    One of the requirements for a country to change its status to a developed country is the number of entrepreneurs who reach 2% of the total population who are in productive age. However, currently the total entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still at 0.7% of the total productive age population and as the largest Muslim country in the world there are only 0.18% of the total number of Indonesian Muslim entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study was to determine the high interest of students to become shariapreneurs. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Islamic economics study program at State University of Bandung. The samples taken in this study were 251 people. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Furthermore, in the results of this study, Islamic business knowledge has a positive and significant effect on shariapreneur interest, as well as motivation which has positive and significant results on shariapreneur interest. Researchers hope that the results of this study can provide benefits to various parties in increasing the interest of shariapreneurs in Islamic economics study program students in the State University of Bandung

    The writer had done his internship from 8 February 2016 until 6 March 2016 in the Tugu Pahlawan. The writer had chosen Tugu Pahlawan as a place of his internship because of his liking in history and English. The writer could apply his English skill like speaking and writing in his internship. Beside practicing his English skill, the writer had learned many things during his internship such as teamwork, disciples, and work ethics. Tugu Pahlawan is one of tourism objects in Surabaya. Located on Pahlawan street, Tugu Pahlawan also known as the landmark of Surabaya, the Hero City. Built in 1951 and officially opened for public in 1952, Tugu Pahlawan is the symbol of courage of Surabaya people against colonialism. In 2000, a museum named Museum 10 Nopember was built in Tugu Pahlawan area to keep historical items and retelling the past events of Surabaya history. Right now, Tugu Pahlawan is under the responsibility of The Department of Cultural and Tourism Surabaya. During the internship in Tugu Pahlawan, the writer’s main job is becoming the tour guide. Every morning the writer had to stood by in the office or inside the museum and guided tourists whenever someone asked. The writer becoming a tour guide to apply speaking skill, and to apply his writing skill, the writer usually was asked to translate some text about the museum collection or text about museum’s upcoming events. After one month internship, the writer had learned many things. For the English aspect, The writer had known how it feels when talked with foreign tourists. For the work aspect, the writer had an image about real workfield. As for the other aspect, the writer also had learned more about Surabaya histor

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karyawan PT. Mandala Properti 525 Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample jenuh. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yang diteliti, peneliti menggunakan populasi keseluruhan karena populasi yang diteliti t_tabel yaitu 3,767 > 2,007 , Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja(Y).Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari uji t (parsial) bahwa nilai t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu 2,056 > 2,007. Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) Secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja(Y). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji F (simultan) bahwa bahwa nilai F_hitung > F_tabel yaitu 31,4424 > 3,18. nilai R Square sebesar 0,552 yang artinya pengaruh variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) Sebesar 0,552 atau 55,2% dan sementara 44,8% sisanya merupakan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

    Karena bisnis online sangat kompetitif, semua toko online perlu menyusun strategi bagaimana konsumen akan membeli dari mereka daripada dari toko lain. Untuk mencapai hal ini, toko online harus meneliti dan mempertimbangkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga & Kepercayaan Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Akun Youtube (Studi di Toko Online Ibad Rahman Digital Store). Sampel merupakan konsumen yang melakukan pembelian, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22. Penelitian ini menghasilkan uji parsial (t) adalah sebagai berikut Kualitas Produk (X1) = 0,001, Harga (X2) = 0,014, dan Kepuasan Konsumen (X3) = 0,008.     A Comparative Study of Pt Depositing Methods (Chemical Reduction vs Photo-Assisted Deposition) onto TiO2 Nanoparticles for Hydrogen Photo-Production

    In this paper, we report a comparative study on two methods (chemical reduction and photo-assisted deposition) of incorporating Pt onto TiO2 nanoparticles (TNP) for H2 generation. The phase structure of the photocatalysts was scrutinized utilizing TEM and XRD. The degree of dispersion of Pt on the TNP was calculated by a pulse chemisorption technique using TPDRO equipment. The results provided by TEM imagery, EDX spectra, elemental mapping, and AAS confirmed the successful deposition of Pt on TNP. XRD patterns confirmed an anatase and rutile crystallite structure, while UV-Vis spectra showed reduction of the bandgap from a typical value of 3.2 eV to ca. 2.9 eV. It was found that there is a correlation between the deposited Pt and dispersed Pt on the TNP with H2 generation. The chemical reduction method offered a higher degree of Pt deposition, resulting in a 2.75 times larger amount of deposited Pt compared to photodeposition. This feature is perceived to contribute a higher H2 yield (3,283 µmol) at 1 w% of Pt loading

    Synthesis of Zno Nanoparticles and their Nanofluid Stability in the Presence of a Palm Oil-Based Primary Alkyl Sulphate Surfactant for Detergent Application

