Teacher planning for improving PAI learning. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe teacher planning in improving PAI learning during a pandemic (2) to describe the role of PAI teachers in implementing online learning during the pandemic (3) to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving learning during a pandemic. The results of this study are (1) teacher planning in improving PAI learning during the pandemic (2) the role of PAI teachers in implementing online learning during the pandemic(3) supporting and inhibiting factors in improving learning during the pandemic. The researcher pays attention to the teacher during the learning process, since it is now a pandemic, the researcher observes by interview. Here, the researcher observes the teacher who explains about developing PAI learning, where the teacher uses the cooperative learning method. Since it is still a pandemic, learning must be continued by using online learning, so the teacher gives assignments through via E-Learning
