HUBUNGAN ANTARA FAKTOR PREDISPOSISI DAN PENDUKUNG DENGAN MINAT MEMANFAATKAN FASILITAS KESEHATAN PADA PASIEN BPJS DI KLINIK PRATAMA MEDIKA UTAMA SEMARANG

Kebijakan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses kesehatan dan fasilitas kesehatan yang berkualitas. Kebijakan ini dilaksanakan oleh BPJS. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan faktor predisposisi dan pendukung dengan minat memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan pada pasien BPJS di Klinik Pratama Medika Utama Semarang. Sampel penelitian adalah 69 orang pasien BPJS di Klinik Pratama Medika Utama Semarang yang diperoleh secara purposive sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan rho spearman.Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Minat memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan pada pasien BPJS di Klinik Pratama Medika Utama Semarang tergolong rendah (87%), mayoritas responden berusia 21-30 tahun (34,8%), mayoritas pendidikan responden SMA (63,8%), mayoritas responden bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta (37,7%), persepsi JKN tergolong positif (60,9%), mayoritas responden memiliki pendapatan antara Rp. 300.000,00 - Rp. 2.200.000,00 (52,2%), sarana pelayanan kesehatan tergolong tidak lengkap (81,2%), jumlah tenaga kesehatan tergolong sedikit (97,1%), serta kemampuan dan ketrampilan tenaga kesehatan tergiling rendah (73,9%); (2) Faktor presdisposisi yang berhubungan dengan minat memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan pada pasien BPJS di Klinik Pratama Medika Utama Semarang adalah usia dan persepsi JKN, sedangkan pendidikan dan pekerjaan tidak berhubungan; dan (3) Faktor pendukung yang berhubungan dengan minat memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan pada pasien BPJS di Klinik Pratama Medika Utama Semarang adalah sarana pelayanan kesehatan serta kemampuan dan ketrampilan tenaga kerja, sedangkan pendapatan dan jumlah tenaga kesehatan tidak berhubungan Saran penelitian adalah manajemen klinik meningkatkan sarana pelayanan kesehatan serta meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan tenaga kesehatan. Sedangkan bagi BPJS perlu meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap mitra BPJS secara rutin dan konsisten

VALIDITAS KARTU PERMAINAN DOMINO INVERTEBRATA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR UNTUK SISWA KELAS X SMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media permainan kartu domino invertebrata untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar serta mendeskripsikan validitas, keefektifan, dan kepraktisannya. Pengembangan media ini dilakukan di Jurusan Biologi Fakultas MIPA Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ASSURE (Analyze learners; States objectives; Select methods, media and material; Utilize media and materials; Require learner participation; dan Evaluate and revise). Uji coba dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Sampang menggunakan one group pretest and posttest design. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Peningkatan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan Gain Score. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, media dinyatakan sangat baik dengan persentase 97,42%. Media dinilai efektif dalam pembelajaran ditinjau dari hasil belajar 100% siswa dinyatakan tuntas dengan nilai Gain score sebesar 0,66 dan 97,69% siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap media kartu domino invertebrata. Berdasarkan pengamatan aktivitas siswa, media dinyatakan sangat baik dengan persentase 100%. Media pembelajaran berupa kartu permainan domino untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dinyatakan valid, efektif dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran.  Kata kunci: Kartu domino invertebrata, peningkatan hasil belajar, Kelas X SMA

Penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki strategi citra Galeria Mall Yogyakarta yang dianalisis dari perspektif diferensiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor pembeda yang menjadi keunggulan strategi citra Galeria Mall Yogyakarta dan menentukan strategi citra yang digunakan Galeria Mall Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah PT. Sawokembar Galeria, khususnya pada analisis citra Galeria Mall Yogyakarta dilihat dari perspektif diferensiasi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi literatur dan wawancara. Pada penelitian kualitatif ini, validitas data diproses menggunakantriangulasi data, khususnya triangulasi sumber. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Galeria Mall mengimplementasikan penyampaian pesan pada citra dalam bentuk The Unique Family Shopping Mall, secara baik mengadaptasi kebudayaan Yogyakarta yang diperlihatkan di pusat perbelanjaan didukung dengan beragam even atau program acara, upacara, salam, tagline yang didukung dengan mascot dan layanan “Kang Gale” serta seragam. Namun program terkait konsep dan hasil yang dicapai kurang dipublikasikan. Saran untuk Galeria Mall lebih intensif dalam publikasi program dan kegiatan yang dimiliki dan lebih mengintensifkan fungsi hubungan masyarakat untuk menjaga citra sebagai dunia pusat perbelanjaan

POLA STRUKTUR TEMATIK KONTEN BANTUAN LAYANAN GOOGLE BAHASA INGGRIS DAN VERSI TERJEMAHANNYA

Every language in the world has its own means to convey information that is poured through sentences. The structural patterns used also vary between languages as different thoughts of speakers of the language are also different. In the language localization industries, translation in the level of information structure from the source language into the target language must be done according to the rules that apply in the target language so that information can be conveyed precisely to the target language reader. This study aims to describe the thematic pattern in English declarative sentences found in Google's help content and their transformation in French and Indonesian using the Systemic Functional Linguistics analysis model approach developed by Halliday. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The findings obtained suggest that: 1) there are no structure shifts found in thematic structures from SL to TL 1 nor from SL to TL 2, 2) there are structure shifts found in thematic structures from SL to TL 1, but no change happened from SL to TL 2, and 3) there are no structure shifts found in thematic structures from SL to TL 1, but there are changes from SL to TL 2

