El Centro Comarcal de Servicios Interculturales cuenta con un servicio jurídico especializado en materia de extranjería. La normativa de extranjería determina el estatuto jurídico de las personas inmigrantes y su acceso a los distintos recursos y servicios. Es un servicio de información, asesoramiento y tramitación de expedientes dirigido a personal técnico municipal, empresariado y cualquier persona interesada. A través de sus distintas actuaciones, promueve la inclusión social de las personas inmigrantes y su participación en la vida económica, social y política.The County Centre for Intercultural Services provides a legal service specialising in immigration. Immigration regulations determine the legal status of immigrants and their access to different resources and services. Intended for professional council staff, the business community, and anyone who is interested, the Centre provides information, advisory services, as well as help in processing official documents. Computing Epistasis of Template Functions Through Walsh Transforms

Template functions have been introduced as a class of test functions, allowing to study the convergence behaviour of genetic algorithms. In this note, we show how to use Walsh transforms to calculate the normalized epistasis of these functions

La estrategia marina europea y la protección del medioambiente marino en la Unión Europea

This article examines how the protection of the marine environment in the EU has gradually become a political priority. The implementation of the Integrated Maritime Policy (IMP), in spite of all its shortcomings, has contributed to the creation of a ‘common maritime space in the EU’ governed by the same standards of safety, protection and preservation of the marine environment. In this context, it is particularly important the role of the European Marine Strategy that provides the environmental pillar of the IMP. The adoption of Directive 2008/56/EC establishing a framework for community action in the field of marine environmental policy (DMEM) represents one of the greatest challenges of the EU to protect the marine environment. Since its entry into force, it has been completed the first phase of its implementation with some achievements and, as we´ve pointed out in this article, with some limitations that should be corrected.Cet article analyse comment la protection de l’environnement marin dans l’UE est devenue une priorité politique. La mise en oeuvre de la politique marine intégrée (PMI), malgrè tous ses défauts, a contribué à la création d’un «espace mari- time commun dans l’UE» régi par les mêmes normes de sécurité, de protection et de préservation du milieu marin. Dans ce contexte, le rôle de la Stratégie marine européenne qui fournit le pilier environnement de la PMI s’avère pariticulièrement important. L’adoption de la directive 2008/56/CE établissant un cadre d’action communautaire dans le domaine de la politique environnementale marine (DMEM) représente un des plus grands défis de l’UE pour protéger l’environnement marin. Lead(II) complexes of lateral macrobicyclic receptors that incorporate a crown moiety and a pyridine head unit

[Abstract] The coordinative properties towards lead(II) of two lateral macrobicyclic receptors that incorporate either a 1,10‐diaza‐[15]crown‐5 (L7) or a 4,13‐diaza‐[18]crown‐6 (L8) fragment are reported. Spectrophotometric titrations performed in acetonitrile solution indicate only the formation of mononuclear complexes in solution. The X‐ray crystal structures of the two receptors show that the conformation adopted by the ligand is imposed by the presence of intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions that involve the secondary amine groups and the pivotal nitrogen atoms. The solid‐state structure of [Pb(L7)(NCS)](SCN)·0.5H2O shows that the metal ion is asymmetrically coordinated inside the macrobicyclic cavity. The PbII ion is coordinated to the nitrogen atom of the pyridine unit, the two secondary amine atoms, two oxygen atoms of the crown moiety, and a nitrogen atom of an isothiocyanate group. The distances between the PbII ion and the two pivotal nitrogen atoms as well as one of the oxygen atoms of the crown moiety are too long (>2.92 Å) to be considered unequivocal bonds, and should be regarded only as weak interactions. The protonation constants of L7 and L8 as well as the stability constants of their PbII complexes were investigated by using potentiometric titrations in 95 % methanol (I = 0.1 M, nBu4NClO4, 25 °C). The two receptors undergo two protonation processes in the pH range investigated (2.0 < pH < 12.0), which correspond to the protonation of the nitrogen atoms of the oxa–aza moiety. The log KPbL value obtained for L7 [9.906(1)] is approximately 1.1 log K units higher than the one determined for L8 [8.75(1)].Xunta de Galicia; PGIDIT06TAM10301PRXunta de Galicia; INCITE09E1R103013E

La hacienda de Guasán: bienes espirituales y conflictos terrenales por la herencia jesuita de Catamarca

El presente trabajo da cuenta de los resultados obtenidos a partir del análisis de los inventarios de la Hacienda “Nuestra Señora de la Concepción de Guasán”, incluido el efectuado en 1767. Guasán fue una antigua propiedad del Colegio Jesuita de San Miguel de Tucumán (provincia de Tucumán, Argentina) que hacia principios del siglo XIX fue rematada en subasta pública, levantándose entonces el último inventario en cuestión. Los documentos analizados sirvieron como fuente etnohistórica, permitiendo desarrollar algunas consideraciones acerca de las actividades económicas de la Hacienda y su composición social, así como también su articulación en la estructura de bienes espirituales y temporales de la Compañía de Jesús.The current work reports on the results obtained from the inventories analysis of the Country Estate “Nuestra Señora de la Concepción de Guasán” including the one carried out in 1767. Guasán was an antique property that belonged to the J esuit School of San Miguel de Tucumán (a province of Tucumán, Argentina) and that was auctioned at the beginnings of the XIX century, taking then the last inventory in question. The analyzed documents served as ethno historic sources allowing the development of some considerations about the economic activities of the Country Estate and its Social composition, as well as its organization in the structures of temporary and Spiritual goods of the Jesus Company.Facultad de Ciencias Naturales y Muse

La formación del pedagogo en sistemas de información y documentación con nuevas tecnologías

Se presentan los resultados de una innovación docente introducida en la titulación de Pedagogía de la Universidad de Oviedo. La intervención se ha orientado al desarrollo de la competencia de gestión de la información en el alumnado de primero en la asignatura Sistemas de Información y Documentación sobre Educación. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se ha realizado y desarrollado un plan de trabajo bianual. Los resultados de esta investigación revelan que las tecnologías contribuyeron a potenciar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.___________________________This paper presents the results of a teaching innovation in Pedagogy in the Oviedo University.
