Methodological work plan for improving supervision and activities work of contractors in the construction industry of road infraestructure

El presente trabajo muestra una estructura metodológica que permite identificar analizar y actuar mediante la supervisión del desarrollo en la ejecución de las actividades de obra realizadas por los contratistas del sector de la construcción, con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos del marco legal vigente reglamentario y otros suscritos en las especificaciones técnicas de los proyectos definidas por el cliente y partes interesadas para la ejecución de obras de infraestructura vial y de esta forma llevar acabo los objetivos propuestos para el desarrollo del proyecto. El documento presenta, paso a paso, la identificación y valoración de actividades críticas y de gran impacto definidas para el desarrollo de los proyectos y a su vez los contenidos que especifican la estructura de supervisión de actividades para describir apropiadamente el proceso de ejecución de los proyectos de infraestructura vial, mediante un plan definido y bien estructurado que permite a las personas encargadas la supervisión completa de las actividades de los contratistas en la ejecución de las obras. A través de las diferentes alternativas propuestas para la revisión de cada una de las áreas fijadas en el proyecto y de esta forma obtener una serie de lineamientos que permita a los supervisores o gerentes de proyecto ver un panorama de forma global y con datos específicos de la obra, para realizar un respectivo análisis y poder llegar a una toma de decisiones prácticas y oportunas.This paper presents a methodological framework that identifies analyze and act by monitoring the development in the implementation of activities of work performed by contractors in the construction sector in order to meet the requirements of the legal framework existing regulatory and other subscribers in the technical specifications of the projects defined by the client and stakeholders to implement road infrastructure and thus carry out the objectives for the project. The document presents, step by step, the identification and assessment of critical activities and highly defined development impact of projects and in turn the contents that specify the structure of supervision of activities to properly describe the process of implementation of projects road infrastructure, through a defined and well-structured that allows people responsible full supervision of the activities of contractors in the execution of the work plan. Through the various alternative proposals for the review of each of the areas set out in the project and thus obtain a set of guidelines that allow supervisors or project managers see an overview globally and with specific data work for a respective analysis and to reach a practical and timely decision making

Propuesta de enseñanza y aprendizaje de algunos conceptos algebraicos a partir de aplicaciones en la geometría

El siguiente reporte de investigación con variables cualitativas, presenta una propuesta de enseñanza y aprendizaje de algunos conceptos algebraicos que surgen de las aplicaciones en la geometría, a partir de la realización de 4 actividades (3 de estas desarrolladas en el aula), en las cuales se ve la necesidad de identificar las posibles dificultades que se le presentan a los estudiantes al momento de enfrentarse al estudio del álgebra escolar, teniendo en cuenta algunas consideraciones teóricas sobre la materia. Como resultado, se evidencia cómo a través del trabajo en la geometría aplicada a una situación específica, el estudiante logra generalizar y construir representaciones algebraicas

Calzado Caprichosa es una micro empresa Pereirana con una tradición de más de 50 años, dedicada a la producción y comercialización de calzado clásico para dama. Este proyecto muestra los resultados del estudio de métodos y tiempos de la línea de producción de calzado tipo “clásico de dama” referencia 912, implementando el método Tiempos Predeterminados (MTM – 2) para determinar el estándar de producción actual, y a partir de ella definir un nuevo método de producción más práctico, económico y eficaz.Calzado Caprichosa is a micro company from Pereira with a tradition of over 50 years, dedicated to the production and marketing of classic footwear for women. Performance evaluation of structures with reinforced concrete columns retrofitted with steel jacketing

Several existing reinforced concrete (RC) buildings fail to conform with current seismic codes, increasing its susceptibility to damage and collapse during earthquakes. A concern for building upgrading and rehabilitation has grown considerably in the last decades. However, there is limited information related to the seismic performance of RC buildings retrofitted with steel jacketing. Retrofitting of RC buildings leads to different techniques that have been developed in the last decades. The selection of adequate techniques commonly depends on desired performance levels, financial criteria, or other non-technical judgment. This paper assesses the seismic performance of a six-story RC building retrofitted with steel jacketing that is located in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). The building was designed and constructed in 2010 without considering the requirements prescribed by the NSR-10 Colombian code. In 2017, another building collapsed in the same city for several non-compliances with Colombian seismic code. This investigation focuses on the seismic upgrading of the building, studying the influence of different material properties of the existing building and load scenarios on the building behavior. The proposed steel jacketing improves the compressive and flexural capacity of retrofitted columns, along with the ductility of the building

El presente documento describe el trabajo de investigación que se desarrolló en la empresa de medicina laboral SST INTEGRAL ubicada en la ciudad de Pereira, empresa que a la fecha del inicio de la investigación (mes de octubre del año 2018), tenía menos de un año de existencia. La empresa se constituyó por parte de tres socios, inicialmente, como fruto de la necesidad de crear una empresa que generara beneficios económicos para todas las partes; y con el pasar de los meses quedaron con la empresa dos socias, quienes estuvieron involucradas en este trabajo.This document describes the research work that was carried out in the SST INTEGRAL occupational medicine company located in the city of Pereira, a company that at the date of the start of the investigation (October 2018), had less than one year of existence The company was formed by three partners, initially, as a result of the need to create a company that would generate economic benefits for all parties; and with the passing of the months, two members remained with the company, who were involved in this work

Se sabe que el lenguaje hace del hombre un ser que destaca sobre los demás entes naturales, pero que el hablar con sentido sea una ventaja, no significa que no sea un arte el poder callar. Toda palabra, conversación, poesía y plegaria necesita del silencio para darse con autenticidad, incluso la música requiere detenerse en intervalos para ligar las demás notas en la partitura. Sin silencio nuestras palabras y recursos retóricos serían mera habladuría, sin silencio nuestra música sería mero ruido. Sin embargo, nuestra relación con el silencio resalta ahora por el nivel de rechazo y miedo que tenemos frente a él. El trabajo de grado tiene un objetivo hermenéutico claro: interpretar nuestra situación y sus complejos fenómenos desde un único hilo conductor: la experiencia del silencio. Allí descubriremos que el hombre contemporáneo está condenado a un silencio eterno, pues sus palabras siempre serán balbuceos, y a su vez, tematizaremos cómo este mismo silencio puede ser su salvación, un silencio en el cual crecen los lirios y las aves en el campo.It s known that language makes mankind stand out over other living beings, but that doesn t necessarily means that counts as an advantage, it doesn t mean quieten isn t an art. El maestro en formación y la práctica de actividad física : una perspectiva integral

1 recurso en línea (páginas 42-55).El presente artículo de reflexión y descripción, tiene por objetivo resignificar la práctica de la educación física desde una perspectiva integral para el maestro en formación; en donde este, sea realmente partícipe de las actividades físicas que enseña en el aula de clase, creando una cultura de aprendizaje a partir de sus propios conocimientos adquiridos. Dentro de las consideraciones teóricas, se planteó la revisión de diferentes autores relacionados con el tema de trabajo así como también una metodología descriptiva - interpretativa que permitió el análisis estructurado de la información recolectada en el trabajo de campo.