Peningkatatn Kesadaran Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Bener Tegalrejo Yogyakarta Terhadap Bahaya Pernikahan Di Bawah Umur Melalui Penyuluhan Hukum

Underage marriage is something that still happens a lot in society, there are many negative impacts that arise due to underage marriage, ranging from the possibility of violence in the household to the potential for maternal and child deaths that occur too early. Marriage is ideally carried out by a partner who is physical and can be said to be an adult, thus being able to be responsible for himself and for others. Prevention of underage marriages is also closely related to the fulfillment of children's rights which should be fulfilled but their access is closed because they are considered adults and have to take care of their own household. To this problem finally issued a revision of Law No. 1 of 1974 related to the minimum marriage limit for children especially women, who were originally 16 years old to 19 years old as a form of responsibility to protect their citizens. Based on the survey results from the Janabadra University Community Service Team, village officials view this issue as one of the important issues that must be submitted by the community, the request was followed up with legal counseling related to Law no. 16 of 2019 in conjunction with Law No. 1 of 1974. A DESCRIPTVE STUDY ON ENGLISH SPEAKING TEACHING- LEARNING AT THE FIRST YEAR OF MTs TERPADU GONDANG WONOPRINGGO PEKALONGAN IN 2010 / 2011 ACADEMIC YEAR

In this study, the writer describes teaching-learning process of speaking at the first year of MTs Terpadu Gondang WPO PKL. The objective of the study is the writer intends to know the implementation of speaking teaching-learning, the problem faced by the teacher and the students, and the problem solving used by the teacher. The writer did interview with the English teacher and the students of VII B class, and observed the process of speaking teaching-learning at the first year of MTs Terpadu Gondang WPO PKL. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that in planning the lesson, the teacher used learning cycle in order to develop speaking ability. It consists of four stages: Building Knowledge of the Field (BKOF), Modeling of Text (MOT), Join Construction of Text (JCOT), and Independent Construction of Text (ICOT). The goal of teaching speaking is to develop the students‟ courage to speak English and make the students to be more active in the classsrom. The methods of teaching speaking applied by the teacher are dialogue, discussion, and games. By using those variations of the method, the students do not feel bored and more enjoyable in receiving the materials. The writer finds the problem faced by the teacher, they are management of class, different competences of the students, and the lack of students‟ activity. Besides, the problems faced by the students are limited vocabulary, the difficulty of pronunciation, the difficulty of structure, and the factor of nervousness. Then, the problem solving used by the teacher are gave advices and motivation about the importance of their activity in speaking class, created good relation between the teacher and the students, gave remedial to the students who got bad score in the test, and accepted the consultation to the students about the difficult material out of class

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI PERPUSTAKAAN DESA REMPUNG

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan pentaan administrasi perpustakaan dan program pemberdayaan masyarakat desa menjadi komponen utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya pada masyarakat desa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Perpustakaan Desa Rempung, Kecamatan Pringgasela, Kabupaten Lombok Timur yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan staf perpustakaan desa dan meningkatkan minat kunjung masyarakat desa ke Perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipasi yang melibatkan peran serta aktif aparatur pemerintah desa, civitas akademika, dan masyarakat. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah melakukan observasi, diskusi, pelaksanaan, pengabdian. Adapun hasil kegiatan penataan perpustakaan desa telah terlaksana sesuai dengan rencana dan target yang ditetapkan, seperti seperti melakukan inventarisasi, klasifikasi,katalogisasi, labeling, pentaan dan layanan sirkulasi. Selanjutnya melakukan pengadian masyarakat dengan mengadakan program-program pelatihan dalam bidang Pendidikan seperti pelatihan Bahasa inggris, pelatihan computer dan pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan buket. MILLENNIAL GENERATION DECISIONS ARE BASED ON SOCIAL FACTORS AND PRICES WHICH ARE MODERATED BY LIFESTYLE

In the last few years, the fitness center industry has experienced significant growth, much of it due to the increasing interest of millennials in adopting healthy and active lifestyles. The current study explores the factors that influence millennials' decision to become members of the ruling class, with a particular emphasis on social and price factors. In addition to that, she describes how the principles of a good life might moderate the interaction between these factors and the process of developing a thesis. Since each variable X in this study significantly affects variable Y through variable Z as a moderating, findings are obtained using quantitative methods and statistical tools. The results show that, in addition to consideration of price, social factors significantly impact the millennial generation's decision to join a fitness center. Additionally, lifestyle selections have been demonstrated to lessen this effect, with specific lifestyle preferences either enhancing or minimizing the influence of social and financial variables on membership decisions. This study advances our knowledge of the factors that influence millennials' use of exercise facilities and provides insightful information to stakeholders and marketers in the fitness sector. A fitness center can more successfully target millennial groups by customizing its offers and marketing methods by understanding the connections between social variables, pricing policies, and individual lifestyle choices. &nbsp