    ZnO nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by a solochemical method using zinc chloride as the precursor in a sodium hydroxide solution with ZnCl2:NaOH ratios of 1:2 and 1:3. The effects of the thermal treatment on the functionalities of the nanoparticles were investigated by comparing calcined ZnO with uncalcined ZnO. Calcined ZnO underwent a drying process at 120°C, followed by calcination at 500°C, while uncalcined ZnO underwent the drying process only. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and FESEM-EDX analysis. The photoactivity of synthesized ZnO was evaluated through methylene blue degradation. In addition, ZnO nanofluids were synthesized by dispersing nanoparticles into the base fluid. The nanofluidic stability in the presence of a Palm Oil-Based Primary Alkyl Sulphate (palmPAS) surfactant were investigated using a spectrophotometer UV-vis with varied PalmPAS concentrations. XRD and FESEM analysis showed that the nanoparticles exhibited a hexagonal wurtzite structure, and confirmed that the particle size increased on calcination. All the synthesized ZnO nanoparticles exhibited good photoactivity under UV light irradiation due, to some extent, to their good crystallinity. The calcined ZnO from the ZnCl2:NaOH ratio of 1:3 offered the best photocatalytic performance compared to its ZnO counterparts. It was also found that the nanofluids of uncalcined ZnO from the ZnCl2:NaOH ratio of 1:3, at a ZnO:palmPAS ratio of 1:9, offered the best stability

    Penentuan Dosis Fotoneutron Pada Pasien Terapi Linac 15 Mv Menggunakan Tld-600h Dan Tld-100h

    Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan dan mengetahui dosis fotoneutron yang dihasilkan linac 15 MV pada pasien terapi kanker menggunakan TLD-600H dan TLD-100H. TLD memiliki tingkat keseragaman sebesar 3% dan setiap kali pemakaian dilakukan annealing untuk semua TLD dengan suhu lebih rendah dari yang direkomendasikan (240oC) yaitu pada suhu 210oC selama 10 menit. Hal ini dilakukan agar sensitivitas TLD selama penelitian dapat dipertahankan sama. Pasangan TLD diletakkan pada posisi organ kritis menggunakan fantom antropomorfik berbahan polietilen sebagai pengganti pasien terapi kanker. Penyinaran menggunakan foton linac dengan dosis 2 Gy dan 3 Gy pada isocenter tubuh. Kemudian tanggapan TLD dibaca dengan alat baca TLD Harshaw Model 3500. Dosis fotoneutron didapatkan nilai bervariasi dengan dosis tertinggi sebesar 53±1,6 mSv untuk dosis foton 2 Gy dan 83±2,5 mSv untuk dosis foton 3 Gy. Nilai dosis neutron yang didapatkan menurun seiring dengan semakin jauhnya jarak dari isocenter tubuh. Ketidakpastian pengukuran sebesar ±3% berdasarkan keseragaman dan pengelompokan TLD. Semakin tinggi dosis foton yang diberikan saat terapi, kemungkinan dosis fotoneutron yang dihasilkan oleh linac juga tinggi dan semakin banyak yang akan berinteraksi dengan tubuh pasien

    Implementasi Standar Pelayanan Minimal Kesehatan Jiwa Di Puskesmas Tawangsari Kabupaten Sukoharjo

    Minimum service standards are a reference for district / city governments in the provision of health services that are entitled to be obtained by each community at a minimum and become a tool of community control or service recipients for the performance of service providers. Community health centers are implementing units of public health efforts and first-level individuals from the district health office responsible for organizing health services in an area of work by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts to achieve the highest degree of public health. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive qualitative method with inductive approach. Participants in this study were 8 participants consisting of health workers and patients or family of patients in the work area of the Tawangsari Community Health Center, Sukoharjo District, selected by means of purposive sampling. Data collection used by using in-depth interviews carried out on participants and selected according to specified criteria. Data analysis using Braun & Clarke's thematic analysis model found 5 themes, namely (1). Minimum standards of mental health services (2). Promotion efforts (3). Precautions (4). Curative efforts (5). Rehabilitation efforts, The results of this study are, that the tawangsari health center has implemented a minimum standard of mental health well even though there are some obstacles so that the implementation is less than optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the minimum service standard for mental health at the Tawangsari Public Health Center in Sukoharjo district has been implemented with the presence of poly-people in the Puskesmas, although the implementation is still not optimal

    Rekayasa Masker Anti Polutan Gas Buang Kendaraan Berbasis Katalis Komposit TiO2-AC-ZAL-T

    Katalis yang dibuat dari komposit titania, karbon aktif, dan zeolit alam Lampung (TiO2-AC-ZAL) telah berhasil disintesis dengan metode pencampuran mekanik untuk diaplikasikan sebagai bahan masker. Komposit TiO2-AC-ZAL dilapiskan ke alumunium foil dan serat nanas untuk diuji kinerjanya dalam mengeliminasi polutan CO, NOx, dan senyawa hidrokarbon (HC) secara simultan. Kinerja komposit dalam mendegradasi polutan tergantung dari komposisinya, dan komposisi terbaik untuk mengeliminasi ketiga polutan tersebut adalah TiO2 10,0% − AC 8,2% − ZAL − T 81,8%. Kinerja katalis semakin efektif seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah komposit dalam masker (hingga 10 g). Pada penelitian ini, pengaruh konsentrasi awal polutan juga dipelajari dan diperoleh bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi awal polutan maka laju eliminasi polutan semakin besar, meskipun waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai ambang batas baku mutu lebih lama. Secara keseluruhan, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masker anti polutan yang direkayasa sudah cukup layak untuk mendegradasi polutan CO, NOx, dan HC secara simultan, sehingga potensi aplikasinya cukup menjanjikan.
