    THE DESCRIPTION OF NURSES’S EXCELLENT SERVICES AT TUGUREJO HOSPITAL

    Background: All hospital employees should applied service excellence for customers both internal and external customers/ public customers. The nurse service excellence is services of nursing characterized with high performance, professional, fast, clean, hospitality, keep patient confidential, more than the standard and done extra services to support patient cured and patient satisfactory. Purposes: The purpose of this research is to describe nurse service excellence in Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. Method: This research used quantitative method with observational descriptive. One hundred respondents in the inpatient room Tugurejo Hospital Semarang were recruited as research subject. Four themes were measured in this study which is service excellence, attitude, attention and action of nurses. Then, data was analyzed using frequency distribution. Results: The research result stated that the nurses who done a good service excellence was 90 percent and only 10 percent nurses who done poor service excellence. There were 96 percent nurses with good attitude and 4 percent nurses with poor attitude. There were 81 percent nurses with good attention and 19 percent nurses with poor attention. There were 81 percent nurses with good action and 19 percent nurses with poor action. Conclusion: Almost nurses in Tugurejo hospital have performed a good service excellent.     Pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statute Aprroach) digunakan dalam penelitian skripsi ini, dengan bahan hukum primer atau sekunder dikumpulkan melalui kajian kepustakaan (library research) selanjutnya bahan-bahan hukum yang ada dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori good governace dan teori fiqh siya ̅sah dustu ̅ri ̅yah. Hasil analisis dituangkan secara sistematis untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan mekanisme pengangkatan anggota TNI/Polri aktif dalam menduduki jabatan sipil.Hasil penelitian ini yang pertama menjelaskan bahwa mekanisme pengangkatan anggota TNI/Polri aktif tidak diperbolehkan merangkap jabatan sipil sebagai Pj kepala pemerintahan daerah karena bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 34 Tahun 2004 Tentang Tentara Nasional Indonesia dan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 Tentang Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang mengharuskan TNI/Polri aktif untuk mengundurkan/melepas jabatan sebagai TNI/Polri aktif sebelum menjabat sebagai kepala pemerintahan daerah. Apabila tetap dipaksakan TNI/Polri aktif untuk masuk di pemerintahan sebagai Pj kepala daerah yang notabene Pj merupakan representasi jabatan politik maka itu sudah mencederai supremasi sipil. Kedua, Analisis siya ̅sah dutu ̅ri ̅yah menyatakan bahwa mekanisme pengisian jabatan sipil masuk dalam pembahasan sulta ̅h tashri ̅’i ̅yah di mana dalam hal ini legislatif mempunyai wewenang dalam membuat suatu Undang-Undang yang telah disesuaikan dengan masing-masing instansi baik TNI/Polri maupun Undang-Undang Pilkada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas pemerintah dapat memaksimalkan masyarakat sipil (non militer) yang berpangkat tinggi madya sebagai Gubernur dan pangkat tinggi pratama sebagai Bupati/Walikota sebagaiPj kepala daerah. Kemendagri dapat memaksimalkan hasil evaluasi di setiap tiga bulan sekali. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak membuka kembali otoritarisme kepemimpinan yang didominasi oleh militer. Perlunya melibatkan aspirasi masyarakat daerah dalam proses penunjukkan Pj kepala daerah agar transparansi, akuntabilitas serta partisipasi masyarakat terpenuhi sebagaimana dalam prinsip-prinsip good governance

    Analisa Tekno Ekonomi Perbandingan Sistem Diesel Mechanical Propulsion ( DMP ) Dan Diesel Electric Propulsion Untuk Kapal Militer Tipe LPD ( KRI MAKASSAR )

    Perkembangan transportasi laut sangat pesat sehingga mendorong orang untuk menciptakan suatu sistem propulsi yang lebih canggih, hemat bahan bakar dan ramah lingkungan yaitu diesel elecric propulsion ( DEP ).Tujuan perancangan sistem DEP ini adalah untuk dapat menentukan sistem propulsi yang paling optimal baik dari segi teknis maupun ekonomisnya , mengingat peletakan kamar mesin pada sistem sebelumnya ( DMP ) di bagian tengah kapal. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perhitungan resistance, pemilihan prime mover, genset, elctrical system, pemilihan propulsor ( Compact Azipod ) dan total Capital Cost baik untuk sistem DEP maupun sistem DMP. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa penggunaan sistem DEP pada kapal LPD akan dapat menghemat bahan bakar ( Fuel oil ) sebesar 42,85% selama 20 tahun ke depan yang secara otomatisdapat menambah saving cost dan bersifat lebih ramah lingkungan .Dari segi weight and space penerapan sistem DEP pada kapal LPD lebih menguntungkan mengingat adanya eliminasi beberapa komponen dari sistem DMP . Perencanaan propulsion system ini diharapkan agar dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan untuk pembangunan kapal jenis LPD selanjutnya, dan secara umum DEP dapat digunakan sebagai competitor dari DMP dalam pembangunan kapal berikutnya. ====================================================================================================== The development of sea transport is very rapid, so encourage people to create a propulsion system which more powerful, thrifty fuel and environmentally friendly that is Diesel Electric Propulsion (DEP). DEP are designed to determine the most optimal in terms of both technical and economical, considering the engine room layout on the previous system (DMP) in the middle of the ship (AmidshipMachinery). In this final task will determine calculation of resistance, selection prime Mover, genset, electrical system, selection of propulsor ( Compact Azipod ) and total Capital cost for both system (DMP and DEP system). From the analysis can be determine that use of the DEP system on the ship LPD can save fuel (Fuel oil) of 42.85% for 20 years which can automatically increase the cost saving and more environmentally friendly. In terms of weight and implementation of space systems on ships, DEP moreprofitable considering elimination of several components of the DMP system.     Experimental Study on the Sensitive Emission Lines Intensities of Metal Samples Using Laser Ablation Technique and Its Comparison to Arc Discharge Technique

