The Directive 2014/41 / EU on the European Investigation Order in Criminal Matters (EOI), has been transposed to the Spanish legal system, with more than one year of delay, through the Law 3/2018, which modifies the Law 23/2014, mutual recognition of criminal decisions in the EU. It is based on the principle of mutual trust between the EU judicial authorities, and on the execution of the EU Member States. This paper aims to study the transposition of this Directive, analyzing its inadequacies. Furthmore, it highlights that the need to provide efficiency to this instrument, abusing the principle of "proportionality" and "flexibility", can not empty the content of the system of rights and procedural guarantees of the suspect, accused or third party affected, and has not to distort the system generated uncertainty and unpredictability
Economic sustainability studies related to urban planning, compulsory in Spain since the
2007 Land Act, would be the way to understand the impact of urban development on the public finances.
Once overcome the traditional economic and financial studies, there is a need to assess the economic impacts of urban development in the medium and long term, not who promotes the urban development, but in the government
responsible for the provision and maint
enance of the public services that are
created. The conceptual innovation represented by these studies, results in the need to use new techniques, more
developed in other countries, where there is a long tradition in this area. To the best knowledge of these techniques there
will be a brief history of their use, which will be completed with a summary of the existing theoretical framework and
main experiences in practical application.Peer Reviewe
Simulations of Melting of Encapsulated CaCl2·6H2O for Thermal Energy Storage Technologies
We present in this work simulations using the finite difference approximation in 2D for the melting of an encapsulated phase-change material suitable for heat storage applications; in particular, we study CaCl2·6H2O in a cylindrical encapsulation of internal radius 8 mm. We choose this particular salt hydrate due to its availability and economic feasibility in high thermal mass building walls or storage. Considering only heat conduction, a thermostat is placed far from the capsule, providing heat for the melting of the phase-change material (PCM), which is initially frozen in a water bath. The difference in density between the solid and liquid phases is taken into account by considering a void in the solid PCM. A simple theoretical model is also presented, based on solving the heat equation in the steady state. The kinetics of melting is monitored by the total solid fraction and temperatures in the inner and outer surfaces of the capsule. The effect of different parameters is presented (thermostat temperature, capsule thickness, capsule conductivity and natural convection in the bath), showing the potential application of the method to select materials or geometries of the capsule
School climate describe the environment that affects the behavior of teachers and
students at the classroom. Elements of the school climate such as the building and its arrangements
reflect the children, their needs, and their educational accomplishments. Some of these elements,
however, have not received much attention in studies about the academic performance in Primary
Education. This paper describes the relationship between environmental conditions in the classroom
(e.g., lighting, isolation, order, cleanliness,…) and the academic performance of the students. This
study analyses 248 Primary Education classrooms from nine countries of Iberoamerica using a 4-
level Multilevel Model. The following information sources were used in this study: i) Classroom
guide observation completed by researcher. ii) Standardized test to Math and Language learning. iii)
Questionnaire to classroom teachers, pupils and their families. The results of this study highlight the
strong influence of the order and cleanliness on the academic performance of the students.

variáveis
A look at educational research in Latin America from its papers
investigación colaborativaThis research seeks to provide a general overview of educational research in Latin

ESCUELA AMERICANA Y EUROPEA DE COMUNICACIÓN: TENDIENDO PUENTES PRÁCTICOS PARA LA EMPRESA
The increasing number of research papers in Europe and Latin America concerning theory and applications in organizational communicating, goes in hand of researchers from different schools and viewpoints, with their own paradigms, and slowly they shown the different perspectives in this area. In this paper, we discuss and study the advantages of being halfway three them: the possibility of relating, criticizing and contribute ideas to the development of this science, from an applied perspective.
Surjectivity of the asymptotic Borel map in Carleman-Roumieu ultraholomorphic classes defined by regular sequences
We study the surjectivity of, and the existence of right inverses for, the asymptotic Borel map in Carleman?Roumieu ultraholomorphic classes defined by regular sequences in the sense of E. M. Dyn?kin. We extend previous results by J. Schmets and M. Valdivia, by V. Thilliez, and by the authors, and show the prominent role played by an index, associated with the sequence, that was introduced by V. Thilliez. The techniques involve regular variation, integral transforms and characterization results of A. Debrouwere in a half-plane, stemming from his study of the surjectivity of the moment mapping in general Gelfand?Shilov spaces. The first two authors are partially supported by the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Industry and

Rapid thermal annealing behavior of amorphous SiC layers deposited by electron cyclotron resonance plasma
The archival version of this work was published in Journal of the electrochemical society 143.1 (1996): 271-277Hydrogenated amorphous silicon carbide, a‐SiC:H, has been deposited by electron cyclotron resonance plasmas. Operating in methane excess (Formula flow ratios between 2 and 4) and at high enough microwave powers, the deposited SiC films are close to stoichiometric. In these SiC layers, only small traces of the Formula and Formula stretching bands can be detected. Rapid thermal annealing leads to nearly complete dehydrogenation of the SiC layers deposited under these conditions as deduced from ellipsometric and infrared spectroscopy
