of income (Y) is 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. PosPay e-commerce test results (X1) on income levels (Y) Tcount<Ttable with a value of -0.007table significance value 0.994>0.05 means that PosPay E-Commerce has no effect and is not significant to Income Level, PosAja e-commerce (X2) to Income Level (Y) obtained Tcount>Ttable with a value of 6.758> 2.011 and a calculated significance value <table significance value 0.00 <0.05 means that PosAja E-Commerce is influential and significant on Income Level, the F test obtained an Fcount value of 22.867> Ftable of 3.19 and a Sig F value of 0.000 <0.05 there was a significant effect of PosPay E-Commerce and PosAja E-Commerce simultaneously on PT.     Cigarettes contain thousands of components that are harmful to health. In addition to its content, the hazardous materials in cigarettes are also produced from the process of planting, processing, and serving. Smoking also causes various health problems. However, information about cigarettes is not widely known by its users. Cigarettes are consumed by various age groups with varying frequency. In RW 07, there are many people who smoke and there is no smoking corner. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and awareness of participants about the dangers of smoking and how to manage the desire to smoke. The method used was a blended system for 6 participants who attend face-to-face. Counseling was given in the form of lectures, watched video, discussions, pre and posttests, as well as leaflet distribution. The results showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge with an average pre-test score of 90 to 9.67. In conclusion, after being given counseling, there was an increase in participants' knowledge about the dangers of smoking and how to manage the desire to smoke. The next community service suggestion is to practice training in managing the desire to smoke as well as support from religious leaders and family members who want to quit smoking