    An experimental study has been carried out to measure the sensitive emission lines intensities of several metal samples (copper, zinc, silver, gold, gallium, nickel, silicone and iron) using laser ablation technique conducted in low pressure surrounding gas by means of Laser Induced Shock Wave Plasma Spectroscopy (LISPS) and in atmospheric pressure region using Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS). In both cases the Nd-YAG laser was operated at its fundamental wavelength of 1.064 nm with pulse duration of 8 ns and its intensity tightly focused on the metal samples in helium or air as an ambient gas. The laser energy was fixed at approximately 100 mJ using a set of neutral density filters placed tilted in front of the laser output window. The result of the intensity measurements showed a good agreement which those obtained using arc discharge technique as shown in Massachusetts Institute of Technology Wavelength Table. Further evaluation of these results on the basis of standard deviation leads to the conclusion that LISPS is more favorable for quantitative analysis compared to LIBS. It was further shown that replacing air by helium gas at low pressure improve to some extent the LISPS reproducibility and sensitivity

    Pengembangan Alat Peraga Resonator sebagai Alternatif Media Pembelajaran pada Materi Gelombang Bunyi Kelas XII SMA

    Telah dilakukan penelitian guna mengembangkan alat peraga resonator yang telah ada sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau R & D (Research and development) dengan subjek peserta didik kelas XII-IPA 1 pada materi gelombang bunyi di MA Negeri Gombong Tahun Pelajaran 2013/ 2014 yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Penelitian ini didasari oleh sistem pengoperasian dari alat peraga resonator lama yang masih manual yaitu dengan menggunakan garpu tala sebagai sumber frekuensi bunyi dan pengaruh dari suara disekitar yang dapat mengganggu pendengaran siswa pada saat mengamati titik resonansi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan ini diperoleh rerata skor hasil validasi alat peraga oleh validatorsebesar 3,27 dengan kategori baik. Sebagai acuan dalam menentukan nilai cepat rambat bunyi pada kolom udara adalah nilai cepat rambat bunyi di udara sebesar 340 m/s. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan besarnya nilai pada saat frekuensi 350 Hz sebesar (348,6 ±5,14) m/s, pada saat frekuensi 400 Hz nilai sebesar (350,4±1,6) m/s, pada saat frekuensi 450 Hz nilai sebesar (352,8±1,8) m/s, sehingga Alat Peraga Resonator hasil pengembangan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran fisika pada materi gelombang bunyi

    Excitation Mechanism in Laser-Induced Plasma at Atmospheric Air Pressure

    A special interferometric technique has been devised on the basis of rainbow refractometry without the use of an additional and delicate amplitude-splitting setup. This new technique was used for the characterization of plasma induced by a Q-switched Nd-YAG laser on zinc samples under atmospheric air pressure. An unmistakable signal of the density jump was detected simultaneously with the observation of the emission front signal. It was proved that the emission front and the front of the shock wave coincided and moved together with time at the initial stage of the secondary plasma expansion. However, at a later stage, the emission front began to separate from and left behind the shock wave front propagating in the surrounding air. With the use of zinc sample, the experimental results showed that the separation of the emission front and shock wave front took place at about 4 mm above sample surface for laser energy of 26 mJ. It was also found that the separation time increased by increasing the power density which further supported shock wave model. Analysis of the data of the shock front movement along with the emission characteristics has led us to the conclusion that models other than the shock wave model, such as the gas breakdown model, should be excluded, at least for a zinc sample, as not satisfactorily explaining the excitation process in the secondary plasma generated at atmospheric air pressure of 760 Torr

    Hubungan Status Gizi dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut pada Balita di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Bulan Agustus 2016

    Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the main causes of patients to visit health facilities. The incidence and prevalence of ARI in Indonesia in 2013 is 1.8 and 4.5%, respectively. ARI is still among the top ranks of eleven major causes of morbidity and mortality in children under five in 2013. One of the factors that makes a person get exposed to respiratory diseases is the nutritional status. This study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of ARI in infants at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk on August 2016. Research subjects were toddlers who sought treatment at MTBS (Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit) health center in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Eighty-four subjects participated in this study were selected by a consecutive sampling technique. Nutritional status was categorized based on anthropometric standards by measuring body weight age ratio. Among the subjects, 9 infants (64,3%) had bad nutrition and ISPA, whereas 49 infants (70,0%) had good nutrition and ISPA. Statistical analysis using Fisher test obtained a significance value, with a p-value of 0.754 (p> 0.05). The study concludes that there was no association between nutritional status and the incidence of ARI in infants in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk in August 2016.Keywords: respiratory infections, nutritional status, toddler, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeru
