Understanding Japanese consumer behaviour and cultural relevance of gift giving

This study examines the consumer in the Japanese market and the importance of gift-giving in Japanese culture as a first-order social practice. Cultural connectedness and relevance represents an area of importance for the marketing of retail products, particularly related to gift-giving. The interviewing of 25 participants was used to study the Japanese consumer and their purchase behaviours for gift-giving. The exploration of the social, cultural and economic constructs in Japan shows specific patterns found which are unique to the Japanese consumer. The emergence of new categories of consumers appearing in Japan through globalization and shifting mindsets influenced by western culture, as well as recent social and economic conditions, contribute to the evolution of the business market

Cet article analyse le rôle d’un agent para-ecclésial au Mexique dont la caractéristique est l’administration des ressources et des biens de salut en marge de la structure ecclésiale catholique. L’article centre l’explication de ce phénomène religieux autour de l’activité de Don Francisco, le responsable de l’image de la Vierge de San Juan de los Lagos, auprès des foyers d’un quartier populaire à Guanajuato où il réalise prières et brefs pèlerinages. Cette expérience ordonne et régule la vie religieuse de l’endroit, au-delà des activités officielles de la paroisse. Ce cas montre comme, en général, la présence de formes religieuses semi-autonomes est un indicateur de l’existence de nouveaux besoins de foi et d’un processus de recomposition du paysage religieux au Mexique.This article analyzes a para-ecclesiastic agent in Mexico who is characterized by being in charge of administering salvation goods without officially belonging to the Catholic ecclesiastic structure. It is explained the case of Don Francisco, responsible of the image of the Virgen of San Juan de los Lagos, which is well known in a popular suburb of Guanajuato, for going around on small pilgrimages and prayers from house to house. This experience marks the rhythm of religious life of that town more than the official activities offered by the parish. The presence of these forms semi-autonomous is an indicator of the new needs of faith and of the recomposition of the religious landscape in Mexico.Este artículo analiza un agente para-eclesial en México que se caracteriza por administrar los bienes de salvación sin pertenecer oficialmente a la estructura eclesial católica. Se explica el caso de Don Francisco, el responsable de la imagen de la Virgen de San Juan de los Lagos, que circula por los hogares de un barrio popular en Guanajuato realizando pequeñas peregrinaciones y rezos en el tránsito de un domicilio a otro. Esta experiencia es la que marca el ritmo de la vida religiosa en el lugar, más allá de las actividades oficiales ofrecidas por la parroquia. La presencia de estas formas semi-autónomas, es un indicador de las nuevas necesidades de fe y la recomposición del paisaje religioso en México

Por medio de una solución secuencializada, la primera parte consta de la elaboración de la topología de la red y configuración básica de direccionamiento en la segunda parte se completa la configuración de la capa 2 de la red y establece el soporte básico de host. Al final de esta parte, todos los switches deben poder comunicarse y los host recibir direccionamiento de DHCP y SLAAC. La parte tres se configura los protocolos de enrutamiento IPv4 e IPv6.This document contains the development by means of Cisco Packet Tracer software and GNS3 software of the proposed scenario, a network with its communication protocols which allows the configuration of the network so that there is complete accessibility from one end to the other, so that the hosts have a reliable support for the default gateway and for the configured protocols to be operational within the "Company Network" part of the topology. Please note to verify that the configurations meet the specifications provided and that the devices function as required. By means of a sequential solution, the first part consists of the elaboration of the network topology and basic addressing configuration, in the second part the network layer 2 configuration is completed and the basic host support is established.
