El presente documento describe el trabajo de investigación que se desarrolló en la empresa de medicina laboral SST INTEGRAL ubicada en la ciudad de Pereira, empresa que a la fecha del inicio de la investigación (mes de octubre del año 2018), tenía menos de un año de existencia. La empresa se constituyó por parte de tres socios, inicialmente, como fruto de la necesidad de crear una empresa que generara beneficios económicos para todas las partes; y con el pasar de los meses quedaron con la empresa dos socias, quienes estuvieron involucradas en este trabajo.This document describes the research work that was carried out in the SST INTEGRAL occupational medicine company located in the city of Pereira, a company that at the date of the start of the investigation (October 2018), had less than one year of existence The company was formed by three partners, initially, as a result of the need to create a company that would generate economic benefits for all parties; and with the passing of the months, two members remained with the company, who were involved in this work
