Teacher planning for improving PAI learning. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe teacher planning in improving PAI learning during a pandemic (2) to describe the role of PAI teachers in implementing online learning during the pandemic (3) to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving learning during a pandemic. The results of this study are (1) teacher planning in improving PAI learning during the pandemic (2) the role of PAI teachers in implementing online learning during the pandemic(3) supporting and inhibiting factors in improving learning during the pandemic. The researcher pays attention to the teacher during the learning process, since it is now a pandemic, the researcher observes by interview. Here, the researcher observes the teacher who explains about developing PAI learning, where the teacher uses the cooperative learning method. Since it is still a pandemic, learning must be continued by using online learning, so the teacher gives assignments through via E-Learning
On the Asymptotic Distribution of the Transaction Price in a Clock Model of a Multi-Unit, Oral, Ascending-Price Auction within the Common-Value Paradigm
Using a clock model of a multi-unit, oral, ascending-price auction, within the commonvalue paradigm, we analyse the asymptotic behaviour of the transaction price as the number of bidders gets large. We find that even though the transaction price is determined by a (potentially small) fraction of losing drop-out bids, that price converges in probability to the ex ante unknown, true value. Subsequently, we derive the asymptotic distribution of the transaction price. Finally, we apply our methods to data from an auction of taxi license plates held in Shenzhen, China.common value, information aggregation, multi-unit auctions, taxis
Comparative genetics of Enterococcus faecalis intestinal tissue isolates before and after surgery in a rat model of colon anastomosis.
We have recently demonstrated that collagenolytic Enterococcus faecalis plays a key and causative role in the pathogenesis of anastomotic leak, an uncommon but potentially lethal complication characterized by disruption of the intestinal wound following segmental removal of the colon (resection) and its reconnection (anastomosis). Here we hypothesized that comparative genetic analysis of E. faecalis isolates present at the anastomotic wound site before and after surgery would shed insight into the mechanisms by which collagenolytic strains are selected for and predominate at sites of anastomotic disruption. Whole genome optical mapping of four pairs of isolates from rat colonic tissue obtained following surgical resection (herein named "pre-op" isolates) and then 6 days later from the anastomotic site (herein named "post-op" isolates) demonstrated that the isolates with higher collagenolytic activity formed a distinct cluster. In order to perform analysis at a deeper level, a single pair of E. faecalis isolates (16A pre-op and 16A post-op) was selected for whole genome sequencing and assembled using a hybrid assembly algorithm. Comparative genomics demonstrated absence of multiple gene clusters, notably a pathogenicity island in the post-op isolate. No differences were found in the fsr-gelE-sprE genes (EF1817-1822) responsible for regulation and production of collagenolytic activity. Analysis of unique genes among the 16A pre-op and post-op isolates revealed the predominance of transporter systems-related genes in the pre-op isolate and phage-related and hydrolytic enzyme-encoding genes in the post-op isolate. Despite genetic differences observed between pre-op and post-op isolates, the precise genetic determinants responsible for their differential expression of collagenolytic activity remains unknown
STRATEGI GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN RELEGIUSITAS SISWA DI SDN 08 REJANG LEBONG
This study aimed to find out a portrayal of PAI teacher’s strategies in improving students’ religiosity at SDN 08 of Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu. This study applied a qualitative approach, and a PAI teacher and a school principal were engaged as the key informants. Data were gathered using observation and interview techniques, and the data were analyzed using the Miles’ et al theory comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study concluded that PAI teacher’s strategies at SDN 08 of Rejang Lebong in improving students’ religiosity extended to: 1. Convincing their students to things as needed by using the method of giving advice; 2. Giving guidance by encouraging students to understand and practice Islamic teachings properly by applying the methods of exemplification, habituation, punishment, gifts and attention; 3. Encouraging students to understand and practice Faith, Islam, and Ihsan with actualization and application in daily life by implementing the methods of habituation, exemplification, and attention

Associations between Oxidized LDL to LDL Ratio, HDL and Vascular Calcification in the Feet of Hemodialysis Patients
Cardiovascular mortality is associated with vascular calcification (VC) in hemodialysis (HD) patients. The present study was designed to find factors related with medial artery calcification on the plain radiography of feet by comparing C-reactive protein (CRP), plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI-1) and lipid profile including oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and to elucidate associations among these factors in HD patients. Forty-eight HD patients were recruited for this study. VC in the feet was detected in 18 patients (37.5%) among total patients and 12 patients (85.7%) among diabetic patients. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease (CVD), pulse pressure, ox-LDL/LDL were higher and high density lipoprotein (HDL) was lower in patients with VC than in patients without VC. Negative associations were found between HDL and CRP, PAI-1. PAI-1 had positive association with ox-LDL/LDL. History of CVD was the only determinant of vascular calcification on the plain radiography of feet. Ox-LDL/LDL, HDL, CRP, and PAI-1 were closely related with one another in HD patients. History of CVD is the most important factor associated with the presence of VC and low HDL and relatively high oxidized LDL/LDL ratio may affect VC formation on the plain radiography in the feet of HD patients
Microscopic Theory of Rashba Interaction in Magnetic Metal
Theory of Rashba spin-orbit coupling in magnetic metals is worked out from
microscopic Hamiltonian describing d-orbitals. When structural inversion
symmetry is broken, electron hopping between -orbitals generates chiral
ordering of orbital angular momentum, which combines with atomic spin-orbit
coupling to result in the Rashba interaction. Rashba parameter characterizing
the interaction is band-specific, even reversing its sign from band to band.
Large enhancement of the Rashba parameter found in recent experiments is
attributed to the orbital mixing of 3d magnetic atoms with non-magnetic heavy
elements as we demonstrate by first-principles and tight-binding calculations.Comment: 5 pages, 2 figure
